A Redler was flying overhead, following the Shield Liger. Good Deal 1-4, a Pteras, was nowhere to be found, though they still had comms "Joker, this is Good Deal. Comet 22, a Redler, will be on station if need be." A round grazed the shield. The Sniper still had a good bead on him, though he couldn;t see the Liger. Someone was spotting for him...

Damion, in his cloaked Helcat, stood behind some debris as he checked his radar. "that sniper looks like their giving our units some trouble." Damion thought to himself, but he also looked and sighed. "But theres zoids out there that can look right through my stealth." He gripped the controls tightly and took out from his hiding spot. His Helcat sped across the battlefield as he tried his best to stay in cover despite his stealth.

Damion continued to barrel twords the enemy sniper. "helcat team, once i open fire, i want you to hold your positions until i take this sniper down." He said over the radio. His team responded, all saying "Yes sir." His stealthed helcat continued to barrel down to the snipers location as each of his helcat, positioned under the cover of trees, rocks and debris, waited in hiding. " That sniper is mine." He said to himself, as he closed in on his target

"Hey Dead-Eye, Whisper. This SHield Liger is running out of cover soon."

Damion got behind the sniper, smirking as he positioned his Helcat behind the sniper. "Your mine." He said, opening fire onto the gun sniper.

The Gun Sniper fell over, hissing in rage. Due to the light weapons of his attacker, he wasn't in a system freeze...yet.
"On my way. Radar Pteras has an IR painting your attacker."
That was the only response we got from Whisper, though that was normal. All he could do was hold out till she arrived to take the ballsy SOB out.

Damion knew his weapons wouldn't do much, so he kept his eyes and ears open as he continued to fire against the gun sniper. He didn't want the other Helcats out yet, but he knew his time was limited so he started to back away slowly

The attack came from the place Damion would never have expected it...from above. 25mm incendiary rounds began impacting the ground around him, mini-explosions also hitting his Helcat. A Redler was diving towards him, minigun on the belly blazing. Co-incidentally, the Redler that was over Ulman was gone. "Thanks Whisper. I owe you." The Gun Sniper got to it's feet and began converting out of Fire Mode.

"s**t." Damion said as he was shaken up inside his Helcat. He needed to get out of there, but with the Pteras, he couldn't cloak. He needed to rely on his speed and the other Helcats. He was already being thrown around, but he needed to get out of there. He did his best to get his zoid turned around, and moving out of fire, but he had already taken damage. Damion's helcat couldn't get up to full speed

While Whisper chased after the Helcat, painting it with her own IR Laser, Ryan had moved to another spot and went back into fire mode, targeting the Helcat with his sniper rifle.

Damion kept moving, trying to think of something. He turned his Helcat twords some debris, hoping to use it as some cover until he could think of something.

((Can you see why attacking a sniper might be a bad idea?)) Whisper shot over the debris, already making a turn for another pass. Ryan kept his sights on the debris mound. It was personal. "Stick your head out and I shall take it off..."

Damion stayed behind the cover he had. "damn it. Im pinned. I could try to take out the Ptera and risk getting shot down, or i can try to move to more cover and risk getting my zoid shot to peices by that sniper...Damn it." He gripped the controls and turned his zoid twords the Redler. "im going to need some help here guys." He said to the other Helcats as one moved from its location and made its way to the debris feild
