Hygiea was rather glad that Ixion had been the first to actually try to move the valve with his hands; if he didn't, she would have totally tried it. So what if there was a sign, it could totally be lying. In this case, apparently not - cause obviously the dead bugs that littered the ground weren't evident enough or something.
HugBell seemed to have the most results for her effort, hitting and using force. Some of the best methods really, to little Hygiea and she too looked around her for something useful to try her hand at the knobs. A steel rod, big enough to hold in her hands without being too much weight was located not too far from their little group - thankfully devoid of bugs.
"Let me try this," she told the others, waving her hand to clear them out of her way. If she was going to do this, she was going to do this right... like a baseball bat.
Her father had shown her how to properly hold a bat - and then regretted it - hand right over the other and feet spread apart equal to her shoulders. Hygiea lazily swung the rod, getting the feel before getting into stance and pivoting her upper body, her arms following the momentum in a fluid motion with as much force as she could. The swing wasn't perfect by any means, not being a practiced baseball player and only being nine and all. But it seemed enough to do damage against the aimed for knobs and even a pipe.
The repercussions on Hygiea were not ideal though, her whole body kind of tingled and rang from the impact.

********* had been headbutting the youma, and rather quickly, it was starting to give her a bit of a headache. It was then that she heard another voice chime in.
"What is going on?"
Turning about, the feline spotted another guardian had just arrived on the scene. "All of them should be in bed in all honesty," ********* offered in a very pleasant tone. "However, they located this place after catching one of these little youma. It all kinda went to heck after that!"
The manx let a small laugh escape her. She glanced at Sailor Hypnos, then back to Cora. With a paw, she pointed to the child and asked "I take it Hypnos is yours, yes?"

Before Hypnos could answer to her questions, Cora heard answers from her other side. She turned her head and found *********. Had she seen her somewhere? It might been so but she couldn't recall where it was. Not when there was a chaotic battle going on.
The feline turned around suddenly jumped over the unconscious guardian cat, protecting Zirconia from the coming youma attack.
"I did follow one of these as well," she commented while swatting little youmas coming from the left and the right. "My, there are so many of these!"
The situation calmed a bit and Cora had little more time for her comrades. She let out a happy meow and jumped over Zirconia again, beside her little senshi. "Yes," Cora said, looked up to Hypnos and gave her a little, gentle push with her side. "Hypnos is the most important senshi to me."

********* smiled as the other cat spoke so fondly of the child nearby.
"Oh, good! Then you two should be able to tag team this whole ordeal fine!" With a paw, the spotted manx pointed to the unconscious parallel cat. "Just be aware... she might be grumpy when she wakes up."
Tossing a wink at Cora, ********* then ran off towards where the other chibi senshi had gathered. It seemed as if they were trying to do something with a pipe.
Since she had no idea what they were actually doing, the feline instead took to doing something else. "It's time to bounce!" With that exclamation in the air, ********* took to trying to fend away the little youma in a fashion to how she had earlier. Bouncing and smooshing them. It wasn't exactly like she'd have any sort of affect on that pipe the children were tending to.

There was a bit of a delay, when Sailor Chibi Hypnos swung her white bunny plush at the flea youma as some more adventurous youma that ventured too close to Sailor Chibi Egeria like it were some weapon of mass destruction, except, instead of being used to destroy it was being used to block the fleas and protect the resting senshi Sailor Chibi Egeria.
It might have been her focus that caused the delay in the child noticing that her guardian cat was here, but eventually she turned her head to meet the feline who was helping protect Zirconia.
"What are you doing here?"
Good question but it could also be said about her.
"I'm the senshi of sleep and I say no!" She said, trying to hide her yawn with the back of her hand. It wasn't like her being awake was her own choice, but now there were people that needed protecting and she certainly couldn't do that when she was in bed, safe, and dreaming her tall tower dreams.

Waking with a start Egeria made herself jump. It seemed there had been a part of herself that wanted or well needed to be awake. She looked around rubbing her eyes, noticing there was suddenly another cat about. Where had she came from.
She noticed Zirconia next to her and poked the sleeping cat. How strange. Then again she had been asleep as well. She looked at Hypnos and then looked to find ********* and Hygiea. They were attacking a pipe? So she hadn't been dreaming that? She rubbed her eyes a little more and then tried to stand up finding that she fell over as soon as she got up.
"Curse it..." She hissed as she tried to stand up again. She wanted to get up and help and fight but it would take a while before she was in any shape to fight. Instead she lent against the closest wall trying to find the energy to just stand on her own.

The combined efforts of the chibis had been a success and rocks of rust dropped off and fell before the pipe hissed. It seemed there was steam. Plenty of it, and the pressure forced out and shot out at the youma. The fleas jumped and leaped about, some swept from the force of the gas onto their backs and were unable to run. The clicking rose up in a panic as the others communicated their alarm and the rest just made noise to show that they were indeed dying. Success - with consequences. The force of the steam had been forced out so quickly that it was also flying out in all directions. Hopefully, with luck, your chibi could get away in time or else there would be some healing for them in the near future.
On the other side of the room, the chibis and guardians were working to protect their friends and keeping up the good fight. However, time was up. The youma had a meeting, shared, and came to a conclusion. They liked energy and these creatures had it. It was time to attack, and attack they did. Unlike before, where they had leap up and bitten, they decided to use their leaps and aim directly at the chibis and guardian cats. Their shells were hard to crack without direct force, and they were now using them to pelt their enemies and hopefully wear them down. It was a waste of energy, but hopefully would beat then enough to steal it later. Their mission had been to attack, and that was just what they were doing. HP: 296Getting Hot In Here! CONGRATS! The pipe bursted and is sending hot steam out across the floor at the youma fleas. However, it's also sending it everywhere else. If Ixion's glove was any indicator, this stuff is hot, Hot, HOT! You have two dice to roll now and two posts.
Hugbell, Ixion, and Hygiea: Roll 1d100 each. Your rolls will total the damage the steam has done to the youma. However, roll 1d6 in your next post after that. Even means you have been burned. You decide where and how severely. Odd means you managed to find a spot that kept you away from being burned.
Cora, *********, and Hypnos: The youma who have not been around the pipes are now collected around you, and have decided on a plan of attack. While biting worked, they are now leaping at you, using their hard bodies as ammunition to hit their targets to wear them down. You are being attacks by blunt force!
If you defend yourself: Roll 1d10 instead. This tells you how much damage you have taken. Of course even at it's worse, it could be a lot less than if you were open to attack back. ((Also applies to cats that are defending))
If you are attacking: Roll the 2d20. The first is how much damage your character does to the youma. The second is how much damage the youma does to your character.
For cats that are attacking, roll 2d10. Smaller targets are harder to hit after all.
Egeria: Seeing as you are still recovering energy and being protected, the youma have yet to notice you are waking up. You can summon what little strength you have and roll 1d10 to attack.
Zircnoia need protecting. Someone from the group must decide to protect the guardian cat. This means you will only roll 1d20 and see how much damage you take as you protect yourself and the guardian cat from the youma attack!

Hug-bell watched the steam as it hissed out hitting some of the fleas. "Oh wow it's really cooking them!" She said in aw as she watched the steam. Of course it was hot just being near the pipe now, "We should probably try to find a way out of this!" She added looking around for a safe way to escape the steam.

Oh wow, Hygiea hadn't expected that much steam to rush out of the pipes, swallowing, pushing and overall just taking the little youma along with it as it escaped its confines. It was in a word, and probably one she used most, "awesome," she breathed out even though the situation was getting a little bit on the dangerous side for them as well.
"Oh," yeah, it was getting really hot in this area and HugBell had a point. "Yeah, seems like a good idea," she agreed as the grip around her steel rod strengthened. She was totally not letting it go right now, not when it proved a really useful tool, who knew if it would come in handy again.
"Maybe back the way we came?" Hygiea turned her head to see if was indeed a safe passage, they had cleared the way to get here after all. Simple as that, right?

Hug-bell nodded as Hygiea suggested coming back the way they came. "We have to watch out for the steam, we can't run through it..." She added as she looked, around she had stepped to the other side and just behind the steam pipe to watch the others hit it.
She paused, "Be right back." The child kept her angle iron because well a good weapon was a good weapon. She then maneuvered her way around the steam pipes and debris jumping when she had to, to get back to a safe spot away from the Steam. "Hurry up slow pokes." She said with a smile.

As the steam flowed out of the pipes, Ixion couldn't help but grin. He had been right, heat was definitely not the little youma's friend. "Yes! Look at 'em run."
He was so busy revealing in being right, and watching the youma scurry away, he wasn't really thinking about leaping back from the steam himself.

It took Ixion a moment to realize that the he was suffering the same effects of the steam that the youma were. He was standing right by the pipe when it went off. Being covered from the neck down, the boy didn't really feel the effects of the steam for a few seconds. Finally, the steam got through his clothes and the boy leaped back. "Ack. Ffffffffff."
He wasn't burned too badly, his fuku and boots having protected him relatively well. But underneath, his skin felt the sting of heat and the side of his face that was closest to the pipe was flushed red, lightly burned and dripping with sweat. Ixion was just got catching many breaks when it came to his face. He hugged the wall, and gave Hygeia a slightly pathetic look. "Can you help me with this later?" Ixion winced a bit as he tried to smile.
Then he started to walk, hugging the wall to get around the pipe, in order to escape the steam.

********* though she hadn't let down her guard in the slightest as she bounced around from flea-monster to flea-monster. Keeping herself moving seemed to be doing wonders for her when it came to avoiding the little youma. It made her drastically more difficult to latch onto and make into an energy snack. She did manage to spare a smile as the three senshi by the pipe managed to cause what seemed like some major damage to the swarm.
However, the youma did have brains in those little hard-shelled bodies. Rather than try the tactics they had somewhat been relying on the majority of the fight, they began to fight ********* leaping with their own powerful version of the same concept. She managed to jump onto one of the little strange insects, then squish another, and that was when a few of them went into action. Rather than jumping up and over her to squish her, they decided to aim their jumping into the feline's gut. The manx let out a squeak of a sound as she felt some of the wind get knocked out of her.
Being a cat, she landed on her feet, but she didn't spring back up like she had been doing for a majority of the time. No, instead, she took in a few breathes, as if trying to regain what she had lost thanks to that rather firm attack against her tummy.

Hygiea wanted to reply with a 'well, duh' but the little group was already off and running it seemed. Well, two of them as they maneuvered as carefully as they could around each vent and pipe that was spewing steam around them.
She seemed to be doing good, not burns even with her very unprotected arms and face, even with the obstacles and slow progress that they were making. It was Ixion's sudden yelp that nearly made her trip, it was unexpected and well, him being him she didn't expect him to hurt himself or anything. When she managed to turn her head to look at him, he was hugging the wall and giving her a ... weird look. His face looked even more sad with the steam that had apparently attacked it - add that with the bugs? Ouch. "Dude, duh." She smiled at him.
Then hit the wall when a burst of steam almost hit her. Eech. Okay, pay attention to where you are going, Hygiea. She continued.

Egeria noticed the fleas were ignoring her and there was a sigh of relief. She watched for a while not really finding the energy to do anything and soon collapsed into a 'sleeping' heap next to Zirconia again. She figured if she looked asleep then the youma fleas would think she was still asleep.
She looked around the floor, rubbing her eyes as she did so before she found a few rocks. She launched them into the air towards some fleas and then made herself look like she was still sleeping which was actually really hard when all you want to do is sleep. She forced herself to stay awake though and listened hoping that none of the fleas were heading her way. She didn't really want any of the other chibi's or cats knowing she was awake as she still felt incredibly tired and the fleas didn't seem to fight those already asleep. Oh how she wished her attack would work against youma!
