Landry was lifted up with ease and put into position, and everyone in the audience saw where this was going and they got to their feet, hoping he would counter and save himself. ... He could not... Landry was smashed back first from the Chokehold STO into the Steel Steps, and a sick thud reverberated throughout the arena as Landry's spine bent around the jagged and unforgiving steps. He arched his spine and he let out an agonizing yell as pain surged through his body.

After the backbreaker on to the steel steps and Landry's agonizing yell, Chrono picked up a mic that was still there from earlier in the match.
"I finally see why you did what you did to Phoenixfire in the past.. It's because you're weak inside Landry, so weak that you had to torture, rape and almost murder a woman, in addition to manipulating another just to feel strong. How does it feel fighting someone who's far superior to you in every way? Physically, mentally, emotionally.. "
Chrono said as he attempted to strike Landry in the head with the mic.

The mic hits him hard in the head, but Landry barely moves, he's already so battered the pain barely registers.

Chrono dropped the mic and muttered 'Pathetic' as he attempted to pin Landry via putting his foot on Landry's chest while on the steel steps.

The ref slid out of the ring and tried to decide how to judge the pin as Landry's shoulders were on uneven ground. He shrugged, and decided to count it anyway.
"1...2..." NO! Landry shot a shoulder up, despite the obvious pain it caused him and the crowd went crazy to see that he had life left in him.

Chrono was absolutely livid that Landry managed to get a shoulder up. Obviously it was because Chrono was cocky and decided to pin him in a truly heelish matter however Chrono decided to blame the referee. 'You counted too slow!' The God of Time yelled as he then shoved the ref who was telling him that he counted correctly.
After the ref was shoved, Chrono went under the ring and grabbed a chair as he walked over to Landry and turned it so that the round edge of the chair was facing down as he raised the weapon up and attempted to send it crashing down on Landry's ribs...

Landry saw Chrono was frustrated and decided now was as good a time as ever to retaliate. He slid off the steps onto his hands and knees, avoiding the chair shot. He was incredibly tempted to deliver a low blow at this point, but he knew that if he did he'd be disqualified and lose his only chance at getting custody of his son.
Instead, he'd wrap his arms around Chrono's legs and try to take him down so that he'd fall flat to the mat while he stood on the steel steps. Then he'd fall backwards, using the leverage and momentum to try and catapult Chrono into the barricade.

Chrono flew through the air with the chair in hand and landed hard on the other side of the barricade. His landing was not a soft one as he landed on the chair hard. He was motionless aside from breathing heavily as the crowd chanted 'Holy s**t! Holy s**t!'

Landry got up to his feet, forcing himself to crawl back into the ring. He knew he would have to get Chrono back into the ring in order to win, but he had something else in mind. He waited, collecting his breath as he watched Chrono, timing his next move just right...

Chrono still didn't move as the security guards blocked the fans from trying to touch him.

Landry began stomping his foot in a steady rhythm, the crowd clapping their hands and stomping their feet at the same time. The audeince was on their feet, highly anticipating Landry's next big move.

Chrono once again wasn't moving, his eyes were open and he was breathing heavily. He could hear the crowd stomping and clapping but it was too painful to get up at the moment so Chrono laid there. The rumbling continued and despite the fact that he hated all of them he was feeding off their adrenaline and excitement, and started to sit up.
The crowd cheered louder and louder, as he turned around and placed his hands on the barricade preparing to get over it.

When Landry saw that Chrono's positioning was just right, he ran at the turnbuckle, climbing up rung by rung until he was at the top, where he leapt off and attempted to aim an Over Castle at Chrono. He knew it would be painful, but hopefully the security would unwittingly break his fall.

Chrono was staggering to get over the barricade and looked up only to see Landry fly in the air and suddenly crash into him via an overcastle, and his back once again hit the chair. There was a sickening thud, as the crowd once again cheered 'Holy s**t! Holy s**t'

Landry crashed into security and a few chairs, and everyone went down in a heap. The crowd jumped to their feet and blew the roof off the joint. The "Holy s**t!" chant was deafening, and security was at its witts end trying to contain the audience around the competitors.
