Alfred reached out with his free hand and hooked it around the Brit's neck pulling him close. In an instant their lips touched.

"Maybe I'm willing to take the risk... just this once."
Who was he kidding, he had already fallen for the British boy. And the more he thought about it the more it hurt. Because the thought of him being with someone else was just torcher. And he pulled him back again. He didn't kiss him again but he was close enough to. He was slightly worried... would that be a good enough answer?

America's heart clenched at the words 'I hate you'. But his releaf was evident as he dropped his cigaret on the stone below his feet and wrapped both arms around the other kissing him back. After a few long moments he pulled back to look Arthur in the eyes.
"I think I love you Mr. Kirkland."
He smirked, he finally said it.

"I said i love you, what more do you want jerk."
He did not like to be called git, mostly because he didn't really know what it ment, only that it was an insult.

Alfred pulled the other back to him and rested his head on the other's shoulder.
"Thank you. I'm sorry I have been an idiot... I do love you. I have for a wile. I was just scared to admit it."
He sniffled a bit.
"Because I thought you hated me."
He didn't want to drag his confession on too long in case someone intruded on their moment but he had words to say.
"I wish I could have been brave enough to tell you sooner. Not very heroic I know."
He sniffled again rubbing his eyes agenst the brit's shirt.

Alfred pulled back to look at Arthur, his eyes where a little red, but he smiled non the less.
"I won't let that happen. I'll be your hero."
He brushed the forming tears away from those emerald eyes he loved.
"But right now Hawaii needs us."
He wished they could have just gone off to be alone, but so many people would be disappointed in him if he willingly turned his back on her. Like Lili, even thow he just confessed to his dorm mate he still held a great affection for the sweet little blond.

"Right."
He made sure there was no sign of a tear in his eyes as he took Arthur's hand and left the school grounds. He was so excited, he wouldn't have to come up with an excused to sleep in Arthur's bed with him or visa versa. Al wished he could continue to tell the other blond he loved him, it just felt so good to finally say it out load.

The State of Tennessee

Iris had been all too happy to go along with England. Maybe he wanted to take a walk with her? That would be lovely, wouldn't it? She was a little tired from her trip but she supposed it wouldn't hurt to go with him. He was such a nice man to be helping her and Tennessee out like this although her state didn't seem quite as enthusiastic.

Andrew followed after England with a frown close to a sulk. He hated relying on this nation for help and it burned him to his core although he kept his mouth shut. When they reached the field he blinked and looked out at it. He hadn't expected to see one this big so close to campus. It wasn't quite as nice as his farm, but it would be more than adequate for Iris to graze. However, that still didn't solve the whole vaccination issue.

"... What are you doin'?" he muttered as he watched Arthur scribbling in the dirt with some sticks. Andrew didn't know a thing in the world about summoning but he got a bad feeling when he saw some of the "devil" symbols that looked eerily similar to something he'd seen Massachusetts draw. "W-Wait a sec!" he started to object but the spell was already in progress.

Tennessee wished more than anything he had his weapons with him, but all he had was his guitar. The boy brandished poor Nashville like a club as he prepared for what was no doubt some sort of evil demon based on how England was laughing. When the light finally faded he saw...

Nothing.

Andrew blinked at the spot this Uni should be standing on and saw absolutely nothing there. For a long moment he just stared before looking at the Englishman. W-Was he talking to someone? Tennessee had heard rumors about Arthur, but he'd never believed them until now. His stubborn, hard expression suddenly melted into one of absolute pity. England was apparently insane.

Iris, on the other hand, all but pranced her hooves cheerfully when she sensed the other horse-like creature. She whinnied a happy greeting as she went over to meet this new comer with a very expensive looking ornament on their head. This Uni must be into some sort of exciting British fashion.
