Damien was already starting to lose whenever he stared onto those soulless kitten eyes that just made his heart melt. he would never admit it to the them but he just wanted to sit down in the fluff pile, and chew on their ears playfully. Ahh... another day~
He gave the feline Boil a smirk at his reaction to his dear sister. "Aww do I detect a bit of sibling rivalry?" he teased back playfully before tossing his shirt at the boil and using one of his jack given assets, his tail.
He gave a nearby kit a swish once it flopped over his tail and tried to toss it into his arms.
-fails are funnn-
sadly the kitten thought that it either had wings or was able to fly on a rainbow and went sailing into a wall. Damien cringed waiting for the impending splat, but only heard a poof as he opened his eyes to see a poof of sparkles against the spot it would have been.
"Did I ... did I just kill it?" he paled at the spot of kitten sparkle remains.

Shhh. Riley was looking up at the ceiling as her tentacles fished for kittens, but even from where she was she could hear Demi's voice catching feline attention. You're going to spook them. Then we'll never get them out of our hair.
..As she was trying to catch them with what she considered hair, this sentence was a little amusing.
Of course, she was rewarded for this insight with nothing more than the feeling of a kitten exploding all over her tentacles. Her eyes couldn't help but look, and she froze for a different reason - glitter. GLITTER. ON HER TENTACLES.
GOOD JACK NO-
So much for not spooking the kittens.

The she-wolf had failed in catching the kitten she'd been after. Those cute eyes had done her in. Staring deep into her and making it impossible for LW to move. Then her eyes widened a little, glancing at the were-tiger ghoul. The she-wolf blinked, tail swishing from side to side (brushing a kitten or two). She had some attitude to her. Instead of feeling insulted or offended, LW just grinned at the ghoul. "You're right. I should worry more about myself. I'm sure your a tough ghoul." The she-wolf winked at her and gave Faint a smile that turned into a groan when he directed that look on her. "I'm sure it will be alright." Actually, she wasn't. But if they wanted out of this room, they had to catch the kittens.
Turning back to just that task, LW happened to glance around and spotted a few very familiar faces. Her favorite werelemur was not too far off, staring intently at...who was she staring at? LW offered Natalia a quick smile, letting the ghoul know she had seen her. The other face that caught her attention was one very familiar purple demoness. Well, it was nice to know there were others stuck in here besides herself and the two boils she was with. And now the younger ghoul.
LW made yet another attempt to go after the adorable ball of fluff at her feet. She glanced away when it's eyes were turned her way, looking at Demi. Then back down to attempt to snag the little thing.
-MOAR FAIL!-
Her attempt failed horribly when she met the creatures eyes. And she was so close that she could just...pet it...and then she was sneezing. Over and over again. Jackdamnit! She had glitter all over her arms. And it was making her sneeze. Horrid little creatures!

There weren't too many people there at the beginning, so it made things quite easy to make her way quickly down the hall, trying not to look too much since it sent chills down her spine thinking about what might be lurking around the next corner... just waiting to catch her alone and unaware. And considering the cold was usually her friend, that was saying something when Tsu was willing to brave a crowd.
Though the scene that was unfolding before her when she reached the landing area wasn't anything that she would have ever dreamed would be in a place like this. Masses of kittens were everywhere, along with quite a large sized group of people that were making an attempt to catch them. So adorable and fluffy... her fingers itched to touch them, to see if their fur was as soft as it looked. 'No... no this is bad. We need to just get rid of them...' she muttered to herself, seeing a few students managing to capture a few of them. Taking a deep breath, she tossed herself into the fray... hoping that she'd be able to lure a few close enough to catch.

Nothing prepared young Katlyn for what the Werewolf had to say next. Was she actually being praised for sticking up for herself? The strange conflict of emotions tore at her insides as she fought to decide whether she liked this girl or not. She decided to leave it at neutral, for now. Perhaps she might be able to show her sweeter side at a later date. At a time less stressful.
Katlyn gasped at the sudden poof that caused her entire body to jump. She turned her head and her golden orbs caught on what seemed to be a pile of glitter. She made a disgusted face before drawing a conclusion from the hesitant words of the Hell Hound. "You've murdered it?!" she squeaked out in a slightly frantic tone. "You're suppose to catch them, not crush them into glitter!" she sighed, seeing as how what was done was done and there was no saving the pile of glitter kitty now.
She walked over as a bunch of kittens began to gather around the 'glitter remains' of the 'splatted' kitten and began licking it up. She cringed at the awkward mystery of it and tried to wrangle up at least one by using her fluffy tail to wrap around them and draw them nearer.
-Captured-
Apparently having some sort of plan and strategy to herding kittens was helpful. Even though a good number of kittens managed to crawl and wiggle their way from her fluffy tail one was at least trapped with confusion. Kitty snatched the fluffy white kitten up and found herself being drawn into the cuteness. "Mph... oh god..." she cringed and fought the urge to snuggle it against her face. "No, you are going with Cuddles, you furball..." she sighed and scrunched up her face with certainty. She walked over to the pen and dumped the kitten inside.

Ulmuka turned as Natalia seemed drawn to the group of fuzzy eared students. He stalked behind her, using long strides to pick his steps amongst the kitten bodies.
And then there was a pop and Natalia was covered in the most obnoxious substances on the planet. And he started to cackle and then he started to howl and screech in laughter!
He took a step, not looking, and slipped on a pile of confetti streamers which sent him crashing forward onto the ground.
Maybe his unfortunate accident would pin a kitten beneath his body... because he certainly didn't seem to be deliberately catching anything.

Instead of trusting LW's sense in the situation, he frowned and stuffed this kitten in his vest. He'd hold on to them as long as possible. It was the least he could do for the kittens. The little orange fluff mewled and settled, just in time for Faint to catch Damien's shirt in one hand. He leveled an unhappy look at the hound, though he did like the boil for some reason. He jumped slightly as there was a poof, and a kitten exploded. He clutched his own kitten sadly, and gave a horrified look at the hound. "Kitten killer...."
Instead of worrying himself over Kitty, though he did glance at her every so often, or Damien, he took the shirt, got back on his hands and knees, and used the clothing as a play toy. He dragged it on the ground and swayed his tail.
-MISS-
Unfortunately, the kittens were terrified of the offending shirt, associating it with their fallen comrade.

There was a brief attempt to catch kittens again, marred only by the fact that Riley was now desperate to brush the glitter off of her tentacles.
It itched and it wouldn't come off and it was so pretty and she wanted to take twelve showers and scrub until either the glitter or her skin came off.
Either way, she wanted it all off and she wanted it all off NOW.
She heard the popping of another kitten nearby, and a scree bubbled forth from her mind even as all of her tentacles cringed upwards into spirals to keep away from the glitter that oozed out.
She was going to look like a Jack-damned Christmas ornament before this day was over..

Turning her head, Natalia faced Muka with the same horrified look across her pale white face. She had...killed one of these things. Or...well it exploded, and all that could be deduced was that it died and went horribly so in a puff of paper and glitter. She only just caught the grin on LW’s face, but not quite in the mood for a smile left the monster shying away from the gesture of familiarity.
In a way Natalia also looked apologetic, especially to those around her who were also covered in the remnants of some unlucky cats. Her frozen state became almost permanent as several of the infant felines turned their bobble heads her way, spotting the remains of their fellow littermates and glaring. They only blinked and scampered away when a student passed by and threatened to snatch one up.
If for no other reason than to escape the torments and potential accidents this room held, Natalia covered her face with one hand and reached down with the other, eagerly grasping at the rowdy bunches that were all around them.

She heard Muka's laughter echo within the room, and scowled behind her hand in his general direction...but the sound of a body hitting the floor led her to believe he too managed to squash one of those itty-bitty kittens...now they were BOTH murderers...
This time, instead of just stumbling forward she merely snapped her fingers and turned about, reaching around in search once more.

Kala Itar was irritable when he sensed the kittens running through his grasp. The veins on his face began to extend over his eyes, and around his cheeks as rage began to spread through him. Thiiiis was not good. It meant that the Dream Eater was entering the state wherein he was ready to kill something. DAMN KITTENS.....He wanted them dead...DEAD.

Damien just stared openly at the sudden arrival of the mindflayer and her scolding. Really? REALLY? "Me, not being loud? That's almost physically impossible!?" he replied back, at first trying so with only his mind before giving up and using his vocal chords.
he enjoyed barking, and howling, and screaming and moan-
"But for you, i'll try." he said in finality, staring at the kitten she caught and wondered if these sparkly things running around were in any way connected to the set of cats guarding Riley's room. At least these weren't trying to maul him alive.
The hell hound bristled at the tiger boil and his new title. He didn't mean to do that and make the cat go poof, it just... happened! "Keep talking kitten and your next." he whispered back without the sarcastic heat he'd normally have with it before flopping onto the ground on his back with his eyes closed.
Play time seemed to work very well for Faint and hey, if you can't beat them, join them. So he swished his tail back and forth in order to lure the kits to crawl over his chest and spring the trap, known as his left arm and right arm.
-SUCCESS-
His nemesis, whom he was going to call Faint junior the glitter kitty, came back to say hello and crawl over his stomach, leaving a trail of sparkles and glitter all over his chest before he picked up the kit in his arms.
"Ha Gotcha!" he yipped out before standing back to his feet, his tail swishing about and knocking some of the more curious cats aside.
It was indeed a hard catch but the sparkle kitten was finally nabbed.

She probably should have felt extremely bad for the sudden poof of a kitten. But LW was torn between busting out in laughter and being horrified. It didn't look like any of them were doing much better than one another now. Demi had exploded a kitten. Faint...was he trying to steal the kitten? How could he- a pair of huge eyes and pitiful mewling drew her eye to the ground. Oh Jack. Jack! It- she- LW tried very hard not to reach down and cuddle the brown and white kitten. It just looked...like it could really use a hug right now.
A hand was reaching out to touch it before she could help herself. And then the glitter. The GLITTER! The she-wolf whined and tried to brush it off her hands. This only smeared it around more and she felt a shudder race through her body. Alright that was it! Violet eyes narrowed on the adorable fluff of cuteness. She was going to succeed in catching it! LW swore she would!
-Caught!-
Success! She had gotten the little bugger. LW quickly jumped over another couple kittens and quickly tossed the kitten in her hands into the designated spot for kitten drop off. The longer she held it, the more she wanted to cuddle it and not let go. "Take that you puff ball of adorable torment!"

Riley truly didn't care if Demi made a ruckus or not, anymore. She was making enough noise of her own, despite the fact that none of it was audible. There could almost have been considered a bit of whimpering in that last scree, as she tried to pluck out pieces of glitter with her claws one by one. Her tentacles still attempted to catch kittens blindly, though upon further inspection of Demi's swishing tail, she decided to attempt that method as well.
Her tentacles swished against the floor invitingly, hoping for the feel of some mischievous kitten trying to pounce them.
She shuddered as she felt exactly that, and her tentacle wrapped around the kitten quickly like a cocoon.
I will never forgive myself for this day.

((Staircase)) Festivals were something that Shun actually went to occasionally. Sometimes there were interesting things to be seen, though he normally didn't spend a great deal of time at them. With the summer festival coming around, he decided that he may as well check it out. While he was at it, he had asked if Mitsu wished to go as well. When the girl pointed out the haunted house, he looked over at the strange building, put off by the sparkly pinkness. It was like the booth from open house... only in an actual house. "..I suppose," he said while making his way to the building. It looked like there were a number of other people around, between the two paths they apparently had to take. Looking at them, he shrugged to himself before deciding to head on up the stairs.

Katlyn brushed her hands together, back and forth. She was only trying to make sure she got rid of the white stray hairs, not that she'd be able to tell if they were her's or the kitten's. Kitty walked back over, eying the Hell Hound known as Damien and the Werewolf LW all to closely. They were either close friends or something a little more. She liked seeing couples together. She was somewhat of a boy fanatic herself, though she tried to dull it down to nothing while Faint was around. She didn't want him becoming all protective and embarrassing her in front of any potential boyfriends. Sadly, as much as Kat loved to fawn over guys she had never had a boyfriend, never even came remotely close to getting a boyfriend.
A curious kitten managed to sneak up on the blond tigress, latching onto her tail with teeth and claws. "Ah!" she screamed at the sharp pain that shot through her tail and up her spine. She yelped and flicked her tail with such a force that it sent the kitten flying through the air, soaring right towards Faint at a concerning pace. She gasped and shouted in hopes that she may save the eerily adorable kitten, "Faint, Look out!"
