'Jennifer' was not used to her name, but grinned nonetheless as her attention was pulled away from the stage towards a face she recognized from the bus. "Oh, hey! Jenna right?" Grinning and nodding enthusiastically as the smaller girl just kept talking she mentally shook her head. There was definitely a time when she'd been the exact same way. In a lot of ways she still was. It was lucky for her that she was a member of the Negaverse or she could envision herself being captured and used to fuel their plans for eternity. Chuckling out loud as soon as Jenna was finished talking she reached out and offered her hand for the girl to take. This was the best part about camps like this, all the younger siblings you could stand without having to actually be an older sister.
"Okay, then!" She exclaimed it happily as she waited for her new friend to take her hand. "Do you remember the name of your cabin at least? If we can figure that out then we'll know who is in charge and I can help you find them!" Any start was a good start!

She's been right! Jennifer was nice, and seemed to be like herself. "Yup, I'm Jenna, Jenna Adams; like the Adams family. I used to watch them all the time, on some channel for all older shoes." She said, happily, flashing a brilliant smile. She'd loved that show, though the dark humor was a little much. It was still funny to see the family members and how the mother always killed her roses. "I wish my family were as interesting as their family is." She added, almost as an after thought.
Blinking at the question, she'd have said more if it hadn't been for the question. "Oh! Ummm...It's a busy plant...mom has them, there pink..." Thinking for a moment, she wasn't good with remembering the names of plants; they simply didn't interest her. "I know theirs a 'z' in there somewhere..." She said hoping it helped, at least a little bit. How many other flowers had a 'z' in their name?

Supressing a giggle, she took Jenna's hand and listened to her talk. "I always liked The Munsters for the same reason, they were always so busy and interesting. One day you'll learn to like your family just the way they are, like I do mine!" An equally brilliant smile flashed across the councilor's face in return though it wasn't that far of a stretch from the grin that was perpetually plastered there the last two days. It was all just natural and with this little one talking so much and having so much energy 'Jennifer' was really looking forward to getting the girl to sign-up for her activities. What hyperactive child didn't like ice cream and sweet things?
Furrowing her brow at the description of the flower, she looked down at the ground in thought. "Z ... z," she 'hmm'd' in thought and then it dawned on her as she mentally went through the cabin names. "Do you mean Azalea?" Well, that solved that! Pulling Jenna along gently, she made her way towards one of the other Junior Councilors in charge of that particular cabin.

Chris stared at Skye's back as she turned to leave, although he didn't catch himself until his eyes were down to the back of her legs, only to have them snap back to Paris, wide and hopefully innocent in appearance.
"What?" he almost stammered, before quickly shaking his head at Paris, not wanting her to feel defensive or anything like that! "She's just... uh... I knew her in high school," he lamely explained. Of course, now he was seeing her with more frequent occurrences, not sure that he liked it at all. Not that he really wanted to talk about it with anyone. But... yeah. Skye was Skye. It was a strange mixture of emotions for him, but he was trying to ignore that.
"Um... Don't you guys have children to gather up?" he wondered, thinking that the counselors were at least... finishing up with introducing themselves.
————————————————————
Peter looked up at Lissy when she made her way over to him, thinking about her offer seriously. He knew her methods tended to get her in trouble a lot, and he couldn't say that he was always willing to stick his neck out like that, but... if she helped him...
"You know what...? I think I would like your help," he agreed, pushing himself up from the ground once more and brushing off his shorts. "Yeah, we can look," he agreed, making to move around the people to get past the stage, before pausing, looking up at the platform where the counselors and giant invisible slug were walking on and off.
HMM...
"Give me a second, I want to check something," he told his friend, moving away from her and dropping his bag next to the platform so he could hoist himself up. Woah, lots of people...
"Excuse me, everyone! This is really important!", the ten-year-old shouted, his hands cupped over his mouth so he could throw his voice farther. "Does anyone know where there's internet access here?? Or a 3-G network would be good, too!"
No seriously. This was a matter of him being miserable or relatively complacent for the duration of the camp. Of course it was important.

"I like my family, were just not that interesting. Mommy doesn't go out and kill her plants. And we don't dig up family members and play games with them." She said, nodding her head as she spoke. "I've never seen the Munsters, I'll have to ask mommy about finding out when it's on so I can see it." She'd have to talk to her mother the moment she got home, her poor mother!
For a moment the twelve year old didn't say anything, as she was lead along by Jennifer. But then she nodded. "Yeah! That's it. Mommy has some pink ones, shapes bushes, on either side of the front door. They smell really nice, but it brings bees around the door; and I don't like bees."

Azzo the park ranger was leaning on the fence waiting for all the counselors to state who they were before going up to introduce themselves when he heard a kid asking if there was 3G coverage or Internet. "Sorry buddy, you're out of luck not an ounce of internet or 3G ANYWERE. You're stuck in the stone age." He called back to peter, his arms were crossed and he was looking directly at the kid. "My buddy over here has been all over the camp and forest looking for coverage. You gotta go back to Destiny for that."
--------------
Istas frowned hearing peter and moved closer to him after taking Lissy's hand and dragging the other with her. "There's no coverage, they've already said that." She smiled and looked at Peter, "Hi I'm Istas." She said with a smile, "And this is Lissy." She didn't know Peter already knew the other girl.

Arian watched as a kid climbed onto the platform, blinking as the boy's words sunk in. He didn't think there was any net access here and considering that the place seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere so to speak, it was unlikely that there was a decent mobile network connection - much less mobile internet.
He was going to mention it to the kid, but two voices one after the other beat him too it.

Istas had totally ignored her, how mean! Ridley's eyes flashed with annoyance as the other girl meandered away with another one with teal hair and some boy who demanded the internet. Truth be told, Ridley was curious where service could be found as well. There was always at least something, even if someone shouted there would be none. How else would emergency calls get out?
Or maybe the curly haired girl just didn't hear her. "ISTAS!" Ridley tried again, louder even though she was closer to the group than she had previously when she called.

Istas jumped when Ridley called her basically by yelling "WHAT!?" She blinked as she turned around and swung around, her penguin backpack almost coming off.
She looked at the two "You keep him busy." She said softly to Lissy and then paused and looked around, before sliding over to Ridley and looking at the bag she was holing. "What's up?"

Zia ran back in to camp (if one could be 'back' if they left before anyone else arrived), her droid in hand as if she had been using it as a homing beacon. Her hiking boots were muddy, she'd obviously been running around for a while.
"Peter!" She half sobbed when she spotted him. "Peter, there's no service anywhere!" Normally Peter was met with rolling eyes or flat annoyance the moment she saw him, but now, here, she was calling out to him as if he was the only human in the world who could understand her. Her and her pain.
Finally giving up on staring at the screen hoping for a miracle, she let her arms sink to her side like weights before giving Azzo a petty little shove to the side, hoping it would make her feel better.
It only did a little.

Cass had silently nodded his answer to Leah about his lusciously natural purple locks, and he was about to get up the voice to tell her his name before she had to go meet up with her group. "B-... BYE!" He called out, waving as big as possible behind her.
Now he was starting to wonder which group was his...

Azzo rolled his eyes at Zia, "It's just two weeks. Besides we have land lines." He added with a shake of his head before grabbing her, "Come on, lets introduce ourselves before something dumb happens and put the phone away please, so the kids don't get the idea you're irresponsible."
He and Zia made their way and he took the megaphone from the last person to use it. "Hello kids, I'm Azzo and this is Zia. We are your local forest rangers, we're just two miles over that way, "He pointed to their little two story cabin, "If you guys ever get lost or something happens that you need our feel free to come get us we're there to help."
He paused, looking at Zia and offered her the megaphone, "Here say something about what we do." He said with a whisper.

Cora woke up when campers' bags were unloaded and carried by the the fence. She tried her hardest to not make a sound. She didn't want Ainsley to get in trouble because of her. But the cat was curious and all sounds around her interested her. So, she carefully rose her head and took a look about the surroundings. How pretty everything was! She wished she could roam around the camp area freely, without worries of getting caught by camp staff. Too bad she couldn't do that, not yet at least. When she saw some kids coming towards bags, she quickly dugged her head back, hoping no one would notice her. When oh when would Ainsley come and carrying her in the safe place? -- Meanwhile, if anyone happened to notice, a paper bag might have been found from the bus' storage space. It had some weird liquid inside it. Oh boy, how bad the liquid's smell was! Also, there was some opened pockets on the sides of pags. Nothing was stolen though, except from Istas' bag where one paper bag was missing. What mysterious had happened during the bus drive?

Zia followed Azzo with a toxic glare. She wouldn't even be already having such massive text withdrawal if he hadn't stolen her phone when they were in a service area.
She did oblige and stuff the phone in her back shorts' pocket, though, and joined him up on stage, even taking a deep breath and putting on the happy mask and voice one was expected to when addressing a bunch of kids, even waving when Azzo introduced her.
"So, if you're in a pinch just come find us or get ahold of us by radio," She continued, holding up the two-way she had unclipped to her belt. "And--..." She moved the bullhorn down away from her face and let out a long sigh like pressure was building up from seeming so kid friendly. "Yeah, I can't do this," She mumbled, at least quietly enough that only Azzo and maybe a few of the closer people to the platform could pick it up. She pushed the bullhorn handle into his chest and strolled right off.

Paris wasn't sure he believed Chris. Well, he'd believe that Chris knew Skye from high school, but his gut told him it was more than that, and he tended to trust his gut more than anything else. Chris wouldn't react like that around her unless there was something he wasn't saying, and Paris was going to assume that "something" was pretty big, otherwise Chris would have told him about it as soon as he asked. But, no. Instead, he'd brushed it off and tried to change the subject. He must be hiding something.
He turned, momentarily pulled away from those thoughts, when he heard shouting from the stage, his eyes settling on a child with a mop of messy hair in a familiar auburn color. "I'm guessing that's your brother," he said, allowing the subject to change for now. He wasn't going to throw a suspicious/jealous fit in front of Lily. He'd just ask Chris about it again later.
Sighing, Paris resigned himself to the entire messy situation he'd gotten himself into and glanced down at his clipboard to see if he could spy the appropriate surname. He still had a list of boys' names, after all. Sure enough, there it was. Gallo. Staring right up at him. If he hadn't been so distracted before, he might have noticed it sooner. He thought he heard someone shouting the name "Peter" in the direction of the stage, but that wasn't the one he had on his list.
"Benjamin Gallo," he said, raising his voice enough to be heard but still trying to remain pleasant. "Come off the stage. You're definitely not going to get internet up there. Hop down and we'll sort you out." Might as well butter up to Chris's little brother while he was here...

Seth kneeled next to the kid who had made his declaration, now on the same eye level with him as he casually remarked to Peter and Zia., "Sorry kids."He held up a USB which may or may not have been the sole internet provider at camp. But in regards to the kids, it might as well have been. "There's no internet for you or your cell phones."
Seth was dressed in a black t-shirt with an open short-sleeve white shirt tossed on over it. His lower half consisted of jeans and skater shoes. he had a hat on, already looking tired. Needless to say, Seth was not good with camping. It was too hot during the day and too cold during the night. When you added kids to the mix, Seth was absolutely exhausted. The only reason he was here on orders from the negaverse and even that was beyond him. As for the introductions, Seth had stayed fairly quiet in the background. In all actuality, he was likely the least important. He had no duties when it came to the kids, merely duties to upholding the technological end of camp.
He took his turn at the microphone with an inward sigh, "I'm Seth Eintetta. I'll be in the office. If you need any help, I'll be there."
"However, if you require something as insignificant internet for your cell phones, I can guarantee you that you won't find it there." Something about Seth reminded the children that Seth wouldn't hesitate to reject them flat-out on the spot if they bothered him for something as idiotic as that.
