Because he saved me from godzilla's aunt with his teal colored laser eyes whose power is intensified by his goggles. It really was a beautiful scene; the scent of burning scales wafting in the air, the sight of its flesh bubbling like some concoction you'd find in a witches cauldron...so beautiful to these eyes! ;'D
