Bobby was done for a second as he reverted back to his human form and healed.
Going into his ice form once again he grew larger and bigger.
Growing two giant spikes,he started off in a slow run, into a loud charge.
Seeing the agent aiming the gun, The Giant Bobby cracked his large ice fist on his head.
Messing with eviroment, he started to change it to cold enough for them to get frostbite.

(Nice way to take out a nameless goon, TK. I seen Bobby to that in the comics.)
Nightshade weakly spoke, "I think you got him, Bobby."
Jinx made a vaulting split kick, knocking out two coughing agents with each foot. 'Batgirl' spoke behind her at Robin grinning, "Thanks for the assistance, Partner. We should make a habit of this."
Rogue glared at Ward Abbot, "What the heck are you lookin at, Yankee Boy!?!"
Abbot harumphed staring back, "Well, there may be many reasons to kill you, but among them is not that you'll be missed by NASA. What I'm trying to figure out is why you're still able to stand. The kryptonite should have paralyzed you."
Rogue looked like she wanted to punch Abbot's head through the floor.

Kai said smirking at Abbot. She didn't like his attitude towards what he was doing. Didn't they get the point across that they weren't okay with what he was doing. It wasn't because they were worrying about themselves it was because what his people were doing was morally wrong.
"About the Kryptonite Abbot. All that glitters is not gold, and not all people who fly are Kryptonians."
Gar pointed out. He looked at Kai. She had various wounds, her hand, her torso, he was suprised she still could stay concious, then again she was always able to withstand great injuries and recover quickly from them.
Kai pointed at Abbot with her good hand holding the other in closer to her side. She didn't want to let him go on the subject he brought up. It was people like him that angered Kai about government organizations. If she could get through to one person from these kind of organizations then maybe she would feel accomplished.
"That and just because a Teen might have extraordinary powers doesn't mean that they turn them into criminals. Most teens, people with powers, choose to use them for good. It's people like you who try and create trouble and form in the society's mind a reason why they should be killed, create criminals out of them. You also see us as a hurtle and obstical to overcome or baggage something getting in your way. We wouldn't get in the way if you didn't do criminal activity or kill innocent lives."

Abbot laughed, "And I'm the Hills Brothers bean buyer. Do you really believe I give a rat's @$$ about your abilties!? You're threatened the sovreignty of the United States Government!! YOU'RE the ones who are poking your noses where they shouldn't be, and became a threat. We're here to remove threats...."

Robin slammed two others into the ground and chuckled back.
"Hey, some of us are planning to work back in Gotham, if you're up to it."
Tim didn't want Jinx out there on her own. Especially after all that had happened to their team and their cities. Maybe rebuilding the Gotham crime-fighting team was one of the things he should focus on...?
Superboy ripped a metal plate off the top of the elevator and looked in. He was met with open fire, and to his relief it was without a trace of kryptonite. He jumped in and advanced on the man inside.

Gar held Kai back as she tried to lean forward.
"Kai, don't assult him, let it go. As much as we want to we can't."
"We're helping. This world is falling apart and all we're trying to do is restore it. Can't he see that? And we never bothered them, I don't even know what he's talking about, it only seems that they attacked us out of the blue for no reason and then they act that fighting back is butting into their bussiness."
Kai's frustration built up inside her. She leaned towards Gar as tears began to form.
"I just want to go home..."
She muttered to him. It's true, she didn't like being in this world. All it seemed to be was a form of hell to her. Not even cadmus, Lex, or the Joker could make this place any worse. Only one person knew who she was, but Gar had only known her for so long.
Gar was unsure of what to say at the moment. It appeared her injuries and all the stress she was put under was starting to take it's toll. He held her closer to him.
"As soon as this mission is over you can go to the Batcave. You might feel a little more at home."

Jimmy yelled as he tried to use Superboy's momentium against him, attempting to slam him into the elevator doors.
(And no, I'm not expecting this to work. Kon should be able to easily deal with Zorn.)
Abbot noticed how his words where affecting Kai, "You really don't know what all you've gotten yourselves into, do you Girl? It's bad enough that you, the Titans and this inbred hick of a..."
"THAT"S IT!!!" Rogue exploded into action, pulling off a glove, "You can shut your trap, Bean Boy"
Rogue touched Abbot's face, who immediately passed out from Rogue's absorption power. Ward Abbot's memories flooded into Rogue's mind -- fully comprehending everything that Abbot and his conpatriot have been doing, "Oh mah God. Red Cardinal, don't take anything this man was feedin ya. He's been believin his own lies, tryin ta justify what he's doin. Pay it no nevermind. Let's grab 'im up an' get our people out."
Jinx looked around to make sure that all the agents around them were out, then she shrugged, "I'd like that, Robin. Count me in."
Slowly, Nightshade sat up, grunting in agony.

This was a joke to Superboy. He turned around and grabbed hold of the man's right arm. He swung him back into the side of the elevator to make him lose his gun, and picked him up by the scruff of his suit.
(suit, right?)
Kon flew up from the hole in the elevator to reach the floor his formed team was occupying.
"Did somebody lose this?"
He said gruffly, though a hint of playful relief lined his voice. He held up the man easily. The recent events, and that kryptonite bullet, had placed him in a very odd mood.
Robin approached Des and crouched down next to him (Tim crouch), at the same time offering him a helping hand.
"Think you can make it back to the institute?"
Tim said hopefully. He looked up at Batgirl shortly afterwards.... It was quiet on their level. Well, at least there was no gun fire.
"It sounds like we've done it. Let's call in and get out of here."
(So someone needs to get Nikki? The girl near Rogue...?)

"Thankyou... Rogue isn't it?"
Kai said peeking out to her. She looked at the now quiet Abbot. She held her burnt hand in her good hand beginning to glow a bit with her aura. Nothing was happening, it healed just about as quickly as it would without her aura's help. She sighed and looked down still in Gar's arms.
"It's... not healing... I can't heal myself. Not here, not with injuries like this."
Kai said quietly. She had once withstood a gunshot to the heart because of her abilities when she was attacked by Deadshot who was hired by her parents to bring her back home dead or alive. This situation was quite different though due to the fact that she faught a mythical creature, a demon rather than a man made weapon.

Rogue motioned toward the control room where smoke was coming out, "The girl in there is Nikki Parsons. She's one of tha handlers for the assassins. It'll be a good idea to bring her in."
As Rogue easily picked up Abbot, she smiled at Kon hauling the fleeing handler, "Good job, Kansas. That's Jimmy Zorn. Abbot's number two. You're pretty handy in a pinch."
Rogue turned her attention to Nightcrawler, "Kurt, could you 'Bamf' the last miscreant?"
As Jinx took time to ziptie each of the downed agents, Nightshade accepted Tim's hand. When Tim pulled the vigilante up, every ounce of pain wracked Des, "Yeah, let's get out of here. Is everyone accounted for, and did we get everything?"

Kon gave a two finger salute with a smile. MAN was he ready to get out of there.
Robin shook his head shadowing his thought 'I don't know'.
"Let me check."
He pulled his comm from his belt.
"Red Cardinal, it's Robin. What's your position, and who are you with? Nightshade, Iceman and Batgirl are here with me."
(Is that correct?)

Kurt nodded to Rogue. He knew she was in the next room and bamphed over quickly. Luckily for him he landed right behind her, her gun easy to reach. He used his tail to fling the gun off her side and grabbed her hands.
"Sorry but your coming too miss."
He stated informing her of what he was doing. In the next second he bamphed back to the room holding the girl in front of him.
"Got her..."
He said sighing. Kurt looked around at her...
"I'm sorry ma'm we mean you no harm all we want to do is help."
Gar tried standing up holding Kai up with him.
"Come on Kai, we need to go."
He looked at the others... they had successfully gotten the trio of baddies. Not a bad days work. Not a single member lost although some needed emmediate medical attention.
"One moment before we go."
She reached her hand over and pressed it against where Gar's gun shot wound was. She pushed through softly and intangibly to grab the bullet. Once she had a grasp on the small metal debris she plucked it out of the injury and pulled it out throwing it on the ground. She then proceeded to heal his wound using her aura.
Gar flinched for a moment as she removed the bullet and he relaxed the moment she continued healing him.
"Why?"
"Nightshade can't heal a wound from the inside like this without re-opening what I have healed."
"Okay. Thanks but we should really be going."
"And I'm done. Your healed enough, there is a little scarring but it should be fine."
Kai lost balance a little for a moment before standing strait up. She stepped away from Gar trying to hold her own. Her communicator beeped a few times before she pulled it out.
"Robin? We are at the main elevator same level. It's Kurt, Gar, Rogue, Abbot, Nikkie, Zorn, Connor and myself."

Once Nightshade fully stood, he saw everyone coming toward him. Nodding in approval, "Alright, let's go home. And yes, you all can stay with us if you'd like."
Des opened a portal back to Xavier's Institute.

Kai walked down the hall, her communicator leading her to Robin. It wasn't too far before they had reached the others. Kai walked up to Des pulling out the drive she held in her pocket on her belt.
"I want to take this with me to the cave... back it up then send the info to Oracle..."
She stated clearly. She didn't want to stay at that place nor the institute. She didn't feel at all safe there coupled with the fact it felt like a government building.
Kurt walked through the portal talking the girl he had captured with him.
[Exit Kurt and Nikkie to the Institute]
