Echo slunk off, embarrassed beyond belief. Her skills were very clearly lacking! Apparently, the day before had been a fluke!

As soon as the sound of swatting reached her ears, Iduna darted off to another location. It didn't take long before she found one, it was the same hollowed tree from before. Maybe this time it would work?

Nocturne saw Kleio go passed her and she darted off, she heading for shadows of the rock ledges, she hiding behind them easily.

Once again, Nightmare was found, along with Nocturne. Aegle was glad to not see Echo for a fifth time in a row, maybe there was saving the gal after all. But this wasn't over yet. Who would be the first to taste true defeat that day?

Nightmare's curses could be heard throughout the camp. Apparently she had been found again. She slunk off for a bit, and then climbed up a tree as quietly as she could. Hopefully, she could stay hidden long enough for someone else to be taken out of the running for good.

Echo let out a small sigh of relief when she wasn't found. She remained in the same spot-clearly this was a better choice than her others this day.

Nocturne let out a growl as she was found. Her rear becoming sore by this point. She dared off, her body fast, she ducking into her next hiding place, keeping deep in the shadows.

Iduna crawled her way out of the tree and couldn't help grinning when she heard someone cursing. She decided to try her luck with some large boulder to hide this time.

Luck was on Echo's side, as Kleio found Nightmare again, and Aegle found Iduna. Things were evening out a touch, and Aegle liked that. Hopefully it would make all the valks work harder. Kleio could not believe a valk scout had hid in a tree! That was just silly.

Echo decided to choose another spot, since staying in the same place could be just as dangerous as moving about. So she darted off, hopefully away from where Aegle and Kleio were.

Nightmare cursed under her breath as Kleio swatted her for a third time today. That was not good. Had others messed up as badly as she had? They had to. Growling under her breath the purple valk slide back towards a different cave. Caves had worked so well before, maybe they'd work well again?

Since she was laying on her stomach, the sudden feel of cold steel made the Valkyrie yelp. Iduna then dashed off to a new location, choosing one that was a bit far from where she was found.

And with that, Echo was found for the fifth time and out of the running as a leader of the scouting group. Aegle nodded to the three that remained. Nocturne, Nightmare, and Iduna. "Return tomorrow, and hide right away." This ordeal would be over soon, just two more days. Who would last until then?

Nightmare sent a prayer to the Goddess for making it through another round of this trial. She went home, ate, and slept well. She got up, refreshed for the day, and quickly slid back into a shallow cave as she had before. Just two more days of this. If she could survive two more days...
