Shadow glanced at Rouge. "Will you get lost already?" He asked, annoyed.
Rouge crossed her arms. "Shadow, I don't think you quite understand the...ah...connections," She smirked, "I have with our superiors."
"And by connections you mean one-night stands?" Shadow rolled his crimson eyes.
Rouge glared at him. "NO." She put her hands on her hips. "Lookie here, pal, either you pay up now, or I tell Boss that you made a 'mistake.'"
Shadow looked surprised for a moment, before becoming emotionless again. "What're you going on about?"
"Shadow, I'm an expert at hacking into phone calls." ~~

~~ "Rouge, can I have a word with you?" Shadow mumbled through gritted teeth, removing his arms from around Seraphic and grabbing Rouge's wrist, tightly. "In private?" Not waiting for an answer, he walked away from Seraphic's house until he was out of ear shot, pulling his comrad.
"Hey! Let go of me!" She yanked her hand free, and rubbed it. "Is that how you treat your girlfriend?" ~~

~~ Rouge turned away, placing her hands on her hips. "Call me what'cha wanna call me, hon, it only encourages me to reveal it even more," She smirked.
Shadow growled quietly. "Fine." He took out a green, shininy gem from his pocket and held it out. "Here's your damned reward."
Rouge smiled, spinning around and snatching up the jewel. "See, that wasn't so hard, now was it?" ~~
