Quistis has the closest birthday to mine, just one day off. For a time I was convinced I looked a bit like her too sweatdrop
Next closest would be Vincent's that's 10 days away.

Red XIII was born one day after Barret, only a long time before. But technicolly, one day after Barret on Dec 16. According to my scorces, Square Enix/Soft chose that day because it was the day the Battle of the Buldge started and they wanted it to tie in with Red's position. He was trapped with no escape, much like the soldiers, and your party acts like the tank crews that came in and saved them all.
