The two men started walking around the village, passing a group that looked slightly odd."Oh look a dwarf." Whispered one to the other, after they passed.
"Hmmm..." The other seemed more interested in the boy, his soul seemed differently adjusted, compared to the others. then again the the one in red and the girl in white seemed to have something similar to a second soul around them. The dwarf seemed the most normal, but was a bit too vocal for his liking, then again majority of dwarfs were too vocal for him. They seemed to get along better with his Brother.
"Wonder if he drink's at all."
"Hmmm..."
"Bet you a dinner that I'd drink him under the table."
"Tch, you can't handle large amounts of liquor, give it up."
"So you were listening to me." sweatdrop

"I bet he was excited to see you." Colette said to Lloyd with a smile on her face. She was happy that Lloyd had visited Dirk after such a long time. Her blue eyes caught the sight of the two men that were passing by them.

Jason looked at the passing men. "Ah, look, random men walkin' about town. I wonder if they drink at all." He returned his gaze to the midsection of his companions.
"Eh, yer faces 'er lookin' a bit off... Ach, that's yer stomach!" He looked up at them once more. "I swear, one 'a these days I'll make meself some fine stilts! Still, nice to see smiling lasses, even if I need ta look up to see it."

Cinkel looked at the two passersby from the corner of his eye.
I sense large amounts of darkness. He grins within their mindspace.
He turned his attention back to the group. "Yes, it is nice to see everyone in jolly spirits. Smiles from others use to be hard to come by. Now, I find myself in abundance."

"It was more of a suprise visit, but he was still happy to see me." Lloyd smiled back, not noticing the two men behind him. He looked at everyone's face, then turned around to see the men. "I wonder if their new to Iselia."

Hearing Jason speak in wonder about if the two men pass by drink, Colette glanced over to him. "Everybody gets thirsty sometime." ^.^ She said then turned her attention to Lloyd. "I don't remember seeing those two before. Maybe they're visitors?" She had sensed that there's something about those two men that seemed off, but she didn't know what it could be. Maybe they might have some connection with the rumors that's been going on. She was unsure. She would look over to the group again just before she started to make her way to her house.

"Maybe we should go say hi to them?" Lloyd wondered. He was glad to welcome new people to Iselia, but he remembered the rumors going around about people disappearing.

"You can if you want to." ^.^ Colette said, deciding to let the group talk with the two men if they wanted to. She was getting curious about them, though the rumors had been bothering her more in her mind. She walked over to the entrance of her house and gently knocked on the door. When the door opened, a smile formed on her lips when she saw Phaidra. "Grandmother!" She exclaimed with joy.
Phaidra's eyes widen slightly in surprise to it was Colette at the door. "Colette." She said with a tone of relief in her voice. "I'm relieved to see you are safe."
"I'm glad to see you are safe as well." She said, feeling relieved as well. She was happy that Phaidra wasn't among the people who had gone missing. "Grandmother, there is something I wish to ask you." She really wanted to confirm if those rumors she had been hearing are true.
"Of course. Please come inside." She said before she had caught glimpse of the group. "Are these new friends of yours?" She asked, referring to Cinkel and Jason.

The cloaked figure who entered the village next, however, was not wearing a smile. She was not there on an idle visit, or even something so light as looking for work. No, she had a mission. And she had come to Iselia seeking help.
When she reached the back of the village, however, and saw the group containing the people she sought aid from, the blonde woman stopped. How was she to ask something like this? Would they even help her? But...this wasn't about her. Not at all. And so she stumbled forward.
"Pardon me...but would the pair of you," she addressed the shorter blonde girl and the man in the red armor, "Would you happen to be Lloyd the Great and Colette the Chosen One?"

"Well, this is excitin', ain't it? I'm meetin' up with regeneration folks, they're meetin' up with old ladies, cloaked figures and mysterious men abound. I wonder if they drink? I hope they drink."
He rubbed his beard once more, ready for whatever was about to happen.
(Cut short! My mom's being obnoxious again! Sorry!)

Cinkel gave a slight bow when Phaidra addressed him. "It is a pleasure to meet you. My name, you may call me Cinkel." He straightened his figure up.
-So this is Colette's grandmother.-
He looked behind himself at Jason. "It is rather exciting. Isn't it? Hm, something tells me that we're just going to get more of this excitement. Cinkel thought for a moment at Jason's question. "Drink? Are all dwarfs so fond of drinking? Seems that every one I meet does. I, myself, couldn't hold liqueur to save my life." He laughed at his own joke.
-If only they knew.-
Cinkel raised an eyebrow towards, yet, another stranger that addressed Lloyd and Colette. "I'm curious as if it gets bothersome being so famous like this."

Lloyd turned around to a woman in a cloak asking if he was Lloyd the great. "Why yeah, I am. Is something wrong?" he asked. He turned back to Colette with a smile. "Hey, i'll meet you inside. "

Phaidra gazed over to Jason for a moment. "Are you a friend of Dirk's?" She asked with a slight curious tone in her voice.
Colette turned her gaze over to Cinkel when he introduced himself to Phaidra. "Cinkel escorted me around the village while Lloyd visited with Dirk." She said to Phaidra.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Cinkel." Phaidra said. "I am grateful that you had kept Colette safe. I was beginning to fear that she too would end up going missing." Even though she knew that Colette had been traveling with Lloyd, she still had an uneasy feeling about Colette's safety. Especially with the rumors going around.
"That is what I wanted to ask you about. I've been hearing about these rumors in almost all the places myself and Lloyd visited during our journey together." Her attention then turned to the woman who was addressing her and Lloyd. "Yes, I am." She answered. She would then gaze over to Lloyd with a smile. "Alright, I'll be there in just a moment." ^.^

At the tall man's mention of how she might be bothering the pair, the woman shrank slightly. She knew this was stupid, they had no reason to help her, but she had to try. She couldn't live with herself if she didn't at least try.
"I'm...I'm terribly sorry to be bothering you. I know it's selfish of me...but my little brother-" Her voice broke, but she forced down the fear and sorrow that had been building in her throat and continued steadily. "I'd heard the rumors...but I hadn't really believed anything...But you see my brother's been kidnapped." She had to stop again, this time to explain herself. "I know, that's nothing to bring to a great hero, but I'm scared now. He's not just some random urchin, he's the adopted son of a Tethe'allan nobleman. They couldn't have just snatched him off the street, it had to have taken planning. I tried investigating myself, but I couldn't find anything. And I remembered how you and your friends managed to defeat the Desians and save the world from all that chaos that went on and...and..."
To her credit, she didn't begin to cry. She simply stared helplessly, pleadingly, at the young hero.

Cinkel didn't give the heroes time to answer and just went ahead and gave an answer of his own. He knew she was addressing him in any fashion, but he couldn't quite ignore someone in need. "Well, I don't know about any one else, but I couldn't live with myself if I didn't help such a pretty girl who was in need." Cinkel's habit of complementing others without thinking was starting to show. He has yet to even get a good look at the strangers face. "I would gladly offer you my assistance." The young man bowed to her and look towards the others of the group after he straightened up.
