Suto grinned all the more noting that surprised sound in Blade's voice. "Yes, barely two days even. It always seems much longer when there's nothing to do." Chuckling Suto gripped the medicine bottle with a firmer hold.

"I gather that you are finally grasping the situation." Suto began to circle almost like a vulture honing in on a fresh kill. "As for what I have in mind you will be sure to find out but let me make something crystal clear to you, just to be sure you understand what it means to cross me. The instant I suspect foul play you are cut off. The medicine that keeps your body in working order will no longer be available to you. The fun part will be that the effects might take a little longer the next time to settle in. You would have a day, perhaps a little more before you are sent back into that lovely dark abyss you were just privy to these last two days."

The smile Suto had twisted and curled into something cruel. He was enjoying this. "It would be amusing to think you might kill someone before you go as lifeless as a puppet who's had its strings cut. Even more so if you manage to kill someone close to you. It will give you something to think about while you have nothing else to do but sit and wait for nothing. And while I may not help you in a means you would like l promise you I will ensure they keep you alive so you can endure your suffering for as long as possible. Medically the parasite is hardly detectable, you would appear to have fallen into a state of a coma. At the hospital they could potentially keep you alive for...well years."

Suto took the name calling as a sign of understanding. "Then it seems you understand. Excellent." Setting the medicine bottle on the counter top Suto turned back to Blade. "I will allow you to rest a couple of days and settle in before you come to see me. If my hunch is correct you will probably have a visitor soon." At least if Suto was reading the signs correctly, which he usually did. The dog looked like it was well kept in food and water but the bowl was mostly empty and the water was all gone. No doubt Mitsu would come to walk the beast as she often did and give him fresh water for the day. In doing so she would probably come to check in on Blade since she purposely brought the dog to this room.

In preparation for her arrival Suto stepped to the side of the door that would conceal him when it opened. It was a casual move since he had been circling the whole time, just now pausing in his walk.

His guessing skills couldn't have been more spot on. The sound of soft footsteps descending the stairs echoed in the hallway, it was faint but it was there. It only took a matter of moments before Mitsu peeked her head in the room. She had been about to call for Patches but when she glanced at Blade she noticed he was awake. "Blade?" Pushing the door open she moved into the room a relieved look on her face. "Are you okay?"

She had a backpack over her shoulder which she set down next to the thief as she knelt beside him. "I'm so sorry. I wasn't sure what to do. You're probably hungry and thirsty but I didn't want you to choke." She unzipped her bag, none the wiser that Suto was in the room with them. The very top of the bag was stocked with bottles of water and sandwiches. She brought food and drink every time she came hoping Blade would be up and able to eat something.

"So you disobeyed my orders...yet again?" Suto's voice was as smooth as silk as he pushed the door closed.

Mitsu frozen instantly, her face paling to the color of her hair. The hands that had been reaching into her bag to retrieve things were now shaking, her red eyes focused on nothing. She had been caught.

Suto looked toward Blade but did not say a word to him. Instead he ignored his comment for the time being. "You know the consequences for going against me." He stated coolly. "Though, now I'm thinking maybe your punishment should be taken out on him."

Mitsu's eyes widened all the more as she turned around. "N-n-no I-I'm sorry. I'm sorry." She didn't suspect he would turn her punishment on someone else. "I did it on my own. I'll take responsibility."

Suto motioned for Mitsu to come to him and the wolf girl complied though slowly. Her movements were almost robotic as she looked back at Blade her normally bright eyes dulling considerably like the life was being drained from them. "Sorry..." She whispered standing to her feet.

"It's not what I am going to do. It's what she is going to do." Suto said as he stepped over and took hold of Mitsu's arm hauling her up a little fast. "Though if you wish to find out you are more than welcome to keep her company."

Looking back at Blade, Mitsu shook her head. She didn't want him to be there....he would only get hurt.

"Quite simply she isn't all that she appears. She really is a little monster." Suto smiled as if proud of that fact. He had created this little monster after all. Driven by nothing more than insanity she could ignore the damage being taken by her body to a point and keep on lashing out. Suto could never quite figure out why she ran short on energy so easily, he speculated it was her diet, but all the same her turn out was mostly successful. He had managed to integrate her base DNA with several others with no immediate negative effects, not what he considered negative. She had proven useful and fairly stable on most of his tests until recently. Now that had changed and he needed to nail down the cause to avoid that in the future...so he needed fresh meat.

"You can stay then since you are so curious." Suto let go of Mitsu's arm almost pushing her back toward Blade as he made his way toward the cabinets and opened them up and pulled out a small black device. It was hard to tell what it was but when he set it down on the counter the basic shape made it looked like a taser. "You may need that come tomorrow morning. If you call for my help I may be kind enough to let you out." Suto said as he made his way back toward the door.

"Oh, I am much much more than just a monster," Suto mused as he closed and locked the door behind himself. The sound of a deadbolt being set was soon to follow, leaving a heavy locked door between the teens and freedom.

"N..no please wait!" Mitsu cried out moving toward the door. "Please don't leave him here!" She banged her hands against the door lightly trying to regain Suto's attention but it seemed he was already gone because there was the sound of footsteps heading up the stairs and then nothing. With panic filled eyes Mitsu turned to look back at Blade. "Y..you have to find a way out. You can't stay here with me."

Mitsu started to look around the room, her eyes falling on Patches who was currently hiding in the back of the room. Apparently the sound of Suto's voice had frightened the poor thing and he sat hunched like he had been scolded.

"Nononono," Mitsu shook her head vigorously, "You don't understand. I..I can't control myself." Slowly Mitsu made her way over to Patches and knelt by the dog to try and console it. "I...I did this to Patches." Mitsu said softly running her fingers through the dog's fur. It didn't seem to take much for the dog to come around his tail starting to thump against the ground happily.

Mitsu's eyes turned back slightly hearing Blade drinking down a water. He must have been really thirsty and hungry.

Mitsu nodded rather reluctantly, her eyes shifting to the floor as she wrapped her arms around the dog's neck. Patches couldn't seem to be happier at the moment, his tongue falling out the side of his mouth as he started to pant.

"I don't want to hurt anyone else..." Mitsu mumbled. "I've hurt Shun, Desmond, Riyo, and Patches. I don't want to keep hurting people." Her voice started to choke up in the end obviously upset. In response Patches let out a soft whine before running his tongue along the side of her face. He apparently didn't hold grudges. Mitsu kept him in food and water and took him for walks after all.

"You couldn't help what happened...."Mitsu said softly. "You apologized and I forgive you. No one was hurt after all."
