Once again Shanahan reaches the ropes and once again Shamrock holds on until the 4 count. Letting go, Shamrock quickly stands to his feet and waits for Shanahan to rise. When Shanahan stands, the mixed martial artist will attempt to try out a wrestling move with a very basic Scoop Slam!

Matt stood back up, and was lifted up for the Scoop Slam! But as he was lifted, he would attempt to slide back behind Shamrock and pull him in for a Dragon Sleeper!

Shamrock is locked into the hold, waving his arms in front of him in search of a rope that is too far away as the Punk cranks on his neck and back.

The hold was locked in, but Shanahan had no intention of making Shamrock tap! Instead, he attempted to lift him up high for the Punkism Convertion!

The cover was no good, and Shanahan wasn't happy about it! He got up and began to argue with the ref, claiming he had pinned the man!

As the Punk and the ref are having their disagreements, Greg Shamrock is given an opportunity to somewhat gather his wits as he stands to his feet. Seeing Shanahan still preoccupied, Shamrock runs forward, gathering speed and jumps to the middle rope, springboarding back in a flying roundhouse kick aimed for the Punk's head!
