>.> If you really think about it... You repeat things everything day doesn't matter who you are one way or another you're doing the same thing over and over... You put on your shoe's you go out to do something go back home eat and more or less go to sleep and what ever else you do it's always being repeated... >.>
That's how i look at it...
But if you have some of things related to OCD then you don't have OCD because in order to be OCD you have to HAVE EVERYTHING so doctors say...
A few years ago i ad all the symptoms of mono but the puking my guts out or i think it was a rash or something... >.< turns out... My tonsil's were dryer then what they were suppose to be...

Most time's it's better to over think then it is to under think... Cause if you really don't think it's serious and it turns out to be very serious then by the time something bad happens it could be to late...

Mostly with mine, I know when my Blood Prssure is high with the following things happen or if they happen.
1) I get flush, my face is red or my arms and legs get red.
2) I can get sodium headaches from time to tiem, but that only happens if I have consumed far far to much salt at one time and it hits me like a Meigrane Headache.
3) I get a sort of fuzzy feeling all over, usually just my head but it can be all over and it is sort of like being dizzy but not in a way that makes it hard to walk or any thing movement wise.

It is a bit, but I know when I get any of those that its a bit high and I try to fix that by drinking lots of water and getting hydrated.
And then after drinking lots of water you have to "Go" well that gets rid of a sodium a bit as you drink more and more water it flushes a lot of Salt out of a persons body.
