One of Lucifer's eyes widened as Rei made his first movement and the shadows gone with the gravity greatly higher than it was, but Lucifer was anything but human, he barely makes it into his mist form and gets far enough away to reform, as he does he seems unburnt from all that electricity touching him but his smoking body gave it away, His aura began to heal him but not at its usual rate, He could still stand and fight, but not as effective. "Seems you didnt anticipate my second form of travel and evasion, even in this state, beating you to submission will be much easier for me now, or maybe me lasting this long against you and still able to fight will convince you to Join, Im a fair person who fights on equal levels as my opponents, but if I took my limiters off the everything I touched would turn to ash, and its not easy resetting the limiters" He says, as he smiles, taking a striking stance.

 After the blast Rai fell to a knee leaning on his blades as he breathed heavy. He didn't really need to breath but it was comforting to do it. He looked up obvious fatigued plagued his face and he smiled, "Regardless of your powers I hit you and now my electrical energy resides within your body and is now centering itself around your central nervous system. It was obvious you are hit and even your second mode of travel won't be able to purify yourself of it. Unfortunately now that I am so weak I have no control over it so it shall sit within your body gaining strength off of your current electical impulses your nerves use to communicate to your body."
He let out a laugh then a cough both were weak, "Perhaps it won't actually kill, in fact it is very likley you will survive it when it goes unstable within your body. But I promise you it will hurt like hell andit may even leave you paralyzed for a few mintues to an hour depending. I am too weak to tell. But consider this a reminder of what I am capable of." The electricity in the rain seemed to die down as the constant hum died away. The sky steadily began to clear up and some rays of the rising sun could be seen.
Shakily standing and gripping his sword Rai looked to Lucifer, "You have been a grand opponent and I wish to meet you on the battle field when this isn't a test of strength rather life and death. My energy is completely drained I am standing and speaking sheerly through my will. If you wish take your final blow, I am respectful enough to know when I have been beaten." Rai closed his eyes for a split second before he opened them. His body ached and his mind was slow, he wasn't sure if he was finally going to meet his end or not, but he was prepared to make his finall wishes should Lucifer decide to strike him down.

"My nerves are perfectly fine, my aura defends both inside and out of my body, it will soon be dispelled as my body is healed" Lucifer stands down, dispelling his wrist-blades as he stretches his arms "I wont be so cold as to kill a good warrior while he is down and weak, but I would like you to join the Mercenaries". He places his hands in his pockets and looks around.

Rai shook his head in disappointment. His last ditch effort to put some strain on this guy was a waste and to add to his humiliation he was being asked to join the mercenaries. Saddly he saw no alternative, if he didn't he might die. He cursed to himself as he felt no usable energy and soon his knees gave. Falling to them and leaning on his sword again he sighed, "I guess it can't be helped. I submit." The words became fainter and lighter as he spoke them and before he had finished them his vision went black and he fell forward to the drenched ground about them face first, and unconscious.

Lucifer approaches him and picks him up and begins heading for the mercenary camp.
(OOC: one-liner couldnt be avoided seeing as he is pretty much unable to do anything ninja )
