"Hello." Hikaru says to the leaning man, smiling and tapping his shoulder with her foot. Then she jumped off the limb and landed on the ground, her feet snapping twigs.

 She heard the snap of an animal getting caught in her trap, she turned to tell Dante about it but as she did he lunged toward the carcass. Laya was thrown backwards, her head hit the ground directly with a thud. "By the love of Zeus, what the hell," she yelled at him. She kicked outward with her legs and pushed against his armor, trying to free herself. "You hurt me and now you won't let me up." She hoped she wasn't bleeding and she felt like she was sitting on a rock or a tree root. "I am very uncomfortable, Dante you better eat faster." Crazy animal.
Laya managed to squeeze her way out from under him. If he had pinned her down around her waist she wouldn't have been able to pry herself out because of her chest. She had gotten lucky this time, he was too focused on food to pay attention to how fun it was to make her squeak. She brought her hand to the back of her head, nursing the throbbing area. She decided to take a lesson from Iris. She picked up a decent size rock and threw it towards Dante. "Take that, you overgrown gorilla."

No one could understand...
Not the kind of pain I've suffered... Dante continued to devour what ever it was that he was eating until the feeling of something solid struck the back of his head, it drew blood as he quickly turned around still on all fours as a low pitched growl escaped his lips as he glared up at Laya... The hostility escaping his mouth was obvious, Dante was still stuck in his primitive survival mode... Meaning his meal was interrupted... And he now saw Laya as a food source... He readied him self to lunge at Laya before he quickly dropped to the ground with a frown, before looking up at Laya as if nothing had happened. He smiled happily, despite the fact that his face was pretty much splattered with blood, his fangs slowly retracting as he slowly stood up attempting to get the dirt off his armor, apparently not aware to the blood on his face. I'd rather be feared then respected...
Because this way I dont have to worry...

I hate to wear shoes i cant feel the hum of the earth when i do" :: He hopped upon the branch and sat beside her smiling:: " So tell me dear Hikaru what brings you here?"

"Eh, I like to think here. I miss my family, but this is better than what I used to have. It's a long story, but hey. Are you thirsty?" She asked him, standing up on the limbs and jumping them, reaching the top to a treehouse make of oak. She then began climbing the skinny branch to the hole in the bottom.

:: He smiled and nodded :: " Youll have to tell me about it some time, and yeah i could use a drink" :: he was right behind her as she climbed up the tree he was older a bit more skilled at tree climbing, not by much though he had a hard time keeping up. The last time he climbed a tree he was 4 and he got yelled at for it::

The room was medium sized and was just one room, so there was a stone place for a fire and kettle, and many cupboards full of things to the left. To the right backed against the wall was a thin branched but sturdy bed, and in the corner was a black paper divider. A trunk stood against a wall, and a single small mirror hung by the dividers.
Hiraku walked over to a cupboard and took out a bottle of something sweet. She grinned, knowing that it was the kind of drink that tasted different to everyone. She then poured it out, waiting for Sei to come.

" Nice place it beats the crap out of my one room place behind the church" :: He smiled and stepped closer his feet feeling the wood sensing the hardwork and care that went into building this place. He took the glass and smiled , he took a drink. It was sweet it tasted of honey and mint :: " That was good i quite enjoyed the taste"

She grins. "Mine tastes always like something of ice and blackberries. It's weird. Don't note the house, it's another story for another time." She leaned against the wall, content with life. "Anyways, you work at the church?" She asks, taking a sip of the drink.

"Aye, lets start from the beginning.." She mutters, pulling up two chairs and taking a sip of the drink.
"As a kid, I grew up in some random location-dunno where it was. My mom died and I spent most of my time crossdressing like a boy. Soon enough I got tired of it and moved to Osaka, Japan. Karma wasn't good to me though. The person I moved in with wasn't the best person.. he would slap me around.. I finally got tired of it at 15. Then I came here, and they gave me a home. I spent weeks in the infimiray but they let me out, and helped me build this." She takes a long gulp of the drink, retying her hair up so she looked like a boy.

The monks raised even though i was a halfer , they taught me to fight and to heal and various other spiritual things. When it was attacked and burnt to the ground when i was 19.
