Jake had been just about to go to Kalm, to check for Aiko or Kaden there to see if they were there, when suddenly, he, and two others were suddenly teleported to the Devil's Tower, the two others were Desmond and Kaden... Jin was there waiting, seeming to be reading a book... "Damn man, I never imagined teleporting would be so..." his eyes then went to Jin, his hands going to his holsters "I should've known you'd do something like all this, the Chocobos never even liked you!" Jin gave a slight glance to him, shutting the book then and placing it back on the shelf "I could care less about those oversized chickens... I have no intention of harming any of you, I just wish you to follow me, discover our past, the past of the Wolve family" he then turned, his katana still held in its sheath as he started into the library... The other three looked to each other, Jake quickly going to Kaden "you ok? Did Fenris hurt you?" he asked, Kaden shook his head a bit "if Fenris tries to attack me, I'll just shove my foot down his throught again" he grinned a bit at that, Desmond glanced at the two "Come on ya'll, we should check this out, it could be a trap, so I'll take the lead" Jake blinked a bit "the f*** died and made you captain? I'll lead" Desmond then turned to him "you don't have the experience, kid" he grinned a bit at that, Kaden just seeming to chuckle a bit to himself, shaking his head a bit and passing the two "I'll lead, both of you obviously are incapable of it" he grinned a bit at that! "Wha-?" Desmond just shrugged, going ahead and following! Jake sighed a bit "Geez, I'm not even dead yet and he's the man of the house" he said playfully under his breath, before following as well"I will always be... Your guardian angel, my princess..."

"I... Couldn't save her... I let her die once... But... Kaden Wolve I promise you, this time I'll make things right..." "You are my life... And my happiness... Without you... I am nothing..." Soon, Kaden vanished from the library of the Devil's Tower, the other two being told he was alright and Jin talking to them about things... Kaden soon appeared in a large circular room, Kaden looked around it a bit, then seeing Jin in the middle, he wasn't sure if this one was the real one, or if the one in the library was, or neither! "If you plan on attacking, I won't hesitate to fight back" "Not quite, I merely wish to show you something, of your Cetra counterpart..." Kaden raised his eyebrow, then suddenly, he saw everything that had been happening in the Forgotten City just between Ariel and Renka in a flash of a second, causing him to gasp and begin sweating because of how it felt for all it to suddenly come in "Is it just me, or would that girl rather be with that boy then come find you?" "Tch... Sh-shut up! Ariel cares about me! Ariel loves me!" "Is that so? You're a fool, she likes that boy much much more, because he doesn't have trust issues, and he doesn't try to stop her from doing the things she wants to do..." by then, Jin's form had been walking around, and had circled to where he was behind Kaden, then whispering something to Kaden's ear "You're old news..." then a grin appeared on Jin's face as Kaden let out a pained groan, as Jin's katana went through his gut! A wave of darkness attempting to pass into the boy's system, but! Kaden was blocking it from entering! "I'll... Never...!" then, an image that Jin himself had made that didn't happen came into Kaden's head, of Renka and Ariel sharing a kiss... Kaden had no idea that was fake, it made his eyes widen, and tears fall from them, and the darkness poured into him... Before the katana came back out, and was sheathed and Kaden fell to the floor..."Without you... I'll waste away, I'll eat away at myself until I become nothing more then an empty shell of a person, just waiting for its death... That's why I.... Need you..."

"It makes no difference..." Sephiroth "You will rot" [Focused Blade]
Uses Peerless swordsmanship to deliver precise strikes. "I will... Never be a memory" As two demons began to take Kaden to the lab to be experimented on, a rather long katana suddenly came straight down onto Jin! Which he quickly blocked with his own, seeming to grin slightly "I've been wanting to test my mettle against you for sometime now..." he said, Sephiroth didn't seem so amused, he seemed rather angry if anything... He glanced to behind him "Sixx, Go help Kaden and get out of here, I'll soon follow" Sixx nodded, he was more then sure he could take this guy down! He hurried into the next room, to try to follow and stop those demons from reaching their destination... "My thanks for bringing back my scientist's subject..." "You won't take him again, I will not allow it, and he is much stronger then you remember him as" it wasn't really a good idea to get on Sephiroth's bad side! Even with how much he seemed to change his appearence, that made no difference, he was still Sephiroth! "Then let us begin..." "I am with you now..."

Never be a memory" Sephiroth parried yet another swing from Jin, soon making dozens of slashes towards him in the blink of an eye, which Jin didn't do too well of blocking... "Don't you realize I am superior to all of you, I was in Shinra's Elite one man army. Which was me, you were but a mere SOLDIER 'hero'" Sephiroth just got into his fighting stance dashing towards Jin, it seemed he wasn't really interested in talking! Soon, he used Octaslash, eight rather quick slashes that only seemed to be about five, they struck Jin, sending him back a ways, but he didn't stop yet, he didn't plan on it either... Soon, Jin jumped towards Sephiroth, delievering a few quick slashes before teleporting behind him and slashing at his back, Sephiroth met the slashes, and when he went behind him, Sephiroth was suddenly turned, knocking the katana out of Jin's hand and away with a slash, then putting the Masamune at his throught, Jin was no pushover, but, he was messing with Sephiroth... "You're going to release the darkness from Kaden, and Zane, and give them both to me, now." "I am with you now..." "Burning inside

As the two and their chocobos neared the tower a slight chill of warning went down Renka's spine...this place wasn't safe....that much he could easily tell... Part of him wanted to order the chocobos to get Ariel away from this place, but another part didn't want her out of his sight...he'd never really felt so conflicted...but he figured she wouldn't willingly go anywhere now that they found the place. Not till they found Kaden anyway...
Renka looked at the girl anyway with a slightly concerned expression. "...you..wouldn't say yes to me sending you to Midgar to wait for bit...would you?" he asked after a moment...not wanting to risk her safety..he could practically hear Kaden biting his head off already.

Renka dismounted as well with a sigh, "I thought so.." he stepped closer to Ariel and put a hand on her shoulder. "..then let me do this much at least..to help keep me from worrying." he closed his eyes, a strange wisp of magic made the air stir around them... "..let jebkuru kaitējumu, dod Ariel nodot savu, mana mēs momentāni sajaukta tā nav burvju nevar mūs šķirt.." as muttered that spell several lines of unknown letters floated around them in the air, a soft glow went over Ariel for a moment before the magic ceased to be visible. Renka opened his eyes, "Alright..now we can go in without me worrying." he said with a smile.
((translation: let any injury given to Ariel be transferred to my own, my we be momentarily bonded so no magic can separate us. was bored so now Renka speaks Latvian..))

Renka scratched the back of his head a bit, "I know....I just can't help it...." he sighed. It wasn't like he didn't think he wouldn't be able to protect her...he wasn't sure about what enemies might be inside and if he could take any guards or anything down without raising alarm as good as he could alone if he was also guarding Ariel.
At her question of the language he used he shrugged and grinned awkwardly, "Ah, that..is just a special language for luck spells." he lied, it was anything but 'luck'....it was risky...but a risk he was willing to take. He just hoped they'd be able to get Kaden before anything too bad happened... to either him or them. Renka gently took Ariel's hand and started toward the tower. "Stay close when we go in, alright?"

(( ....Wow....That just...made me really freaking ticked...What I just saw on the news..Some sick twisted freak that I would LOVE to find and ...Ugh....>< He posted it all over youtube, this sick freak was throwing bread on the ground to lure some ducks to him.....then takes out a gun and starts shooting them....One thats hurt tries to freaking run away and he shoots it again...and it falls in the water.......What.The...hell....is wrong with people!? *Tries to calm down* I hate the news...I walk in at the worst of times when dads watching it. x.x ))

 Soon, a dark portal would appear in front of the two, Jin's form stepping out, though, this more then likely wasn't the true Jin, there were many forms of Jin in the Tower right now, one of which was fighting Sephiroth! "You sure took your time getting here" he said that directed at Ariel, a slight grin appearing on his features "You must be more interested in chatting this boy up then helping the one you so claim to love, pitiful, that's all you are, the lowest Cetra I've ever seen, laughing and giggling with him while Kaden was suffering, I wish I could kill you myself, but I'll leave that to him..." he motioned as another dark portal appeared, Kaden, stepping out of it, seeming to have a strange look in his eyes and a dark aura around him... "Your foolishness has done this to him, now you will pay the price, you can die by his hand, or if you are able to overcome him, he will die, the choice, is yours" a slightly wicked laugh escaped the young samurai as he turned and stepped through his dark portal, oh yes, he had this all rather well thought out... The Driver soon appeared in Kaden's hand as he began to advance towards the two, though, mainly Renka, it seemed his focuses were on him right now... "Eliminate... The intruders..." he said softly, as if repeating a command he was given...

Jin shook his head slightly at the girl's first words "Don't underestimate your enemies girl, I stabbed him, oh yes, but that wasn't nearly as great as the pain you caused him, I let him see you and this one flirting as you were, and told him exactly how you felt: That you like this one so much more..." he was reffering to how she liked being with Renka better because he wasn't so overprotective... Not like Kaden didn't have a reason to be... Kaden slowed a bit when the girl stepped in front of the boy, raising an eyebrow slightly as he came to a slow stop a bit away from her "How do you know my name? Have we met before? No, I don't know you, step out of the way, if you run now you could get away before I finish with him..." He said, his voice slightly cold at that... It seemed he didn't... Remember anything, Jin had done exactly what he had for Yami, wiped his memory, and made it so he would only serve him...
