Nekomimi cannot go over +3 LA.
A maximum of 3 abilities can be chosen from each list.
Starting Score: 0.5
LA +0 = <0.0-2.5
LA +1 = 2.6-3.5
LA +2 = 3.6-5.0
LA +3 = 5.1-7.5
Each ability is accentuated by either a percentage and/or a number to add to the bonus already there. There are quite a few rules on this as well.
Numbers are added on as straight addition or subtraction problems, being unaffected by modifiers.
On the other hand, the modifying numbers are another thing. For every number with an (m) after it, this number is to be multiplied by the current LA Score that the ability is being added to. These are usually numbers such as 1.04, 1.50, and sometimes higher. Simple, no? Of course, there can be Percentage penalties/discounts, noted below.
Some bonus abilities can also multiply the entire score with a percentage as well (the factor also applies to the score addition that the ability has was well)
The LA Score cannot be below 0.01.
