"You won't get away from me!" Slapping aside strands of grass he continued to chase after Zinkenite, "Ranged attacks, and smoke bombs, are you all cheap tricks like that?!" It was true he had no idea how the negaverse would act, he had yet to face one till now, but this one? This one was annoying him already. Cutting past Castor Hephaistos brought his fist back to try and slam against Zinkenite's masked face.

After spending a couple of minutes on the field, all the combatants began to notice something... strange. Notably, themselves: they felt strange. On top of the injuries many of them were already suffering from, there was a newfound soreness in their backs. And following the profound soreness was an intense itchiness that proved impossible to ignore. It was maddening. Continuing to fight would have been the practical thing to do, but it would prove extremely difficult to resist the tempation to sit down and scratch at the sudden irritation.

Even a faceful of airbrush and fist couldn't get Gunn down after that decisive of a hit. She laughed, tasting the acrid tang of blood--oh, this was going to be a million years of fun. Even that weird, pervasive ache in her back really--well, okay, it bothered her a lot but what could she do about it right then anyway? "Did you have fun killing Rota," she asked, "I hope so. It'll be the last--"
Albali came flying through the air, sending Gunn rolling off Bismuthite. "******** it! Albali, what the hell!" Too bad, she thought, she'd just do it again. Gunn lunged back to her feet, teeth bared as she rushed Bismuthite.

What the hell ?!
Her back itched, Terribly. Was kind of trick was this ?!
"LEQUEL DE VOUS... ?!"
Whatever senshi was doing this was so. going. to. die.

HP: 50Biotite felt strange. His face produced a massive frown and he tried very hard not to double over and roll around on the ground like a deranged animal. That would be embarrassing, especially in front of his general! Huffing, he mildly scratched at his back with the handle of his weapon and thanked his stars that either he was too lame of a target, or he actually scared someone with his retarded battle cries. Taking in a deep breath, he reluctantly charged at Sailor Gunn with his weapon drawn. "Umm.... die please?!"

Orion watched his meteors hail down, calling out his new found catch phrase. "Nice to meteor you!" Before he started to move away. his steps turned into a stumble though as his back went from mostly alright, to really sore.
Reaching around the redhead attempted to scratch his back, while still keeping an eye on what was going on around him. He couldn't resist the urge to scratch though, no matter what disadvantage scratching put him at.

When the world stopped spinning, it was Ares and Tanzanite, and the General did not care who or what else existed. She craned her neck left, then right, but could not get rid of the sudden soreness that plagued it. She scratched at the back of her neck, momentarily distracted, before speaking, “I just got sick of kicking the s**t out of you all on my own,” Tanzanite retorted through a grin, “I thought I should share the experience.”
Tanzanite glanced back, to the two women who Ares was supposed to protect, “Which do I kill first, Sesnhi of Smoke? Can you catch me before I do it?”
Then, she was off, racing towards Albali and Gunn as fast as her legs could carry her.
Ares' heart, her loyalty to her team, these were her weaknesses. Tanzanite planned to do everything she could to exploit them.

First Sailor Gunn, then meteors. He didn't know who had sent the meteors raining down. His immediate worry was Gunn.
"So Rota was her name~" Bismithite said with a grin befitting his 'villain' (in the senshi's eyes, at least) status. He showed no remorse. He had none. And that was no self-deceptive lie.
And although he had offered a fraction of attention to Tanzanite, he knew he couldn't let himself be distra- Oh s**t. O s**t what was this sudden ITCHING?? OH DEAR GOD.

43 - 9 (Alcyone's attack) = 33HP
Serandite was still affected by Ares' attack, the smoke starting to disperse. But they were a really good team-- mainly because as soon as Serandite's vision cleared, she had taken a punch, hitting her ear good.
You could always count on good old Raite. Ares's attempts to keep both Generals busy was futile-- one super against a general certainly wasn't going to get you anywhere. As she stood up to face an an enemy, she spied Pegasus in back. Pegasus.
Leaping over the chaos, Serandite made her way towards Pegasus, narrowly missing stepping on some poor person's head. (Who? That was a good question!)
"What, no welcome, Pegasus?" She landed in front of the dream priestess, her long kimono sleeves following her. "You didn't think I'd leave little old you alone, did you?"

It didn't take long for the Negaverse army to swarm around them, though for whatever reason it may be, Alcyone was spared the brutality that was received by her partner-of-crime at the time. Perhaps her reputation as the leader of the Blood Moon Court had carried on in the ranks of the generals, and was specifically targeted for it; whatever it may have been, it left Alcyone frustrated to see an alley get ganged up like this.
Before she could push herself through the hive and protect the soldier she considered a friend, Alcyone felt the presence of something hurdling quickly their way. She looked up in time to see Orion's meteors flying towards them, and as a result from dodging them, jumped right into Raite's attack range.
The tonfa bruised her arm, leaving behind a dull and pulsing pain. "Just you wait!" She retaliated.

"Cheap trick THIS" The negaverser cried out, noticing that Sailor Hephaistos was going after Zinkenite in particular. "Try picking on someone your OWN Size." She growled making a leap into the air the negaverser made a move to swing her lantern pole at the senshi as hard as she could.

Following the surprise attack by Painite, Boreas was knocked down to one knee. As his leg made contact with the tall grass, he noticed an itching sensation slowly begin to consume his body. He desperately wanted to scratch or better yet, rub his back against the grass to remove the irritant, whatever it may be.
"s**t! What kind of horse is that!?"
Boreas hadn't encountered any Negaverse officer with a magical weapon and he sure as hell hoped this wasn't going to happen ever time he did. While he would have loved to remain there in order to scratch endlessly, he knew he had to rise up and retaliate. Especially since he had just pissed off two Negaverse officers.

If Ares was going to keep the generals distracted, she was going to need to be more determined. Her boots clipped Tanzanite, and she landed awkwardly, one hand scratching at her arm. Odd. She dodge-rolled away from the flying Albali, but tried to keep her focus.
"Where is your useless Beryl, Tanzanite?" she spat. "Did she send you all here to die because she was too weak to show up herself?"
Insulting Beryl was pretty bad, right? Yeah. That had to do it. The senshi had made her attack, but continued to recoil. She wasn't fighting some kid over lunch money. This was a General of the Negaverse -- and a nasty one at that. Her feet kept moving, the torch twirling through her fingertips.
Gray eyes found Gunn's clear blue ones, the message obvious: Kill the pink-eyed Nega. Kill him for Rota.
Then Ares scratched her shoulders again, stopping dead in her tracks. She did it for a good thirty seconds before even realizing what she had done. Snapping herself out of it, the Senshi of Smoke tried to focus on the task at hand: not dying.

40 HP. Sailor Cancer would not leave her princess alone this time. Someone had to make sure that Chronos came back from this dream world in one piece. And with most of their team indisposed in the waking world lately, Cancer had taken the plunge to help her princess in this strange metaphysical place. But as she looked at the tide of battle, her insides turned almost liquid. They were disorganised and haphazard, trying to win a fight on such a scale as individuals instead of a team. And the Negaverse knew it. Ares didn't look so good after her frontal assault and Cancer watched as the negaverse's troops formed almost an insertion between the lines of the senshi. They were going to take her comrades down one at a time, while the senshi busied themselves with individual grudges. Without thinking about it, Cancer moved away from her princess, her sharp voice ringing out. "Form up those ranks, you spineless tadpoles! Take out their leaders first, then we take on the rest of them!" It was something that Chronos might have said, therefore it was inspirational and motivating. Cancer was not good at being gentle. She moved like liquid through the press of bodies until she was closer to Ares on the front line, and then she administered a little relief for the battered senshi. "Guarding barrier!" A vaguely pinkish bubble appeared around Ares, as long as the other senshi stayed inside it, it would abate the attacks from their foes for a short period of time, enough time for the cavalry to break into full charge. She was already twisting back to the enemy in front of her, spinning once to build some momentum she lashed out with a kick toward Serandite, one of the obvious leaders. If she had of being after revenge or score settling, she would have gone for Tanzanite (there was this one time in an aquarium that Cancer hadn't forgotten) but this was a battle and Cancer was still level-headed. Take out the nearest threat before moving to settle some old scores.

HP 40
Ganymede had to congratulate himself for being so clever. Yeah... this was working out well. Everyone else was punching and kicking and magicking one another, and he just watched. It was perfect. Maybe he could go unnoticed for the entire battle and not have to lift a finger. That would be ideal. He wouldn't mind that at all. Fantastic. He'd just try to continue keeping a low profile then.
Wait, why was he itching? His back hadn't been itching a moment ago. And now it... was. What the hell?? Did someone hit him with something and he just not notice it?? Because that wasn't cool. And the outfit made scratching so inconvenient. Sure, he looked fabulous in it, but the bodice was kind of tight and he couldn't really wedge a hand underneath to get some good scratching in. He tried, but the most he managed was getting a hand up under the back of his collar. Ugh.
