right and left hands had severe burns on it from electrocution and had stopped breathing

Her first aid training kicks in and she begins chest compressions. She counts and listens for breathing and keeps repeating.

She flips him over and takes off her tank top, she was wearing a swimsuit underneath her clothes. She soaks the shirt in salt water then presses it to his back.
