"Yes, I do unfortunately. Heh." A metallic chuckle was heard as Talnar responded to Kaya. He looked over the food again, anything that was meaty or red just did not seem good for anybody to eat. If anything, it was just toxic for the body. He sighed, hearing Kaya's question though, his attention was shifted from the disgusting food to his new friend. "Well..." He began, remembering mostly eating grown herbal items. " We ate, grown herbs, on occasion we would eat meat but not the kind that i've witnessed being served here." He explained to her as he looked down at the selection of food again. He believed that he really wouldn't find anything suitable to eat until his eye was caught by some green patches or so. Of course, it was the salad bar that caught his eye. It was mainly the color and look of the lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, and all that healthy veggie stuff that caught his full attention. He wondered though if he was allowed to go over and get some, seeing as he didn't see any of the other students actually approach that section.
He turned his head to kaya while at the same time pointing over to the Salad bar. " Am I allowed to retrieve any of the herbal items kaya? " He asked her, the metallic tone coming out nice and smooth. Since he was getting used to the girl, his harshness was slowly fading from him, at least against her. With new people or aquatints, he would act like how he first met kaya. Beside the whole attacking part tho, but more of the big talk and egotism.

 ☯☯ Kayakami's eyes lingered on him as he said that he did need some help with deciding what to get to eat, a metallic sounding chuckle coming from his as he said so.
He then proceeded to examine over the foods again, Kaya following suit.
She figured maybe she'd get herself a light meal, nothing too heavy, maybe soup, breadrolls, a small bit of pasta...
Her ears flicked up a bit as she heard Talnar sigh, looking to him as he started to answer her question of what the Eldar ate on craftworld Ulthwe.
Tal said that they ate grown herbs, and meat on some occasions, but not the kinds that were being served here.
" I see," she said, thinking a moment, perhaps the kind of meat being served in the dining hall did not appeal to him that much.
To Kaya, just about everything looked and smelled delicious, though she told herself only a light meal, enough to at least get some food into her stomach.
She reached over, grabbing a tray from nearby, and a small plate, seeing Talnar looking back over the food again.
Kaya began to pick out what she wanted to eat, a small bowl of a soup of some sort, a couple of breadrolls with butter.
Her ears flicked up as she heard Talnar speaking to her, asking if he was allowed to retrieve any of the herbal items, the metallic voice smooth, not as harsh as it had been before.
She looked up to him, and over past him, noticing that he was pointing at the salad bar, nobody else seemed to be going over there, maybe that was why he was asking her.
Kaya smiled, nodding to him, " Of course you can~ Just grab a plate, go on over there, and get as much of what you want~!"
It was an all-you-can-eat sort of place, after all, maybe the other students that were around here were shy about eating salads, or maybe they were carnivores, since salad bars were usually for the students who had a more vegetarian diet.
She did notice how Tal seemed to be especially interested in the salad bar, maybe a lot of the veggies that were served there were similar to what the Eldar ate on craftworld Ulthwe.
To be honest, Kaya wasn't entirely sure, but it was at least one thing that seemed to appeal to him in a good way, well, that was what she was thinking at least. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: ----- ))

" Well then...." Talnar began, pleased with the freedom he had to get what he wanted from the salad bar." I will quickly pick out what i desire and i'll find us a seat." He told her, patting her on the head with his free hand, grabbing a plate with the same hand right after doing so. He made his way towards the salad bar, not in a rush since he was actually still interested in the other food choices that were avaliable to the students on campus. He passed pastas, meats, rice, sushi, and dessert as well. But, none of it was truly wowing to him. So, he just eased on by the rest of the more commonly consumed choices and went over to the salad bar, just picking out stuff here and there like spinach and iceberg lettuce while also getting a few stalks of celery. Everything on his dish was just, well, green.
After getting a sizeable portion of veggies, he paced towards an empty booth, slowly sitting down while putting down his sword to his side where the wall was. With his sword at rest and putting the plate on the table, Talnar now moved on to taking his helmet off. The whirring sound going off with the combination of air being depressurized, he removed his helmet without haste and placed on his with the sword. Now, he looked like a regular student, beside his robe.
His eyes stared at the plate for a good moment, cautious to begin actually even touching the food. He looked away though to find kaya, after skimming through the dining hall for a few brief seconds he saw her and lifted his arm in the air to call her over.

☯☯ Kayakami looked up to Talnar as he spoke, his voice seemingly pleased, though it was a bit tough to tell because of the helmet.
He said he would pick out what he wanted, and find them a seat.
" Okay~" she said, nodding, letting out a purr as he patted her head, though it sounded more like a soft, canine growl.
He then picked up a plate with the same hand and walked over to the salad bar, though rather slowly, seeming to examine the other foods as he passed them.
Turning her attention back to what she was doing, reaching over to pick up a small, delicious looking dessert cake that had caught her eye.
She wondered how Tal was doing over at the salad bar, though figured she'd just focus on getting what she wanted before meeting back up with him at the table.
Kaya shied away from the meats, not that she didn't like meat, but it was a little too heavy for her to be eating, especially at this hour.
She gave the buffet one last once-over, seeing if there was anything else she wanted to get.
Finding nothing else, she grabbed a small, insulated mug of warmed milk, with a top on it to keep the beverage warm, placing it on her tray before turning away from the buffet.
She quickly saw Tal, seeing him raising an arm towards her.
Smiling and holding her tray, she walked over to the booth he had picked out, pausing a moment to look at his sword, which was resting against the wall.
Snapping back into reality, Kaya set her tray down and sat down across from him at the booth, eyeing the rather large amount of greens he had on his plate.
She looked back up to him, seeing he wasn't wearing the helmet, which had been placed onto his sword, and tilted her head at him.
He hadn't even touched his food yet, maybe because he wasn't sure about it? She couldn't really tell.
" Is something wrong?" she asked him, her eyes shifting from him to the plate of veggies in front of him, one of her ears flicking at him in curiosity. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: ----- ))

" Just...being cautouis is all..." He started off as he looked at his food and sighed. Knowing he would have to eat eventually, he decided to just buckle down and see what happens. So, without further waiting or thinking on what to do, Tal's Spiritstone on his chest gave a slight glow and the iris of his eyes followed suit with having a minor glow to them. Reason to all the glowy effects coming from tal was because he was using his pyschic powers to move the food and eat it. He didn't like the idea of silverware and not putting something in one's mouth that wasn't edible. So, as a result, his first choice of veggie product to munch on was a celery stick. It slowly hovered as if something held a grasp on it and made it's way to him.
It stopped, near his face and he eyed it just in case there was something he could catch. Upon the final check, he bit into the floating veggie and a crisp crunching sound was heard. He nodded his head, it approved. To him, it was almost exactly like a similar herb he would eat back on the craftworld except this one was smaller. He quickly finished up the rest of the celery and smiled. He looked at kaya, the glow he had on his stone and in his iris was gone since he stopped channeling energy. " That, was much better then i had initially anticipated." He told her with a smile. But soon, his eyes lingered down to the small dessert she had brought with her. He looked back up to her then to it and then back to her with a puzzled look. " What is that you have chosen to eat child?" He asked her, curious of the food since he never really seen a dessert. And lets be honest, how does one have time for something sweet when they live in war.

☯☯ Kayakami looked to Talnar as he said he was just being cautious when she had asked him if something was wrong.
She could understand why he was being rather hesitant to eat the veggies, since what they had as far as 'grown herbs' on craftworld Ulthwe was probably much different than here.
Kaya began to dig into her food, picking up a buttered breadroll and starting to eat, her ears fluttering in delight at how light it was, and the rich, buttery flavor seemed to bring it all together.
Her attention was brought back to Tal as he sighed, the strange stone on his chest armor seeming to glow, the irises of his eyes doing the same as a celery stalk hovered up from the plate.
Kaya couldn't help but wonder why he didn't simply just pick it up with his hands and eat it, or why he didn't use the silverware, but decided against asking.
Everyone had their own ways of eating, and if Tal felt comfortable with eating that way, then she knew better than to argue.
Finishing up her first breadroll, she picked up her spoon and began eating her soup, one of her favorite, miso, soybean broth with pieces of seaweed and tofu in it.
Her red eyes kept on Tal and the floating celery stick, which hovered over towards and stopped near his face.
She tilted her head curiously, he seemed to be... inspecting it, as though checking if it had poisons hidden in it or something.
Talnar then bit into the celery stick, the loud, crisp crunch sounding clear in her lupine ears, a smile coming to her lips as he nodded, seeming to approve of it.
He finished the rest of the celery, smiling as he looked to her, the strange glow in that odd stone and his eyes gone now, saying that it had been much better than he had initially thought.
Kaya nodded, " Good~!" she said cheerfully, " I'm glad you found something you like~"
She ate more of her miso soup, and was in the middle of taking another breadroll when she saw Tal was looking towards her tray.
Biting into the second breadroll, she was wondering what he was looking at, as he looked up to her, then back down to whatever it was he had been eyeing.
She followed his gaze, seeing that he was looking at the small dessert cake on her tray, her eyes traveling back up to him as he was giving her a puzzled look.
Her ears flickered a bit as he asked what that she had chosen to eat was.
Kaya glanced to her dessert cake again, and then looked to Tal, pointing to it with a cherry red fingernail, " Oh, this?" she asked, tilting her head curiously to him.
" It's a dessert cake, a little something sugary sweet for after my meal~" she explained, wondering if Talnar even knew what a dessert was.
Her eyes looked to him questioningly, before she spoke again, " If you want to try some of it, you can, I'm willing to share, but if you don't want any, then that's fine too," she said politely, gently picking up the plate with the little dessert cake on it, holding it out towards him in offering.
She wasn't sure if he would entertain the idea of trying the dessert cake, but she was attempting to be nice and offer him a taste of it if he was willing to go the extra mile and try something different. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: ----- ))

A small child walked quickly walked around seeming to be searching for something. Her eyes searching as she went, almost frantically.The child seemed to have something important that she didn't want to share. Recklessly running through people, this wasn't a normal child. She seemed to catch something, wandering closer towards it. It was alluring and felt familiar. She ran at full speed towards the feeling. She ran through the wall of the dinner and tripped at feet of some unlucky student. Scaring them half to death, but she stood back up, moving towards the feeling. She fazed through the chair, feeling the tug of the ectoplasm left on Talnar's hand fro the fight. She grabbed the hem of the man's skirt and tugged. "you broke Mistress O, you have to fix...." The small ghost child said quietly while still tugging.

Talnar Nodded his head at trying a piece of the dessert. To tal, it was visually appearing and had an intersting smell coming from it. His soulstone and eyes glowed again the dessert cake had a light glow around it. A slice soon came off of the cake and went towards tals mouth, it was a small bite size piece but tal was amazed by the flavor. " Wow, that truly is....refreshing i must admit!" He told her a true smile on his face showing that he was starting to become comfortable with the area.
The face didn't last long though. He was startled when the child began to pull on his robe. He looked down at the child with a confused face." Child, what do you mean I broke Mistress O, have only been here for less then a day." He told the child, soon to be followed up by a slightly rude statement." And I believe I am entitled to Fix what i want and don't want. And unfortunately, i can't say Mistress O is on the want." He bluntly told the child as he reached over his helmet and place it back on, the eyes gaining a red glow to them again. He could not recall a so called mistress O, the only people he had met was Ray, graves, Wrath, Kaya/kana, and a ghost girl which he believed never got a name from. But he had to admit, the thought patterns coming from the child were similar to the ghost.

☯☯ Kayakami looked to Tal as he nodded his head at her offer, watching him to see what would happen.
The stone on his chest and his eyes glowed again, followed by a similar glow surrounded the cake.
A slice came off from it, and went towards him, only a small bite sized piece, though.
She watched as he ate the piece of the dessert cake, beaming as he remarked how refreshing it was.
That was all Kaya needed to hear to know that he liked the dessert, " I'm glad you like it~!"
The smile on his face only made her happiness soar higher, she believed Tal could get used to being around here at Mitomi High.
She bit into the second breadroll, flinching a bit when Tal suddenly seemed to startle, and looked down towards a certain spot.
He had a confused look on his face, and was asking what looked to be no one in particular what they meant he broke 'Mistress O,' and that he'd only been here for less than a day.
A minor pause, and then he said that he believed he was entitled to fix what he wanted and what he didn't want, and that this 'Mistress O' was not on the want list, his voice blunt as he spoke.
Kaya saw him put his helmet back on, the eyes glowing red again.
She tilted her head curiously at him, " Who are you talking to, Tal?" she asked, standing up a bit in her seat to get a better view of who he was addressing, if anyone was there, at least. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Short post is short x3 ))

 Going out for dinner is always better when it runs for its life...it The dull padding of his large paws could be heard from a few doors away and Tehuti made his way through the corridors towards the dining hall. He had been out hunting, returning with a health catch, more than he himself could eat, and it would be a shame to waste it. He was here to donate it to the cafeteria, they never turned down fresh supplies, and a fresh supply of rabbit was not something that they got in their usual deliveries! It would surely go down a treat on the menu... Standing up to a vertical position, Tehuti pushed open the Large doors as he ducked into the room, a bag of bodies held in his teeth to free up his hands from the slightly dripping load, and walked calmly through the hall towards the kitchens. The bag was pretty big, in fact it didn't look like it could carry much more without bursting! Though it looked like it already had, with some drips of blood forming around the bottom leaking onto the wooden floor below. Tehutis' large amber eyes wandered slightly, looking over the few slightly weirded out students by the window seats. They had seen him coming across the courtyard, probably prepared themselves for his arrival. Other students on the far side of the room however, had not and, were slightly terrified by the hulk of blood coated fur walking nonchalantly through their cafeteria with what could easily be assumed for as a dismembered body in a sack... With the few little uninterested groups littered around, there was nothing unusual, students eating dessert, some just hanging with a coffee, general chatter that was always in the background. Reaching the white swinging doors of the kitchen Tehuti pushed them open, dropping the bag into one of his hands. and dumping it out of sight, to the unseen delight of the head chef! The chef wasn't really expecting Tehuti for another few days, but a good chef never turns down fresh ingredients, and they didn't come fresher than this! Tehuti simply smiled through the open door and let it swing closed behind him as he left for a table, two rabbits in hand for himself.

The small child scrunched up her nose at Talnar, not like what he said. She stood for a second staring up at Tal, not letting go of his 'skirt'. She was gathering up energy so as to do something. Ghosts could not interact with the world around them, but with enough energy this small child could do anything. She watched as Tal put on his helmet, seeing the dried ecto-blood on his hand. Quickly the girl climbed up on the chair pointed to the blood on his had. "You have her blood on your hand, you are the one who did this Talnar." Paine's voice started to bleed into the child's voice. "I thought I interested you...." The voice almost creepy with the small child's form, but she was only relaying a message. Blood red tears fell continuously from her eyes.The trance the child had been in was broken with the arrival of the massive cat creature. She watched it wearily, but turned back to Talnar. "You have to help or Mistress will die."

" Of course, I had slightly expected to meet the ghost again." He muttered to himself as he heard the voice and blood tears appear from the child. This is something one would see in the warp where he came from, but things were different here even to that extent. He looked at Kaya, then back to the ghost child, and again to kaya. " Somebody who allowed us to meet in a very strange situation." He told her trying to jog Kana or Kaya's memory of the ghost that Talnar was with when he attacked her.
He hadn't noticed that droppings or some kind of trace had been left on him from the scuffle he had with Ophelia. But, he sighed, a metallic breath being heard from his helmet. He wondered what he should do. If the ghost or spirit was hurt because of him, even though he did have to admit that she was not at all nice. Working with the dead a lot, the wraithguard, on his craftworld, he held sympathy and remorse for the dead. He looked at the child and nodded." Fine, I shall assist your mistress. Where is she? " He asked the gold child as he stood up from where he was sitting.
For a moment, he had noticed Tehuti and sensed the beast/man/person/thing/creature/creation's thought waves and could tell that there wasn't a need to worry about him. So, turning his attention to the strange child, he awaited an answer to part her lips and dictate his next decision.

☯☯ Kayakami kept her eyes on Tal, her ears flicking about curiously as she thought she heard a voice from somewhere.
In response to her question, Talnar looked to her, then back to where he had been looking at, and they back to her, and said somebody who allowed them to meet in a very strange situation.
The girl thought it over a minute, trying to piece together what he meant from that statement.
Well, she had met him because of that fight, and then there had been that ghost that Axel had been fighting against.
Wait...the ghost... Kaya couldn't recall if she had heard it's name or not, but it dawned on her.
She almost jumped when she noticed the ghost child crawling up onto the chair next to Tal, pointing to his hand, and saying he had his blood on her hand, and that he was the one who did this.
Did what? Kaya was confused, though she believed that, from the looks of it, as well as that creepy voice that suddenly came from the ghost child's form, Talnar had done something having to do with possibly the same ghost that had attacked Axel.
The ghost girl told Tal that he had to help or 'Mistress' would die.
Tal sighed metallicly, and nodded to the ghost child, saying that he would assist her mistress, and asking where she was, standing up from his seat.
Surely he couldn't actually mean to help that evil ghost that had attacked hr friend? Kaya wracked her brain, unsure of what to say of all of this.
Her attention was redirected as a sharp scent of blood entered the air, and she momentarily glanced around, noticing the enormous cat-beast looking creature taking a seat at a table nearby, carrying with him two rabbits, apparently dead, from the looks of them.
Her attention returned to Tal, seeing him awaiting an answer from the ghost child, and didn't say anything, though she was shaking a bit.
Finally, she clenched her hands into fists, and she rapidly stood up, looking to Talnar and saying, " I'll go with you."
The tone in her voice seemed more serious now, she wasn't sure if Tal would allow her to tag along with him to wherever he was going to see this ghost, but she made it clear that her decision was solid, and nothing was going to change it. ☯☯ (( OutrageouslyOddChinchillas: Short post is short x3 ))

The Child watched him closely. If he refused, she would be forced trick someone into going to the factory. She hoped that it wouldn't come to that. Mistress O needed her to bring someone fast or she wouldn't live through two days. A big smile appeared on Her face, the red tears never leaving her face. "She's in the Abandoned Factory." The child said bouncing up and down excitedly. The little girl hopped off the seat to wit on Talnar. She didn't care much for the female, but that's because she had orders for only Talnar. The girl could careless if Kaya came with or not.

Talnar looked at kaya, and while he didn't express it or showed it, he smiled under his helmet at the fact that she wanted to go with him to wherever it was where Ophelia was. He was glad...no...happy, that he had made a friend. So in response to kaya, he nodded at her. But, he paid his attention back to the ghost girl who was happily jumping up and down at his response. " Abandoned Factory it is then....." He looked towards kaya and walked past the ghost girl grabbing a hold of kaya's hand but gently as he tugged towards the exit of the dining hall. While holding her hand, he allowed a little bit of psychic energy to cover the two. It was his conceal ability, he wanted to make sure this wasn't some trick and did not want to be detected or hunted down by some random threat. As a side effect to kaya, she should of been feeling a slight energy boost for being in contact with talnar." I know how to locate this factory. The child beared the same thought patterns as Ophelia so it should not be hard to make our way towards our given destination." He explained to kaya as they walked out. His metallic voice now back to being a little bit serious.
