† † Jexazra closed his eyes, sustaining the force of the boys words. Animal... it was a common word to be used by many, but to Jex, it stung, badly... He looked up as the boy jumped away from them, throwing another group of blades into the ground, seeing them glow with blue light as it shot from one blade to the next. Jex did not move, the boy's words had hurt him, badly, not even a slash from a sword could hurt as much as words... and he did not want to fight anymore, for now at least... All the fight for today had been taken out of him, and he braced himself for an attack. He breathed a sigh of relief as Tal spoke up, saying he was fine, and thanking Jex for his concern. Then, he stood up, warning the boy, Justin, to ease his conflict or he would strike the boy down. Jex whined a bit, he knew Justin saw the wolf-man as an enemy, but he didn't want the boy to get hurt. The elf then pointed at Justin, and the boy became pinned to the tree, before he walked to Jex, saying they should go before he was forced to do something he didn't want to do. " Right," Jex said, nodding to Tal, still shaken from Justin's outburst, " Let's get going..." He sniffed the air, trying to catch a scent on people, or at least, several people, it was a high school, after all. Jex's nose finally locked onto a scent, coming from not too far ahead, and he pointed, " It's over this way." His ears flicked as he heard another outburst from Justin, and stiffened, to this boy, he was a monster... and just for being that, he had made himself an enemy of the boy... The next shout was directed at him, saying this time he lived, but if they meet again, one of them was going to be put into the ground to rot. Jex was hurting even worse now, emotionally and mentally, Chastity tried to comfort him, and he felt slightly better, but still hurt, deeply. " Come on, Tal, the school's over this way," he said, starting to walk in the direction of Mitomi High, but not before looking to Justin with pitying, sorrowful eyes. " I'm sorry..." he mouthed, before he turned and pushed off in the direction he had indicated, looking to make sure Tal was following. † †

(Love the improvement Justin, those are the kinds of posts i want to see. I'll make sure to tell D I I no to keep you up on her chart thingy)
Tal sighed, releasing his hold on Justin as he looked in his direction. " Control yourself boy, you are becoming what it wants...." Tal said as he turned around, spinning his blade in his hand till the hilt fased the ground and the sword pointed upwards and was behind his arm. The breeze in the Forest picked up, It was soothing. For Tal at least. To him, feeling a breeze like this after a battle meant to him that the time for rest was at hand and that he should move out. looking at Jex and seeing his face, noticing that Justin's words affected him. Tal put his arm on his shoulder, A very rare occsion for an Eldar to do this to somebody outside their race. " Do not allow words to pierce you, If they do the Death's blade follows soon." He told him as he dropped his hand to his side and began to walk behind Jex towards Mitomi. It was time he found out how he could get a place to stay in the meantime while he tried to figure out how the hell to contact Farseer Taldeer from a different Dimension. " Taldeer....be safe." He muttered to himself, remembering that the last thing to occur before he was shot with a D-Cannon was Taldeer and a Squad of warlocks rolling up into the front lines on their jet-bikes.

Graves hand fell as the conflict died down. A lot had happened in a few seconds as well as some hateful words. Who was justin and what had happened in his past? Only time would tell, but for now he need someone. At least a friendly hand to guide him. He watched as Ray ran past him, kindred spirits those two were.
Ray saw that Graves hand fell and she walked quickly, but cautiously to where Justin was pinned. She cooed delicately at him, her eyes glittering with something a kin to sadness, like she almost understood what he was feeling. A loss or something that could never be forgot.
Graves slowly wandered next to Ray, unsure if he should say something. He could only sit there and listen to his sister coo. It was her way of worrying. "i....i... understand....where you're coming from." Graves voice was almost hoarse and hard to hear, he cleared his throat. "But whether or not you're situation was the same it doesn't quite matter. It's still is painful...." Graves said, his voice distant sounding.

† † Jexazra kept his eyes ahead as he heard Tal walking behind him. He thought back to when Tal had put an arm around his shoulder, as though trying to comfort him. The elf had said to not allow words to affect him, or else death would follow soon. Jex wasn't so sure about the death part, but it served to cheer him up a bit more, but Justin's words still lingered. He shook his head, telling himself to forget about it, but the more he tried to do so, the more it pestered him. Chastity seemed to have quieted as well, Jex wondered what she was thinking of all this. At the same time Jex was thinking to, what had the boy meant his kind will pay? Maybe Jex's kindred race had done something bad to the boy in the past? Of course, Jex was a demon, though he didn't look it, a Cerberoid halfling, to be exact, which gave him his strong, lupine appearance. But if Jex had not taken part in, whatever had happened in Justin's past, why did he still feel guilty? As much as his curiousity wanted to find out, Jex remembered what would happen the next time he and the boy meet... and sighed heavily. He thought he heard Tal mutter something behind him, but figured it wasn't anything that involved his concern. The smell of people was getting stronger, and Jex could make out blocky, structural buildings through the trees, and there was something else as well, food. He continued towards the buildings, already, his sense of hunger was reawakening, it had been all too long ago since Jex had a decent meal. † † (( exit to the outside of the dining hall ))

Justin smiled at the sight of Ray, and listened to Grave's words. He wiped the tears from his cheek "the past must be kept in the past". Justin's eyes could not stop forming tears. The past came rushing up to him today and he had lost control. Justin looked at Ray and put his arm around her "I'm sorry you saw me like that" he hated himself right then, what if she or Graves had gotten involved in the fight, and in his rage could he have saw the difference between enemy and friend. Justin felt horrible about what he had said to Jex. Hatred and anger filled Justin, but not toward Jex, but himself because he was the real monster. He wanted to fall into a full blown fit, and cry, but held it in around Gaves, and Ray.

Ray smiled at Justin. Feeling his arm around her, she tensed for a split second, before relaxing. It was strange to have something warm around her. It was new, since Graves always ran about ice cold and he was the only one who was really around her, ever. "It's fine, Hang around us long enough and you'll see way stranger fits." She laughed lightly at both of their tendencies.
"Couldn't have said it any better." Graves scratched the back of his head. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Ray flinch. That's when he noticed Justin's arm around Ray. 'Ha, bet that's weird.' His eyes glinted slightly at the two. "Yeah, like your funny obsession with religious objects."
Ray's feather's fluffed up at that comment. "Yeah, just like your funny habit of sleeping in open graves." Graves tried to argue back, but couldn't. So he opted to laugh instead, which received a glare from Ray. "You got to do better then that, Jak." Graves stopped laughing "Not until you figure out the joke, Sally."

Justin could not keep himself from laughing at the two. "thank you, I think I will" he noticed his arm still around Ray and turned away from her. He had never been so open with anyone before. His face was red with embarrassment. He stood up and smiled at the brother and sister "sorry about that, kinda lost control back there". He could not help smile at the sight of Ray. He held out his left hand to help her up. His sleeve was pulled back and the sight of cuts covered his arm.

Graves looked at his sister, the first day and she had already made a friend, almost got into a fight, met five humans and not a single death. Graves could get use to this, mitomi was defiantly the best place for the pair. Ray missed Justin moving away his arm from her. She looked at Justin, his hand extended to help her up. She carefully placed her hand in his, well aware of her claws. They had cut many a people. She stood up, a smile gracing her lips. Ray had seen the cuts, but she didn't think much of them. Since her brother bore such scars like Justins', but unlike Justin he used blood magic. Ray wasn't really up to date on things in the real world, in a way she was innocent to most things. "So what do you say we head back to the camp? It's been quite the night." Graves said while stretching, the shovel knocking against his blades. He saw the scars, but thought that now was not the time to discus the past. He looked up, another perfect night. 'I wonder how many night like this we can have until our pasts catch up to us?'

Justin looked up into the sky and laughed "I hope it never catches up" he looked at the two with kind eyes. "Thank you for sticking with me, I have been alone for a long time". He started to walk towards the flickering light of the fire in the distance. The past will have to wait for another day, Justin felt overcome with joy, he had met people who's past was dark, just like him ,but they overcame it. It gave him hope for a brighter tomorrow as he left the past in the darkness of yesterday. He hoped this night would never end, because for once he felt at peace when he was around Ray and Graves.

Graves laughed with Justin while Ray watched the two of them. Remembering the small boy with which she use to play. He was an odd child who only played in the forest. Justin wasn't this boy, but Ray was starting to associate Justin to that boy. Someone to trust, someone to protect like her brother. Graves took his sister's warm hand in his ice cold hand. He liked the feeling he got from holding Ray's hand, it was one of the only ways he felt warmth. Only the Sun rise would tell what the next day would hold for them.
Ray smiled slyly at Graves and he looked confused at Ray. "What?" Faster than Graves could react a feather was stuck into his shirt and Ray started to run away from Graves. "HEY! No Fair!" He started after Ray as she passed Justin. "Don't let the feather touch you or you're it." Ray happily told Justin as she jogged by him, towards the camp fire. It was like tag to Graves and Ray only a lot harder to play. Since you had to get the feather to stick into someone's clothing and the one who started it had to be tagged again for the game to end.

Justin ran with Ray, he had never played a game like this before. He kept on running until he got to the fire. He bent over and took a few deep breaths. He looked back and saw Ray "this is the most fun i have had for years". Justin waited a second to see if Wrath would say anything, but he kept quiet, and Justin loved it. "where did Graves go, I don't see him" he said looking into the forest. (sorry it took so long, been working on a new guild)

"I don't know...." Ray said as she looked around carefully not going to close to the woods. She was searching for any signs of movement. "i'm glad your having fun....." She said kinda happily. It was a game to hone your fighting skills, defense and as well as other things such as stealth.
Graves had hid himself in the forest watch the two fro a far. Contemplating whether he should go for his sister or Justin. He weighed his options as he stalked below the bushes, careful not to touch or step on anything. He made his way closer towards his target. Holding the pointy end of the feather in between his fingers, Graves quickly jumped from the forest and headed right at Justin, aiming the feather for the back of his shirt.

Justin spun quickly, and doge the feather and laughed "better luck next time" he called out as he headed into the woods. After a few minuets of running he turned back and smiled. Justin looked up into the star coated sky and lost himself in his memory. He started to see flashes of Alice's face, and it took the wind right out of him, and he fell to his knees. He saw her smile and tears flowed from his eyes. The sight of her laying there, dieing. "If only I had been stronger, I could have saved you" he tilted his head up to the sky "why did you have to take her, why not me". He stood up and wiped the tears from his eyes and hoped no one saw him in this second of emotional weakness.
