"Well, I do like my hair," he said, using a hoof to smooth it back. "That is why I wish it were longer, so there could be more of it. If my body were longer, though I like that, that too, it would be a bit odd, perhaps. No, I like my proportions, excepting my hair." He nodded, that made sense. A bit of kelp on the current caught his eye and without thinking, he pounced on it, batting it around as he waited for his new friend to reply.

Nessie wasn't sure to what to make of him. The only thing he wanted to change was his hair to be longer. She sulked slightly, "I wish I had hair."

Nessie felt quite shocked, "I don't think that's possible," not that she was interested in having hair...."I've never had hair before. Not a single piece."

"Then it could be all the more interesting to get some for you," he said. "There is a solution I make with kelp and puffer glands. That helps strengthen my hair, so possibly it could help you grow some."

Nessie flipped her tail and quirked an eyebrow at him. "I don't think it works like that does it?" She coudlnt' really just...grow hair like that, could she?

"First you harvest the glands of a puffer fish, wrap it in kelp and pull tight until the glands burst. cover the goop all over with more kelp, hide the ball in a heat vent for three months, then apply it to your hair, or head in your case! It should tingle."

Nessie looked at him like he was crazy, he had to be. That was just...insane. She didn't think she even wanted hair THAT much. It just...well, maybe she should--No, she wouldn't try it!
