As he tried to plead for mercy, he lost consciousness again after a sufficient number of strikes before he was dragged away to a mysterious location he had no knowledge of.

A powerful gust of wind at the entrance to the hideout gave way to a slim muscular figure, in a crouched position, combing through his short spiky hair with his left hand. Black eyes as dark as coal stared peered forward towards the gates from inside a face void of any detectable emotion aside from perhaps a glint of boredom. The man's right hand stroked the surface of the ground beneath him with his fingers, the ring on his right index finger gleaming. His black fingernails and toenails shined with the fresh coat of polish and of course he had returned to his former attire of a very sleek design of Konoha's anbu attack gear worn beneath the black cloak of red clouds. Sengetsu rose to his full height while simultaneously retracting his arms and hands into his long sleeves. Another gust of wind dragged them to the east suggesting that he had drawn his arms entirely into the cloak. The Uchiha radiated power, skill, liberation, a touch of nonchalance, but more importantly he had this strangeness about him. By definition the man should have aged far beyond his lower to mid twenties which he seems to have been stuck at for quite some time. However the Uchiha was about as immortal as they come, having died and been brought back to life without any restrictions. In other words he was an Edo Tensei free to do whatever he desired. And right now, he desired to find Kleine and go hunting.

"Sengetsu." Hysteria called to the man, her bright blue eyes staring straight at him, scanning him up from down to discover his strengths. "Kleine is in Cloud. I was sent to scout Cloud, and in turn I found out that one of their emissaries went to the Leaf. It also turns out that the bats I left behind in Rain have revealed that Rain is trying to have Leaf band together with Ame to destroy us. And if Cloud is going... well, you get what I mean, right? We may have three villages against us. However, Taki is in the hands of Kleine. The Takikage, Shahnz, is Kleine's Edo Tensei; his puppet. I'd like you to treat all Takigakuren shinobi as allies for the time being, but also... to the matter at hand. Go to Cloud village as soon as possible, to Paradise Island. Kleine is fighting Sunso, but it's unnecessary. Make him stop, and then scout the rest of Cloud Country. There is a demon there; presumably the Rokubi. I've discovered from traces of chakra in Ame as well as multitudes of records that the Rokubi is Elena of Rain." She was brief, giving him all of the intel he needed. Kleine did not yet know about Elena or about the meeting in Leaf, and she was excited to see Sengetsu tell him.

Lucifer left the base and began heading toward the Sage Lands. His first order of business...to speak with Nova. It was painfully obvious that the two needed to have a little chat, since Lucifer had gained the ability to summon him.

As Lucifer walked into the Akatsuki Base, he would speak into his ring, projecting a telepathic message to all the members. "This is Lucifer. These orders come directly from Kleine. All Akatsuki members are to return to the base as soon as humanly possible. We meet in the main chamber; it's time to end this little game of cat-and-mouse." With that, Lucifer stepped into the base and readied himself to go to the meeting hall.

Lucifer entered with Lars, but he went a different direction. Straight to the King of Hell Chamber, whereas Lars was going to the containment rooms.

  Rini arrived several minutes after Lars -- or, at least, she thought she did. She slowed to a stop outside the cave, umbrella swinging idly in one hand, and frowned. This was the place. He had come here. She was certain of it. There was only one problem: there was nothing here. Maybe he had gone into the cave? She moved into the inky darkness of the cave and practically face-planted into a wall. With a yelp (more of alarm than pain), she stumbled back and into the water outside the cave. After a moment, Rini resurfaced, reclaimed the umbrella floating nearby, and crawled out to sit on one of the flat rocks. She rubbed her face, glaring halfheartedly at the cave. "Stupid wall." Her anger slowly ebbed to annoyance and then nothing -- or rather something she did not want to identify. She tugged her hood over her head, pulled her knees to her chest, and propped the open umbrella on her shoulder to shield against the high sun. With a soft sigh, Rini rested her forehead on her shoulder and resigned herself to wait. -o-o-o-
