((lol wait...what was I supposed to answer to? xD)) Sola smiles.
"I'm feeling great." She whispers and then leans forward, closing her eyes, and presses her lips to his. She always loves the feeling that comes when they kiss. Its almost as though everything has for just that one moment. The only thing she doesn't enjoy about it is when its over.

Desmond felt as if the world stopped spinning, he pulled away and placed a hand on her face. Moving away her hair it cascaded over his hand and he looked at her with a grin.
"When I first met you, I didn't expect to have these feelings about you. You do remember that day do you?"
He closed his eyes for a moment and opened them once he grasped the picture of the memory in his mind. Desmond held his hand on her face and smiled. Her skin was soft and still radiant unlike what other humans were like. She was a pureblood making it easy to conceal age. He was trapped at age seventeen but loved it since he was in tense right with her.

((lol you know I'm joking around, right? geez almost couldn't spell that correctly > Sola smiles at the memory.
"How could I forget? That fateful day is what led to all of this. And its all thanks to the kindness you had shown me." She replies, smiling. She stares deep into his eyes, lost in this moment. She truly had never expected such a turn of events, or to have such strong emotions for someone. The day she turned him was when she had finally figured out why she felt the way she had, and even now she allows her love for him to grow in strength.

Desmond smiled and looking into her goldenbrown eyes he remembered photographically exactly how she was then. He only experienced his true feelings for her when he was dying, she saved him from death for a new life. The horror of his allies struck him, he was dead in their eyes. Everyone he cared about except for Sola. He gave everything for her.
"I couldn't let someone as... Beautiful as yourself die. I wasn't like the others, I didn't see you as beasts but rather as other people. Misunderstood."
Desmond lowered his arm and closed his eyes. He was feeling for blood but he could hold it off until Sola was thirsty.

((lol ok ^ . ^ I might head to bed soon...I was up till 4am last night. sweatdrop then got woken up at 8am to watch the kids...not exactly the best wake up call xP)) Sola smiles and brushes her hand through his hair.
"You were nothing like the other hunters. I realized that from the first day, when you had hesitated like that.." She tilts her head and lifts his chin up slightly.
"Why don't we go and get some 'food'?" She asks, not fooled. She can tell that he is hungry.

Desmond moved forward and smiled. He felt nice even though he was deprived of food for a day. Desmond heard her comment and felt good about himself for once. He was surprised as she tilted his head but heard her words well.
"I was waiting for you..."
He said honestly but quietly.
Desmond stood up and held his hand out in request to go and quench their thirsts together.

((aye I'm dizzy x.x I think I'll be off in juss a few minutes sweatdrop don wanna pass out at the computer....and sorry for shortness, can't really think cuz of dizziness x.x)) Sola smiles and takes his hand, standing as she does so.
"Let's go then, I am a bit hungry myself." She admits, having not noticed it before.

Desmond led her out the door and into the sunlight. Thank Sola she's a day-walker. Desmond rounded the corner and saw a man lined up in the execution hall. Desmond interrupted with a request and the executioner agreed. He backed away and Desmond drank deeply. He moved to Sola and leaned in for another kiss, he had blood in his mouth to let her drink. The man's putrid odor was why he was doing this. A dirty criminal. Humans were all wrong about most vampires... Why have they stereotyped them so?

Sola takes the kiss, drinking the blood from his mouth. Though she does prefer to drink from the humans herself, she finds this way of feeding to be a lot more fun. The blood tastes great, especially because it has a bit of Desmond's taste in it.

Once his mouthful was empty he released his lips fromhers and looked at the dying man with redishgrey eyes. He licked his fangs and drove inward for another taste of blood, he saved enough to feed Sola. His hunger diminished and he let her take her share. Desmond grinned as she looked at him, apparently he had blood on his right cheek and chin. He licked what he could and wiped the blood off of his chin. His cheek was still bloody nut he would let it dry and he would take it off in one piece if nothing happened.
"Thank you."
He said to the executioner and grinned. The executioner's mask prohibited him from seeing his emotions but Desmond knew he was both scared and welcoming. The man left the area.

Sola takes her share and then looks at Desmond. She smiles.
"You are quite a messy eater." She says, giggling slightly. She then leans forward and licks some of the blood off his cheek.

Desmond watches her feed and smiles. As she licks the blood off of his cheek he closes his eyes and smiles. He shifts his feet and backaway slightly. Desmond tuggs the collar of his coat and relaxes his muscles. He looks at Sola with a smile,
"Where do we go now?"
He asks with curiosity in his tone, he's an adventurous person if not for the limits of transportation.

((Awesome xD are you finding it difficult to stay in the present-tense? lol sorry for late reply, something came up in another guild...)) Sola takes a moment to think. She suddenly remembers something from when she had come to the town as a child and she takes his hand.
"Come on, I want to show you something!" She says, leading him toward the outskirts to the village and toward the forest.

Desmond nods and holds her hand, as excited as she seems he looks forward to seeing the area she intends to reveal. Like a cloak she pulls hi
towards the outskirts and forest line. Desmond smiles and realizes what took them mere minutes would take humans hours. He watches what a human would say is a blur and can identify it with ease now that he is one of them. A vampire, a... Day-walker. A curse and an honor as he recalls Sola told him about two months ago. Desmond feels the wind rush into his face and closes his eyes wanting the location to be a surprise.

((Like I said, not many roleplayers use the present-tense ^ . ^U)) Sola turns her head and smiles a him. She had discovered the place when she had been here so long ago. The elderly woman that had recognized her, she had been a mere child back then. They had discovered the place together. Sola smiles and leads him through the trees until she stops in a wide clearing. In front of them is a series of pools of clear water. It seems to cascade slowly down from one pool to the next. To the side is a winding stone staircase built into the mountainside.
"You can open your eyes now Desmond." She says, looking around at the glittering snow. In Spring, there will be many blooming flowers in place of the snow.
