Nuk tipped his head up in Lucien's direction as the air elemental joined them, feeling more and more at ease the more their group came together. With addition of the 'ghost,' there was only one more who needed to rejoin their group before they could continue, and the skinwalker's eyebrows furrowed a bit as he looked behind Lucien into the forest behind him. Shehk still had not returned, which was reason for concern for Nuk -- although he would have showed interest in any of their disappearances, the Pricolici had been the object of his affection for quite some time now, and had become much more than a pretty face. Despite how he passed himself off as an uncaring, cruel bully and would never admit it to anyone, he did in fact care about people, even if those people were few and far between.
Ironically, it was only after he'd turned back to the group that he felt the feeling of material being shoved into his normal hand, turning with a bewildered expression down towards whatever it was, a smirk curling the corners of his mouth as he noticed who it was. His worry subsiding, (hey, he didn't like the idea of her being out with all these pervert trees around) he reached for the toy, shaking it a little teasingly.
"You want it girl? Huh? Go get it!"
Tossing it as hard as he could, he watched as it sailed through the air, landing in the snow a little ways away from another small bunch of students who had decided to go the Misfit Toys route. Nukpana, half-teasing Shehk, started after it at a half-jog, knowing she'd get there before she did in canine form, pausing only when he noticed a flash of pink.
"Pink. Jacking. Elephants. OF COURSE, THAT MAKES PERFECT SENSE," He yelled, sounding annoyed to hell. Which he was. Looking over his shoulder at the rest of his group, he pointed at the now-deceased elephant, a little erratic with his motions. "DO YOU SEE THIS?!"

"Nah," Mei gestured with a wave of her hand. "He wasn't any trouble. I think things just got a little tense between all the students, and which route to take." In the end, they all just ended up taking separate paths anyways. She hoped that everyone was alright at least. Especially if any took the center road.
Laughing quietly to herself as she watched the two bicker between one another, before glancing about the area. So many students here. So many, and she didn't know any of them.. Except one looked a little too familiar. A black dog.. Probably Tybalt, but she wasn't bothered enough to walk all the way over to greet the mutt. Besides, he was already speaking with another kid.
Gaze shifting back to Merope when he offered her a ride, she thought over it for a minute before giving a hesitant nod. "Alright, thanks." She wasn't all to fond of water, but this did beat walking, and she wanted to conserve what was left of her energy.

Riley visibly sagged in relief. It was not a hallucination, it was just another creature of the forest, and she, thankfully, was still in full control of her mind. This was wonderful news. She released her hold on Malodore and closed her eyes for a moment, before they opened angrily.
That's just lovely. She hissed, her words drowned out by Nuk's yell. She stalked up to the pink elephant that he pointed at, and poked it with the toe of her shoe. Then she poked it again, only harder and more like a kick to the face.
Pink Elephants. She hissed acridly. It HAD to be pink elephants.
She bent down, poking at it's head with her finger, idly hoping it had a brain. Devouring it would make her feel better.

"Phht, at least you were able to find me. You disappeared for weeks, mister." she chided, but quickly dug her fingers into his side.
"Ack! No, don't you dare throw me in!" she yelped. "Not funny!" as much as she wanted to go swimming, it really, just was not in the cards.
"I won't give you your pills back if you do... which reminds me, I have those still." she offered.
As Merope settled and offered for Mei to get on his back as well, the colchian dragon scooted back, making room for Mei between herself and Merope's neck. She was used to this, and wasn't so certain if Mei had ridden on dragon's before. Was just safer this way.

Lucien's face lit up. It was Tybalt and he was... so... furry! Lucien had never seen Tybalt like this before and it was just too cute! All he wanted to do was hug the black dog. He nodded to the black dog because yes, he was Lucien. He found himself looking down at Tybalt, tilting his head a little at the question. Why was he here? Wasn't he here for the same reason everyone else was?
"Same reason as you," he said, reaching down to attempt and pet Tybalt's head.

"Did you come here with your group or something?" He asked a little confused. Was he alone? He would have bet that Lucien would have taken the mountain route-----but then again, without his natural ability to fly, it would probably just have been a nasty reminder that he can't fly.

 "You must be wandering if you sipped some cider. I assure you I'm real." The elephant gets teary eyed. "And how dare you wander if Im not!" It seems to have jumped to conclusions, "TAKE THIS!" The elephant swings its trunk at you. HP: 5No damage

"Oh," was all he said. He just couldn't help it, it was lucky he hadn't flung himself around the black dog and held on tight. He nodded his head to the black dog as he pointed to a few of his group members in the area including Israfel, Malodore, Riley and Nukpana. "I'm here with them, we have a jolly time with trees earlier, finally got out of there. How about y--Tybalt, look out!"
He jumped back, staring at ANOTHER pink elephant.

As Mei explained what happened, Merope nodded in agreement. "Yee-eeah," he began, looking pointedly to where the mountains could be seen in the north. "First everyone wanted to stick together as a group and come this way, then they wanted to go that way... ugh." He shook his head. "No thank you. I already died once, not interested in seeing if it's possible to do a second time, y'know?"
He pulled himself further onto dry land, waiting for Mei to climb aboard before carefully pushing off. "I'm sorry in advance if I get either of you wet," he began, swimming towards the bridge in order to swim alongside it. "Hmm... I think I know of a way to carry those, Cyr -- could you lodge them in my arm? It's a bit squicky, but I don't exactly have pockets like this anymore."
The leviathan looked up sharply as another pink elephant appeared, swimming sideways to steer clear of the bridge to the island a bit. "Ugh, what are those things?"

"Y-yeah," grumbled the dragon, "Give me a lava-filled cave any day over jack-damned snow."
As he followed the others, he was concentrating mainly on staying warm, however the sight of pink elephants had pulled his attention. So these were the next horrible beasts this land had to throw at them? Well he supposed they were a little more fearsome but all in all Jericho thought they were still rather laughable.
"Yes, I see it," he growled in response to Nuk, "What's the big Jackin' deal though? They shouldn't be that much harder to kill than those damn trees before."
Coming over by the body near Riley, he gave it a prod as well, not entirely certain what to make of it.

"Oh, yeah sure, no problem Mer." Cyrilla pulled out the leviathan's pills and reached down to stick them into his arm. It didn't really bother her much, but she hoped it did not bother Merope's new friend. Not everyone had a stomach for things like that. Well, moreso she found the living had an issue with things like that.
Her head raised to look towards the pink elephants, and she shook it. "I don't know Mer, I've never seen anything like it before. I'm not in a big hurry to get up close with one either." she groaned.
"Just as bad as those damn trees in the forest." she snipped. "The jack damned things were everywhere."

Sepheran hissed again as Liannan told him of another pink elephant attack a black dog this time. Wait Black dog? He was pretty sure he remembered someone like that in his group. Dusting off he began to move forward towards the fight. "Show them no mercy!" Sephy growled showing his obvious dislike for the foul pink plaid elephants. Well...maybe he was just a little peeved at always being the first attacked when they entered a new area. Oh well, nothing he could do about it, he'd kill anything that tried to kill him simple as that. He did hope Tybalt would finish the toy off without taking as much damage as he had though.

All in all, this is the path they had taken. Might as well go all the way--or try to anyways. Climbing up onto Merope, she smiled at Cyr as she made room for her. This was indeed her first time riding on a dragon/serpent, and she had to admit, she was a little nervous. "No worries." She squeaked, followed by a nervous laugh. She wasn't worried about getting wet.. She was worried about falling, and sinking. All the cracks and holes in her her body--she would sink like a rock. Without thinking, she held on to whatever part of Merope she could, to keep that scenerio she imagined from happening.
Catching sight of the pink elephant attacking Tybalt, Mei raised a brow, before calling out to him. "OIII! FURRBALL! DON'T DIE UNTIL WE GET BACK TO AMITYVILLE!" She called, holding back a small grin. Ah, how she loved tormenting that pup.

"They're back to haunt us," He replied to no one in particular, staring at the thing with a tinge of suspicion. Riley had the right idea in prodding it with her foot, these things were not to be trusted. At first they had been funny at the SC party -- people had been freaking out and staring at 'nothing' which had been hilarious to watch and provided good blackmail and fuel for teasing. And then he'd gotten drunk enough to see them. And suddenly it wasn't so funny anymore, since he knew they were real.
It was a conspiracy.
"Do you think they originated from Halloweentown, or if they just escaped from this rotten place to hide out there?"
Glancing up from his train of thought, he looked between Riley and Jericho, curious as to their point of view. It was really hard to tell if he was serious or not too... did Nuk really believe the elephants from the school and the elephants of Misfit Toys were related? It sure looked like he did.

The black dog snarled and bit down viciously onto the creatures trunk, before picking it up and whipping it across the snow. That should do some damage!
"SHUT UP MEI! GO SINK IN A RIVER OR SOMETHING!" He yelled back at the broken doll. Why was he not surprised that she was here? Stupid woman!
