Training dojo, training dojo...after about half an hour of wandering around the city looking for the stupid training dojo, Risenth finally found it. It didn't look too grand from the outside he had to admit, not that it mattered much anyway. As he walked inside, he could see a woman and a man talking. The man had long white hair (Jasper) while the woman had cat ears and a tail (Elizabeth). Risenth walked past along the hallway to one of the smaller arenas, not wanting to intrude on their private conversations.
"Yo. Nice ears, by the way."

Upon hearing the boys comment, Beth's ears drooped as she turned to him. she looked as him for a few seconds before responding, "Thank you.... they're warm or...whatever." she then began to think to herself, "again with the ears...."

Jasper picked up the book on Paladin techniques once more and began flipping through the pages. "I am here because my home in Aramil was destroyed and the girl I love is with the man that left me to die... Awesome, huh?" He said as he got off the stool and set down the book.
Next up was Hand of Illumination, it was an incredibly basic skill for the Paladins. He only wished this skill were present at the time of his Adept Test in the Shady Forrestland.

Apparently all Jasper had to was exert his holy energy and cause his hand to let off a brilliant light. Great, now he could be a human flashlight.

Jasper raised up his arm into the air and began exerting his energy from his palms, slowly one would see a very dim light begin to appear in the center of Jasper's hand. He struggled to keep it in place, much less make it bigger and make it expand.
3/4
Suddenly, Jasper pushed out his energy as if it there were no tomorrow and the dim room began to brighten up as Jasper served as the rooms brighter source of light. The light would be blinding to all of the creatures of the night, but would just seem like a bright light to anyone else.
