There was one thing Ata didn't seem to know. Cold didn't effect vampires the way it did humans so the cold water really didn't bother Lucian.

((Thats was to shock the skin closed)) Ata pulled the slave out again. "Now...I think I will punish you then your brother" he said. He then dragged Lucian out infront of his dog kennel.

Desmond sighed and sat down. He couldn't even practice telekinesis because his hands were bound in metal.

Lucian tensed as he was dragged to the kennel, still in his boxers, and thrown into it. "Y... yes sir." He then started to clean the kennel and wondering who pretty was.

A female dog growled from her dog house. the house said 'Pretty'. Ata looked his slave over. "Why do you have metal on your hands?" he asked.

He sighed and looked up at Ata. "Because I tried to escape before." He left out the detail about telekinesis. If Ata didn't know, Desmond wasn't about to tell him.

Lcuian jumped when he heard the growling, but wasn't scared. he was gangrel after all and used his powers to sooth the dog. "Shhh... it's ok Pretty. I'll just get your cage clean and then leave." and he did just that. he quickly cleaned the cage and came back inside to wash his hands up. "The cage is clean Ata. Nice dog you have."

Desmond looked at him and saw an echo of the creature from his nightmares. "Hello." He said simply and bowed his head in greeting.

"Desmond." He replied simply, not wishing to say more. What was he meant to say? That thing hovering over you looks dangerous? It didn't seem very polite, so he said nothing about it.

Lucian couldn't see the demon that came to him in his dreams unless he was asleep so he didn't know it was always there over him. "So how did you become a slave? I heard what you said. Don't blame you for trying to escape before. I never like being a slave eithr and have tried to escape several times."
