Nodding, Jason put the phoenix figurine down before clapping his hands together three times and closing his eyes before saying "Accio Daddy!". While the 'spell' itself didn't work, Geoffrey had taught his son to say that 'spell' when Jason wanted him to show up or arrive and he could apparate to where he was needed. At home and in the aviary, Geoff felt a pull at his mind, which got him to chuckle.
Back in the mansion, a ring, which had been put on a chain for a necklace so Jason could wear it, began to glow and within a few seconds, Geoffrey appeared just to the right of his son. "You called?" He asked with a soft laugh, not even bothering to look around.

When nothing happened immediately, Tobi began to shake his head. But just then, Geoffrey magically appeared, causing him to jump backwards a bit even though he had been sitting. He stared up at Geoffrey with wide blue eyes. "MERTLE!!!" The screech that emanated from Tobias made it far enough to reach Myrtle in the kitchen, who turned her head towards the door.
"I'm sorry, Tobias is calling." She set down whatever she had been holding and scurried out of the room. Upon seeing that Tobias was missing from the bedroom, as well as Jason, she headed to the living room since that was Tobi's favorite room to mess up.
Upon reaching the living room, Myrtle stopped. "Good heavens! Who are you?!"

Geoffrey had paid no heed to the other boys screeching mind-shout as he picked up his son who was having a massive giggle fit, though when Myrtle showed up, he just smiled, about to speak, though he was interrupted by his wife who showed up after the maid. "Geoffrey!" Lucia shouted in shock, her eyes wide. "How did.. when did you get here?!" She shouted, walking over to the tall wizard.
"Just now, Jason called me here for some reason." Geoffrey said as he looked to his son, who was now on his shoulders and playing with his thick black hair. "Why did you call me here?" He asked curiously, wincing as the boy yanked his hair. "Tobi says feenixs aint real! I want yew to show him Russel." Jason pouts cutely, soon stopping his hair pulling antics. Geoff blinked before looking down to the other boy, "Do you want to see a real Phoenix?"

Tobi stared up at Geoffrey and Jason for a few seconds, attempting to calm himself down before he even dared to respond. He'd been about a second away from attempting to attack Geoffrey, since no one seemed to be coming to his immediate aide.
"This is your husband?" Myrtle looked from Lucia to Geoffrey, and then back again. "I didn't hear anyone at the door... how did you get in?" She looked to Tobias with a stern expression.
"I didn' do anythin'! Jason did it!" Tobi waved his arms a little, ignoring Geoffrey for the time being. "Is nawt my fault."

"Uhm, yes he's my Husband.." Lucia says softly, wondering how to explain the situation to both Myrtle and the shocked Tobi. Geoffrey shook his head and sighed, "I'm magic, I can do a variety of things but I usually don't do it in front of muggles like you, sorry miss, but at times it gets hard not to when you're married to a wonderful wife who happens to be one as well and have a very hyperactive son who needs other kids to play with." As he spoke, he ended up using his natural British accent, as if to accentuate the fact that he was not from around here.
"Daddys a wizzie!" Jason states suddenly, still sitting on top of his fathers shoulders. "Jason, shush now.." Geoff says softly as he looks to his son.

Myrtle simply stared at him, trying to figure out what he meant. It became apparent that Tobi was not to blame for the situation, which was a miracle it seemed to her. "A-all right..." She blinked a few times.
"Yer daddeh does scary thin's." Tobi commented, which earned yet another stern look from Myrtle, even though she agreed with the statement.

"Now.." Geoffrey sighs, setting his son down and looking to his wife, who seemed distraught by the entire situation at hand, he looks back to Myrtle with a smile. "Would you like me to leave or is it alright if I pop out and return with Russel, my Phoenix?" he asks. "Geoff.." Lucia hisses under her breath, "Are you sure this is a good thing to do?" she asks. "Well if they have a boy like Jason, I think it's fine." He says with a frown.
Jason just looked up at his two parents, pouting a little. Had he started the spat just by calling his father here?

"A bird? In the house? The missus would have my head! I'm afraid I can't let you bring it into the house, sir." Myrtle shook her head. What if this so called Phoenix pooped in the house? She was sure she'd never get it out of the furniture.
"I wanna see it, Mertle." Tobi peeked around the adults and stared at Myrtle expectantly.

"Miss, Russel won't do anything to ruin the house. He's a well mannered Phoenix." Geoff chuckles softly, looking down when Tobi mentioned that he wanted to see it. "Though if it is a problem, we could go outside to your back yard, yes?"

"No, no... I can't allow a bird in the house, even if he is supposed to be well behaved." Myrtle shook her head. "The back yard is this way, follow me please... Tobias, go get your shoes."
"Dun want shus." Tobias stood up and folded his arms across his chest and puffed his cheeks out in defiance, which got a bit of a glare out of Myrtle, but he didn't back down. "Hayt shus. They uncomfertabul."
"You'll get your socks dirty if you go outside without them, come along and put them on so you can see this Phoenix." Myrtle moved over and grabbed a hold of one of Tobi's hands and sort of half-dragged him along to the back door. Once there, Tobi reluctantly sat down and pulled his shoes on, all the while making a most pained expression.

Geoff smiled a little, following her out with Jason still on his shoulders and Lucia behind them, looking rather nervous. She had every right to be nervous seeing as her husband, who knew that the Ministry of Magic didn't like being flashy flashy when it came to magic, more so when muggles were around, was blatantly showing off magic as well as the Phoenix he had gotten years ago.

Myrtle led them out to an open space in the massive area the Imbrie family called the back yard. Tobi shuffled along behind them, staring down at his shoes with a most disgusted look on his face. Not even the fact that he was outside could distract him from it.

Once outside, the wizard set his son down before clearing his throat, "I'll be back in a few moments." he said before suddenly disappearing, leaving no trace that he was there behind him. "Uugh.. I wish he wouldn't do that.." Lucia murmured as she brought a hand to her forehead, her worry growing by the second.
Jason walked over to Tobi and gently grabbed his wrist, "Smile!" he says cheerfully, "Eberyone needs ta smile."

Myrtle simply stared at the empty space Geoff had once occupied, unable to comprehend what he had just done. Would he really bring back a phoenix? Before she thought he had been exaggerating and was just going to pull out some bird like a magic trick and call it a phoenix...
"I haaaaayt shus! They feels weerd!" Tobi's frown deepened, and he glanced up at Jason for just one moment before looking down again. He glanced to Myrtle, and then plopped down on the ground and began to take his shoes off. Thankfully, she was still too shocked to see him doing anything. "Grass feels weerd too..." Once he was done with that he ran a hand over the grass, staring at it curiously.

"I swear at this rate he's going to have the Ministry on his a** about using magic in public.." Lucia muttered, groaning a little before she plopped down on the grass. "I guess it's what I get for marrying a wizard." she sighs.
Jason blinked and sat down next to the other boy, "It does feel weird at furst, but issnot the weirdest thing." He grinned before looking away, "Liek bread doogh. I's gooey and sticky and smells AWESOME." he giggles.
