Alex frowned at the sight of an enemy mech. If he knew he was gonna end up in a warzone with giant mecha he would have brought his own. "Stupid spatial distortions screwing up my teleporter!" Alex cursed again this time much loudly when a chunk of shrapnel took him in the stomach. He coughed up some blood as he removed the shrapnel and watched as his wound was patched up by the nanites in his system.

Having trouble with the can flew around, trying to get close untill the solider fired upon the card knocking it down. Slightly climbing out of her card Vivi turned her head as she glanced around. Noticing her leaning over the edge the solider shot, grazing her cheek. The other cards headed back.

Alex got fed up with just taking all the hits. Snapping his fingers the portable tesla coil he's been bringing everywhere activated. Bolts of lightning streaked from the device to strike the dragonheart forces.

The sudden arrival of the Romans threw everything out of whack. The soldiers were having an incredibly hard time fighting on the field. Dragonheart jets crashed, soldiers died, and the battleship was damaged immensely. Things were looking good for the Maltirs. Finally this battle was becoming less one-sided.

Overwhelmed by the Romans and Maltirs, Admiral Jenson made a call the the Imperial Palace. He hoped to get backup, but was only berated for not getting the job done when he had the opportunity. With the transmission ending, Admiral Jenson realized he and his men were on their own.
Taking his seat at the command, the Admiral simply ordered for the cannons to be fired despite how futile it would be. The ground troops were dropping off like flies and it would do little.

Alex sent out more bolts of lightning from his Tesla coil a vengeful grin on his face. Despite this he wasn't quite fully focused on the battle. Instead he was also working on correcting the error in teleportation that the spatial distortion that he had passed through caused.

((Take the kendari's spot Alex! Your mech has 800 HP, rolls two 100 sided dice and lasts for six turns. Thanks for taking a load off.))
Feeling new vigor, the Royal Guard chanted war cries and charged the Dragonheart Forces with bayonets. A burned Atoleian banner flew above the Royal Guard. Thrown off by this sudden act of courage, the enemy was stabbed and brought down.

With a shout of triumph Alex managed to correct the teleportation errors and beamed in Harbinger! He quickly activated its native AI systems and programmed in its targets and what to protect. The visor gleamed as the missle launcher on its back rolled forward and unleashed a wide spread barrage of explosives against the ground troops before it moved forward to deal with the enemy mech.
