he made his way out of the room...

Ashia blushed a little in embarasment and muttered another "sorry" before following him.
Red prepared, he heard footsteps coming, he hid himself.
Julie shook out of her state though when the guard dragged the children out.
They cried out, and Julie could already see some scars from before on them.
"Let them go!" She cried and stood up. The guard just laughed and punched her. Julie toppled to the ground, still weak from before, and it hurt.
The children watched with amazement, but were forced out anyways.
Julie muttered something under her breath, the other guard came over and yelled,"What'd ya say B****!" He grabbed her by the collar.
Then, a fair voice called out,"Gently put her down Randall, or I will have you punished instead."
Engel had arrived.

Julie stared at the man, and then back at the guard, who threw her to the ground.
Engel gave the guard a glare, who then shrugged and went out to guard more.
Engel lifted Julie up, she blushed lightly. But she didn't struggle, he wouldn't harm her. And anyways, she felt weak.
"Hey, children, " Engel nodded in the siblings' direction," Come with me."

The guard spat after Engel left and complained to his companion," Why does Girheld always do what he wants?! Why does he even bother take the mangy mutts!? They'll die anyways out in this world.."
" Birg, they ARE only kids"
"Who the f** cares?!"
Birg's companion was silent, lost in thought, for the rest of his guard duty.

Legi stared at the kid, pushing his rifle to his side. He started going through his pack, but found only maps and junk- he had already burned through most of his food. "Here, take this." he said, handing the child his last packed meal. "Beef and Rice- it isn't the best but it will get you through the night. Now, i want you to take this, and pawn it at the store down the street. Its a ceremonial cloth, don't take anything less than two days worth of food okay?"
The child seemed delighted, fascinated by the food he was given.
Man, if i had done this back in Roviny Smirti, the guys would've thought me not fit for the army.
"What's your name, kid?"

For a small,scrawny boy, he sure did talk a lot.
"Thank-you sir again."

Engel went to a car, still bearing Julie, but then, A fatal mistake that would change things, happened.
A bullet shot through Julie's heart, and she was gone, with no last words, no smile, only blood like her love who was already taking her to the other world.
Engel moved, somewhat in slow motion, and then it fast forwarded, his eyes searched for snipers.
But they always hide themselves well, The sniper watched from above, smirked as he saw the guy looking around for the source.
The sniper fired another, it struck one of the siblings.
By now, Engel registered that they had better get in the car quickly, so they drove off.

Legi was about to respond to the child's question when he heard a sniper shot.
"Sorry Alexander, I gotta go. I'll see you around, k?"
Legi turned and sprinted into the church and up the stairs. He climbed out the window and onto the spire top, looking through his scope for any sign of the sniper or the victim. On his way up, he heard a second shot. Sure enough, he saw two bodies lying on the ground across the city. He saw the sniper, smirking, and a car driving away. He logged the car's direction as he burst a few round at the sniper. They missed entirely, as expected, but were close enough for the sniper to notice. He jumped down, rolling as he landed, right next to Alexander. The child stood awestruck, just for a moment. It didn't take him long to start asking questions again

s**t, Red ducked out of the way. Who the s**t is that.
Red had waited too long at the door where the girl left, and he didn't think they were gonna come out, so he took up a sniping position instead, and had found another worthy target.
But Red wasn't the best sniper, even though his training had been well.
He only managed to get two of the four targets.
And...Someone had spotted him. That was very bad for a sniper, and a spy...very bad. But he managed to escape once more from a tricky situation.
That was his specailty
Engel held the corpse in his hands, he was staring at her face, it was pretty, but now paler than before, it was death. The child next to him was whimpering and trying to hold back tears.
Engel pat him on the back, he could talk to him later.

Alexander stiffened at the noise of a shot, and then jumped as Legi moved around.
"What WAS that??!"
Only one question was provoked this time, but it was loud enough and exaggerated,bright eyes filled the hole.
Alexander shifted a bit on his feet, still holding the bundle of food.
He was hungry, but remembered to save some for his "family",so he didn't go ahead and open it.

"I don't know where he went off too.." Ashia shook her head.
"It seems that little battle is already over with..."
They neared the street, only a few blood stains showed that a mes was there, but otherwise, the bodies had already been taken care of.
