"Mmh." Nadja sounded distracted as she tilted the bottle to continue reading. "Then perhaps I'm wasting my time."
She set it down with a rattle of pills by the samovar and frowned at the way the Typhlosion was supporting his weight. Seth looked drained and ill, and unlikely to knock over bookcases or pull her into a tango.
"You should lie down."

"Perhaps you are," Seth grunted, while Pele looked down at him with worried eyes. She then took the suggestion of lying down as a cue and gently eased her trainer onto the floor.
The Typhlosion whined softly, making sure Seth was comfortable before looking at Nadja with a frown. She didn't like this.

Nadja's brows knit together and her mouth twisted to the side. "Don't look at me like that," she told the Typhlosion. "He did it to himself."
She studied the trainer and Pokemon pair for a moment, then rose with another throat click that brought a shuffling of paws from Moloch and a 'snorf' for the treat that followed. The redhead patted the canine's striped flank - good dog, good dog - before she closed the blinds entirely. The desert was still bright; light filtered between the slats and backlit the dim shapes in the room, making them silhouettes and giving a bright amber edge to her hair.
"This doesn't list interactions-" The pill bottle rattled, two aspirin clinked into a saucer and water guzzled out of the samovar, "-so it should be all right." There were footsteps on the carpet once more, and Nadja crouched down to set a steaming drink by his side.

His arm was over his eyes again, as Seth once more felt positively miserable. Not only physically but emotionally as well. Already he was starting to feel incredibly stupid for this whole ordeal, thus he said nothing as Nadja place the teacup next to him.
Pele's brows furrowed at Nadja's words, her disapproving frown only deepening. This wasn't the little girl that she remembered, but as she had once witnessed, people do tend to change.
After a few moments though, Seth peered down at the cup with the aspirin, and with Pele's help manage to get into a half sit. The Typhlosion letting him lean against her as he took the pills with the water.

Nadja stayed there those few moments Seth didn't move, gazing at Pele with a solemn, clear-eyed expression, neither calculating nor coy but just.. there, her head tilted slightly so one pearl droplet brushed her shoulder.
"He takes good care of you. You must love him very much." It was spoken quietly, before she rose and returned to her desk as Seth sat up.
"All right," she told Moloch, who nosed his way over to her chair and stretched out beside it with a rumble.

Seth gritted his teeth as Nadja spoke to Pele, but continued to say nothing. The Typhlosion just blinked at her, then smiled slightly to herself before giving a nod.
Silence once again ensued, until Seth put the cup down and started to get up. The Typhlosion quickly offering assistance.
"I'm leaving," he then told Nadja in a flat tone. He had humiliated himself enough for one day. Again. It was time for him to go sleep this off in his own room. With Pele moving after him to make sure he didn't fall over, Seth left the office. Although the Typhlosion did cast one last glance at the woman before the door shut behind them.
