Lucifire nods, his ears twitching as he hears keys enter a lock.

"Yup" Jake said quickly picking Lucifire up. He was surprisingly light. He went running to his room and slammed the door knowing his mother heard. He panted slightly looking down at Lucifire smiling weakly.

He puts a hand on his hip in a girlish fashion " Well, I'm skiny! " He yawns " I wanna take a nap, and your moms walking toward your door. " He jumps onto Jakes bed happily.

"E-eh!?" Jake looked at the door and locked it quickly. He leaned on head on the door, his eyes' slightly wide.

Lucifire hides under the covers, his tail poking out.

His mother raises an eyebrow " Better not have done anything to the cat... Nah, You love that cat to much to do anything to it, Bye sweetie, I'll be in the kitchen. " She turns and leaves.
Lucifire sticks his head out of the covers, smiling playfully.
