Jake's mom looked at Dylan and smiled sweetly. "You just rest, dear. I need to have a word with Jake." she stood, pulled a blanket up to Dylan's chin, then walked into the kitchen.

He and his mom talked quietly. He tried to make it sound less violent then it was, but it didn't work. His mom's eyes widened. "Okay, I'm showing it to the police tomorrow."
