Nouhime ate her assortment of small entries from the bento box she had ordered. It reminded her of when she used to sit in the audience watching her 'older brother's' kabuki plays in the warm summers nights, enjoying the packed bento box her mother made for he, except this wasn't a play...it was real, and quite romantic?
'Be kind to her, Hime. The child deserves to enjoy her youth after all those years of being prisoner in her own home,' her conscious told her as she gazed upon the two.

Leaving the money she owed and a generous tip, Nouhime rose up from her seat and walked past the pair's table, making no acknowledgment to them.
That day was a rather interesting one, compared to her previous trips to the streets.

we are slowly fading away, being torn apart from each other... he then took her hand and pulled her over to him, and once she was close enough he lightly pressed his lips to hers softly, in his own special form of 'thank you'. so let's just enjoy the time we have now, my love, for it will be something kept in our memorys...and our hearts.]

-----Chiyo realized that Nouhime had left, and the noble couple (Syruko and Ciela) were busy so she decided it was safe for her to enjoy a nice warm bowl of ramen before she returned home. She took a seat next to the window by herself, still in disguise. As she waited for her food, she was lost in thought about the engagements. After that, she soon left to go home, passing by the Blair's home...

 Ciela could have sworn she saw her mother walk by, trying to examine the streets through the window, she was taken by surprise when he suddenly kissed her. She blushed, but didn't object, kissing him back.

"I'd love to," she smiled at him. She hated when people messed with her hair, but enjoyed it when he ran his hand through hers. Ciela wasn't familiar with the streets of town, so she'd just follow him wherever he wanted to go.
