51-60 - You dodged the trap door hearing it creak under foot, but you just stumbled into the rack of gardening equipment. The shovel starts chewing on your head as the rake starts screaming about unfair conditions... run while you still can.

Thank Luna for wolfen hearing. The sound of ohgodcreakingthing! made the leaping girl shift dramatically to the right - she had the nerve to grin as she missed one of what was surely many traps.

The grin turned to a grimace of horror as her change in momentum sent in her straight into a rack of very, very pointy garden tools. Scratch that. ...Pointy sentient garden tools! Davi was a whirl of silent panic as she tried to best to extricate her ears from the shovel blade, save them from the howling of that infernally whining rake, and fled with only a modicum of stealth and utterly no dignity, tail tucked between her legs.

...And probably some fur on that shovel, too. Stubborn-jawed jerk.

( EDITed because I'm a doof, and quoted the wrong prompt. )

Chuppi actually needed to return the shovel and rake, since somehow they'd managed to get attached to her while she was running. . . . or at least she thought these tools might belong in the shed. Either way she'd have to make a trip back out there and maybe apologize this time?

Chuppi was not looking forward to it.

Oh no! She'd managed to get the items back to where they belonged....only to have them start on on her again! The rake started its tirade about life being unfair for a rake, and the shovel took another nasty chunk out of her hair. Thankfully Chuppi was a bit more prepared and bolted as quickly as she could, taking care to leave everything behind this time.

She didn't want to have to return any time soon, and she started to cry as she patted the spot on her head where a nice patch of hair was missing. While such a thing wasn't life threatening, she could easily move her hair around to cover it, the fact she had a bald spot was mortifying. Chuppi started to wail.

Everyone knew Breck had a shed. It was probably more famous than the haunted woods that... actually... students weren't suppose to go in... supposedly. Not that Nuk would know or that he frequently got in trouble for it or anything. What most students didn't know was that Breck not only had a shed, but a garden as well. Or if they knew, they clearly didn't care or dare to care -- Breck was kind of one of those teachers you didn't want to mess with. The list of dangerous teachers you didn't want to mess with probably went something like this for most students: 1. Hellma Shox; 2. Breck. When he set his hounds on you, there wasn't a force in hell that could save you. It didn't matter what form you took, how fast you ran, flew, or even dug underground...

They would find you.

It went without saying that most students just stayed away, if they knew what was good for them. However, Nuk had two problems with this -- 1) he didn't often do what was good for him/what he was suppose to, and 2) he reallyREALLY wanted his smokes. The second of these problems lead to the third problem -- the only deadly nightshade within campus grounds was in Breck's garden. However, being the... driven creature he was, he knew he'd never be able to continuously steal from Breck. Once, unlikely. Twice, a death wish. Three times, certain suicide. But the seeds for the nightshade had to be somewhere...

Which lead him to The Shed that fateful night. And to his third problem.

How was he suppose to get in?

She hadn't even been aware that this was "The Shed". She didn't even know a shed had existed before she was standing at it's door. Now that she was there it felt like she could never walk away again. Black holes set against bone glinted(were those sparkles even?) as bone fingers reached for the handle. Tabitha knew, just knew, that whatever lay beyond the magical entry way of awesome was epic. With a giggle at the ominous creaking of hinges she realized she couldn't open it.

Pouting, she circled the building twice before she noticed a small vent hiding on one side closer to the back. "You silly thing," she admonished the grated hole with a smile. "Why were you hiding from me?" Removing her dress as there is no modesty when treasure is involved, she placed one foot through the vent and let gravity do the rest.

61-70- You dodged the other way from the trap door, you didn't end up in the gardening equipment, instead you seem to have found a... laundry chute? You slide down the rusty metal rattle trap and find yourself outside in a wheelbarrow with some dirty socks and a boot that needs resoled.... and one red bra with a gold-orange feather sticking to it. (wat?)

Unfortunately, after getting into the shed (he'd actually made it -- that was surprising,) the skinwalker ironically missed the seeds entirely, which might have been a blessing in disguise all things considered. However, that didn't mean he'd gotten lucky. Wandering around, instead he'd found a chute of some sort. And by found, it was more of 'accidentally discovered.' By the time he'd realized he was sliding down the chute, it was already too late for him to claw his way out (although he tried like hell,) and within moments he landed with a dramatic "OMPH!" in the wheelbarrow piled high with what... looked like Breck's laundry. Which actually didn't bother Nuk as much as it should have.

Frowning in disappointment, the skinwalker struggled to sit up from where he was half-buried in the clothing reaching up to pull something off his head. It was not until he realized what it WAS that he grinned broadly, holding the bra up to eye-level.

"Hey, consolation prize!"

STUPID SHED. She was going to show it who was boss. Or rather, she was going to show that TREE who was boss. However, standing at the edge of the shed, she had to stare at that tree for a good while. She would get past it this time.

Or, Jack help her, she was going to have to go in DOUBLE TIME on Gym class. Seriously, who wanted such a -lame- Pricolici?? (Certainly not a bra-toting Skinwalker!).

Well, she'd gotten past the tree, but it seemed that that was as far as she was going to make it that week, as she was suddenly descended upon by angry gardening tools. jsfdl;kfhasdfkljs!!!!! She suddenly shrieked and practically threw the shovel off of her, throwing her arms up into the air.

"THIS CANDLEJACKING SHED SUCKS!!" she shrieked, having, with some great difficulty, managed to peel herself OUT of the stupid tools and once out the door (with more difficulty and banging on it), TRIPPED over a root of that feckin' Evil-Dead tree, through the crabgrass, and back off towards the school, screaming holy-hell the entire way.

WRYYYYY!!

The first time Alcyone saw the shed she knew that she wanted to attempt to break in. This was exactly why she was here, to go on more adventures. The young demon only saw this as a minor speed bump in her quest for new adventures. She knew a lot of students had tried to do it and failed but she wanted to succeed... so badly. Her curiosity had gotten the better of her and she sneak across the grass and somehow break into the shed. She had no idea what she was going to do and there was no game plan, she was just going to do it. Seeing the no trespassing signs and other warnings only made Alcyone want to try even more.

This was exactly the things that Alcyone's mom had warned her -not- to do. Though, Alcyone had different goals in mind for her time at school. Grinning widely, she began to creep across the grass not even thinking about the potential consequences.

Somehow she had made it into the shed undetected and Alcyone looked around wondering what was so special in here. It seemed like a regular old shed to her. The demon continued onward and then heard a small creak underneath her. Completely alert and ready to dodge if something jumped out at her, Alcyone moved away from the trap door right into a few of the gardening tools. There was a crash and something had fallen right on her head. What the...

It took her a few seconds to realize what was going on. There was something... CHEWING on her hair and she heard the rake wailing about something. She didn't want to even know what the rake was going to do and Alcyone rushed out of the shed. How she was going to get this shovel off of her head, Alcyone had no idea but she just wanted out of here NOW.

It was pride, pure and simple, her pride drove her back to the shed, her curiosity helped to steer. She at least had the sense not to wear a dress this time, instead she wore a black halter top and tight black leather pants. She had also worn black sneak-ers since running in heels last time had proved annoying. Her hair was pulled up high despite how much she favored it down. It wasn't like she was going to The Shed to be seen, if anything she hoped no one saw her, caught her.

Stupidity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, or was that science? Well she was either an incredibly scientific mind, or an incredibly stupid one. She cringed as she approached the shed and took a deep breath. Here Goes nothing...

31-40 - You make it past the tree and the crab-grass seed, but there's a marvelous little plant that draws your attention just inside the door, its skull shaped blossoms are almost hypnotic, seconds later you're wondering how to explain that you can't get a house plant to stop trying to eat your finger/hand/toe/tail/

With as much stealth as she could manage Sin slipped inside the Shed, she carefully stepped over the tree root and skirted around the bag of seed. She slipped around her eyes carefully scanning the area for more traps, she just knew there were more traps. Her gaze fell on a strange plant and she leaned in slowly for a closer look. What if it was a trap too? Could she disarm it perhaps? Not that plants had arms of course. Her eyes widened a bit as she continued to gaze at the plant. Were those pretty flowers skull shaped? How utterly exotic, she slowly leaned in a bit closer.

Utterly exotic, and utterly hypnotic, not that she had noticed yet that the trap had already been sprung. She slowly felt her arm lift as if of it's own accord. Her finger slowly moved towards the flower compelled to touch the strange petals. Her nail had no more the grazed it when she felt a sudden sharp p***k. Her eyes widened a bit more and then she tried to jerk back and found that not only had the plant bitten her but was now holding fast. Oh for the love of Jack! She tried to get free and escape the shed as hastily as possible, damn her pride and curiosity!

Mai found herself back at the strange groundskeeper's shed. It was one of those days where she felt compelled to do something. The intangible poking at the back of her consciousness that demanded she accomplish a task was wearing on her nerves. She had scrambled for an idea, some goal to set herself to in order to dispel this awful geas for a little while.

Shed conquering!

.. Well, it was something.

Mai focused on the door, determination on her pale face, and made her move.

Unfortunately, she was focusing so hard that she completely missed the bag of crabgrass seeds. In fact, she was so focused that she didn't even notice them until they had chewed much of her leggings and skirt to ribbons.

Startled, the ghost backstepped out of the building. With a soft *poof* she became intangible and retreated from the site, hoping no one had seen her underthings through the ragged scraps of cloth that used to be her skirt. Normally, she wasn't so worried about her underthings being glimpsed, but she was horrified that she had been wearing her laundry day undies.

They were rainbow print. And frilly. Jack only knew what people would think of her.

He'd come with his hair under a hat. A sun hat. A a baseball bat. Israfel was so not going to be one to suffer another shovel on head experience. No, he was going to attack first, ask questions later.

Or screem and run away.

One of the two.
