Seth glared at him for a moment longer, glancing at the ball he had taken out. She seemed to know it possessed some kind of power and edged slightly away from it before turning to the other three. "So?" she asked "I'm still a kid, and I like to be in my comfy home before bedtime."
Vortak cleared his thought suddenly and loudly. Seth looked over at him and they exchanged glances that seemed to show so much. "Seth, you're hear on charges of impersonating Gods and stealing from nobles" he said, his voice seeming to show a warning for her to keep her temper "We want to know who was with you"
Seth looked surprised "I did? I didn't know mortals knew how to be gods. And anyway, if I did do it, why would I tell you who I was with. That's squealing. The motto 'Honor among thieves' just so happens to have a point or two."
Karol bit her lip to keep from bursting into laughter. She had met Seth only once when she was a ten year old, but nothing had changed much. It seemed obvious to up to the ones who didn't know her as well.

Butterfly looked nervously at her sister. "Sister, what is going on?" She whispered. She hoped with all her might that they would let Seth go.

Seth's eyes grew wide "Really? I had no idea. If that's true, why aren't the prison's filled with slave owners?" she took a breath okay Seth, this is not the time "What's your proof? The word of a drunken man and the slugged wife...no offense lady, but you would have been asleep at that time yes? Your husband gets home late, I watch him in the tavern."
Karol looked at her sister. "Don't worry Butterfly." she whispered back "I'm sure this will all turn out okay"

Seth looked at Vortak. "So?"
It was Karol who answered. "Seth, you make a valid point. Points brought up that we didn't figure into. You may go free for now, but the next time you are summoned, you much report to us immediately." she said sternly "Not like last time" she added.
Seth cringed "Right...no way like last time." she turned to Corvoala and bowed, slightly mocking, but slightly sincere. "Your Gentlemanship, I would ask, that if you are send to grab at me again, if you might do it a bit...softer" with that, not bothering with the door, she took a quick jump out the window, grabbing some flowers from a ledge on her way to the next roof, and took off.
Karol sighed. "That...may have been better. If you" she directed across the table to the nobles "Find any more evidence to support your cause, then report it to a guard, and we shall see that it gets...processed." she waved her hand to dismiss them, and sighed again. "Girls who play with fire" she murmured.

Butterfly let go of the breath she had been holding, in one long sigh. "Sister, what is next?"

*runs into the room, slams the door shut, and grabs a nearby table to barricade the door, leans facing the door panting heavily* its okay *takes a deep beath and two steps backwards* im safe there no way there getting throught that *turns round coming face to face with the group, still out of breath*

Butterfly yelped. "It-it's you!" She finally shouted at the man. Looking at him, she wondered how he had gotten into the palace. Turning to look at Corvola, she said, "Your assassins failed."
