Ok, it's 2PM EST, and we have enough votes to have a winner on the rule. With a total vote count of 2 (pathetic turnout...), it has been decreed that only non-legendary pokemon may be used for the official tournament battles. So, any pokemon that are restricted from entry in the Battle Tower or Battle Frontier in the games are no longer valid for use.
Sorry Rocket, that means your Mewtwo and Giratina will have to sit the official rounds out... however, I won't object to "exhibition matches" that use legendaries (they just won't count towards the score)
Now then... with the final stage out of the way...
LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!

To any fellow players who are online at the moment: I'm waiting on the Nintendo WFC with the battle settings all set up. All you have to do is log in, accept my battle invitation, and we're on our way biggrin
EDIT: I'll be back around 8 EST. Hopefully someone will come around to battle

Oh right. I haven't added everyone to my Pal Pad yet.
I think I'll be around for about 1 more hour.
Maybe I'll leave my DS on.
Anyone want to give hints on their team?
You can be as vague as you want.
As for me, the pokemon in my team always have a clear distinction between Atk and Sp. Atk.
They're either really good in Physical Attacks or really good in Special Attacks.
There is no in between.

Hm, I think its better we don't reveal our strategies til' after everyone's fought.
Not that I'm scared. I'm going to use a different plan for each battle so it matters not whether you post it or not.
But goddamn that E*********!!!! I had only one pokemon that could possibly remotely touch it but it MISSED.

I have to say, though, when your G****** showed up in the first round, I legitimately got worried; you already took out most of my counters for those things by then, so my killing it with a Critical Hit that round was pure luck on my part. I have a healthy respect for that pokemon

No worries, I've made that same mistake before with my Platinum team; once it bites you once, you tend not to forget a detail like that.
