"The better the fighter, the more of a challenge to win."

Orders were given; she was to go with Kinpaku. People excusing themselves for being tardy. She laid very quietly as everyone seemed to start their own panic attacks. Young Genin listening to their teachers, wanting to do what their teachers wanted rather then what the kage wanted. The adolescents these days. She thought as she stayed quiet. A pale pinkish-red head spoke up, Dai eyes drifted to him. He spoke of taming the beast instead of fighting against it. Her eyes drifted back to the ceiling as a sigh passed her lips. She blocked out everyone. They were practically bickering like children rather doing as they were told. The more time they wasted chatting, the more time they were giving the Nibi a chance to kill and burn the village. Dai cracked a smile as Doki voiced her opinion. She found it a little funny that Doki voiced that those that just arrived needed to rest. I've done enough resting in my lifetime. Dai sat up as her wounds still bled. The smoke subsided from her lungs. Blood oozed from where the large shard had driven into her shoulder. She touched it as she swung her legs around. I'm done sitting around. She sighed and looked up at the crowd. She stood up and wobbled a little. She looked up as several higher ranks chose to discredit the younger ranks. "You chose to discredit the younger ranks to easily, people." She clasped her hand against the open wound on her shoulder. Her eyes drifted to Black. "You even chose to discredit your higher ranks. Even your Kage." She walked up to the group and stood next to Kinpaku. "We're Kumo Shinobi. We stand against anything and by no means back down from a threat." She looked around at everyone. Her eyes fell to Black. "Do not use me as an example, Black." Her eyes were stone like on him. "Out of everyone in this room right now....I am by far the one you should chose to make an example out of." She gripped her shoulder. Dai was made out of paper, fire was lethal to her, yet she chose to fight. "If you chose to keep the younger ranks from fighting, how are they going to learn? How are they going to learn how to fight when the Higher ranks are gone? When those that protect them so fall in battle? How are they going to defend themselves then? It's not fair to them to keep them from fighting." She looked at Doki, a girl Dai had know since Doki was Genin. "We're stronger in numbers." She looked at the Younger ranks. "Fear is natural. But wanting to become stronger you have to mold that fear into bravery. Yes it will take time, but one day you won't have fear to hold you back." Dai clenched her hand at her side into a fist. She knew that saying to well, because it was what she did in her younger days. People kept discrediting Kin's judgement. "Why do you people brush Kinpaku's orders off? She is our leader. No offense Doki." She barked at everyone. She respected Doki not only as a Adviser and as a fellow Jounin. "Quiet acting like children and do what the RAIKAGE says. Not what you think should happen." Her raiton chakra shot little strings around her, she was getting pissed. "If you doubt your leader, then you will surely fall in battle." She growled at everyone. Dai looked at Myurai as he spoke up. "Well said, Myu. He's right." She looked at the lower ranks and gave a smile. "I too believe in you. Make your fears into bravery. Leave your mark on Kumo's history. You are the future after we're gone. FIGHT with the strength of Lightning, cause nothing can stand in your way of greatness." She turned to Kinpaku and bowed her head to her. "I stand at your side. I will fight until my last breath, m'lady." Dai looked up at Samuru. They seemed to have the same thought about the demon. It was happy with destroying the village. She gave him a small smile and lipped "Thank you" to him. Dai turned her eyes to those that stood around still. "Where does your faith lay?"

"The best part is, you don’t think I’m a threat."

From the kage office came a large arrow looking contraption that would reach a certain altitude, would detonate and spread a cluster of 20 senbon into the area of the ANBU HQ possibly even through the openings that the mortar had caused. The senbon would scatter, and while they held little damage potential besides being able to penetrate light armor, each senbon was wrapped with a single explosive tag making it capable of a B rank explosive damage all throughout the building. The scatter effect and explosive style attack would mean maximum damage potential to both the building and any soft targets it may hit, as well as create a suppressive effect.

_ With her late arrival to the ANBU headquarter, Yukiko was already slightly behind some of the others in terms of information as well as assignments. Her apology to the Raikage would soon be followed by a question on her possible assignment, but that question was quickly answered before she was even given a chance to ask it, by Kodoki, her Sensei. Her order was something that she would be rather fine with, to heal the shinobis injured in the multiple bomb blast, more specifically Daitomi and another shinobi, who Yukiko hadn't yet met. While bowed she would respond. "Yes, Sensei." Yukiko turned getting ready to head towards the room in which the two shinobis were being kept only two see them both out of stretches in conversation with other higher ranking shinobis. Daitomi seem to be in a rather tense discussion on matters and the other stood somewhat silently chiming into the conversation at certain points. This time would not go to waste as Yukiko would use this time to observe the injuries which they had. Most common was shrapnel, which would be rather simply removed along with signs of burning, all of these consistent with bomb. Considering they still had consciousness as well as the ability to walk freely and communicate they were rather lucky. Yukiko would start with male who seemed to have little invested into the conversation when compared to Daitomi. She would slowly approach him before speak. "I can heal your arm, but you'll need to sit down." She said. The height difference between them would be much large enough to hinder her work if they were to stand for the entire procedure. She would reach into her pouch and remove a pair of medical tweezers, he help for the small shards. The faster the man sat, the faster she would be able to move on the next patient.

It was rather obnoxious to not be presented with the information at hand, in real time. It wasn't quite something to do about the faith they had in her as a leader: She'd discuss that with her shinobi personally later. They spoke loudly of wounds. Of movements. Kinpaku had no eyes above, and for now, she was still pointed in the direction of the gates in which she figured people may be coming through. The enemy had come from the sky, and the news that one had her remaining ninja enthralled along the gates. It was most unfortunate and coerced her decision further. Kinpaku was to do what she could to tear open the gates before they were captured and stuck within the fires of the village. It went on and on... and finally, someone stepped up to agree. The boy from Konoha, of all places.

"Crude arms should be in a store room down the tunnel and to the right," Kinpaku informed simply, as she drew up her robes and stepped away from the table. "Samuru will lead the investigation at the ruins with Kaileer and Airi, rather than Wanryoku. Doki, when Daitomi is in shape to fight, send her gate side. We have a path to open." It was a final order, and Kinpaku stepped out of the room, and from the tunnel just yet. Through the hatch, she took a split second to survey the skies.... and a darkness loomed overhead. Light pierced through in bits and pieces and she had to blink yet again. It wasn't a solid mass, which was of use.

"Gods be damned," she spoke in frustration, swinging up above ground yet again. Her flask opened, and from it she drank deeply, swishing it about momentarily. It tasted wonderfully, but then again... who needed that now? Mayhaps it would have been wiser to just drink deep and let what came come: She'd failed them so many a time, but even now, she had people to save. Children. Even Haki was out there somewhere. The raikage plucked from her head to strands of hair. The sake spewed out and from it came miniatures of herself, held together with wings and hairs placed atop the miniatures of herself. "Skybound! Now!" A demand primarily. Her fingers shuffled quickly, forming seals: and from it came another tactic.

Suiho no Jutsu. The two miniatures soared up to meet the needles, and her own jet stream of water to follow in a wide arc. She worked to clear as many of the needles from the sky as was humanly possible. Amidst the some needles, they would detonate in a three foot radius about them. Hopefully, the high pressure waters would send those off course, into others and others...

[Techniques Used:
Suiho no Jutsu -- B rank -40 Chakra
A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.

Sake-splosion/Sake-soeki no jutsu -60 Chakra]
Sake Soeki no Jutsu [ Sake Pest Technique ]
Rank D
The Oni will manipulate sake with their chakra to create three clones that are roughly one third [1/3] the height of the original user. These clones aren't particularly strong, and are destroyed in one hit, but they can become quite bothersome in hordes.

Sake-splosion
Rank C
An extension to [ Sake Soeki no Jutsu ].
The Oni will pluck a single strand of hair from their head and place it onto the head of one of their sake pests. The strand of hair from the original is filled with chakra, which will transfer to the pest. On the user's command, the sake pest will explode- a blast three times the size of the pest. The explosion causes impact damage, and can knock someone out, more than anything else.

Okkuu Soeki no Jutsu [ Annoying Pest Technique ]
Rank A
An adaption to [ Sake Soeki no Jutsu ].
Granting them ever more methods to aggravate their target, this technique allows the Oni to mold their sake pests into flying beasts of burden. With a snap of the finger, the sake pests sprout a pair of wings and are thusly capable of flight.

:: Genin :: Genjutsu/Bloodline (Hari) :: Kumogakure :: Chakra 415 :: Stamina 180:: :: AC 16050 :: Ryo 300 ::

Haituro waited for the raikage to respond but from her nothing, while everyone else spoke. Haituro listened intently as his sensei spoke grasping onto every word, he was had not intended to be a coward but what he did intend to do was take this momentary lapse to train one final technique before following his sensei into battle, bravely. He looked around the room silently, calmly, feeling a serenity that could only come before a storm. Things were going to get even crazier, he felt it. They would get crazy and fast, he had to be prepared. He did one last thing before he prepared to make his exit, just as hastily as his sensei had. He turned to Kazurai and Igarashi. "I'm leaving, now. I'm going with Myurai, I have to support him." He looked at them with eyes not filled with fear, no. Filled with determination, and pride in his nation. Filled with bravery and courage. He would defend this village, he would defend everyone if he lost his life doing so, so be it. Haituro then turned to Daitomi with those same eyes, he had never met her before but the woman's words had also inspired him. "I never second guessed the Raikage, I'm going now." He turned to everyone before he prepared to leave. "If I don't see you tonight.. I'll see you all in hell!" He laughed.
Haituro closed his eyes as he listened to everyone say their piece, their opinion on what should or should not be done, honestly he didn't care he was told to fight the nibi, and that was what he was going to do. He began to focus his chakra, drowning out all the noise around him. As he did so he brought the chakra down around his legs feeling them pulse slightly but ignoring the sensation.
1/4
After the chakra was focused into his legs he began focusing on his earth element feeling the earth under his sandaled feet digging into it with the toes of his sandals he began to make the dirt, well fine particles of it more like sand swirl around his toes then his ankles up to his knees.
2/4
Feeling he was close to being able to execute the technique he had seen his sensei do moments before but not really sure on exact execution he would have to rely on sheer luck to execute it with no scroll to read or anyone to teach him. There were plenty of shinobi here, some of which had known the technique but he had no time, he had to follow his sensei and asap, he wouldn't allow him to charge into battle alone. Haituro began to spin the sand quicker around his knees and ankles and push more chakra into his legs.
3/4

Finally with everything prepared. Haituro attempted the execution of the Shunshin no Jutsu technique, it was an odd sensation of being there, being there and not the next moment but with this he was able to effectively teleport. Everything blurred past him but one moment he was in a dimly lit tunnel. Dank, with overtones of mold, to the next being outside. Hot, everything was hot. The city was burning. Bright, almost blinding midday flames everywhere, Haituro squinted and looked back toward the anbu HQ seeing a mortar explode over the HQ feeling he had gotten out just in time. Then looking towards his destination seeing the demon cat perched on top. He then noticed it was slightly darker where he was standing, he was in a shadow and one look at the tailed beast explained why. It was preparing to launch a massive black bomb at the HQ, seeing this his heart sunk. He shook his head, thinking to himself. "No, I must be brave, we must stop this before anyone else dies." Once more he brought the dust up and he and his clones were gone.

Samuru nodded to Kinpaku, turning to head to the store room and nearly walked into a medic who had come up behind him. He stopped and stared at the smaller female, his eyes narrowed as she said she could heal him if he sat down "...." casting around, he found a chair nearby and walked the short distance to it. Sitting so he was facing the back rest and his back was displayed to her as well as his arm "Don't worry about the splinters. I can pull those out myself later so just....patch it up so I won't bleed to death or die of infection...." he said roughly, extending his arm as much as he could for her to tend. He glanced up as another mortar struck the compound, his body tensing as he watched Kinpaku set up a defensive strike I hope she's got more of that style of fighting. he thought, his body still ready to dart if the senbon got too close.

Sakakugan

A lot of talking was going on, especially the heated kind. After saying what she had, Keila fell silent. What Black told about the figure at the gate intrigued her. "Black... if i may," she began softly. "I may be wrong, but with what you say about that strange hooded figured, it may be possible that it is using some sort of illusionary technique, some sort of dream like trance or what not. I only say this because it sounds like something I would do." Keila was unsure if Black had come up with this conclusion on his on (if by chance she was right about it, there was no way she could truely tell). Waiting for others to speak, Keila began to think back about past training she'd done for her bloodline. Perhaps they may help us...

(Flashbacky)

Digging more and more into preserved journals from her grandfather, Keila began to read about what his thoughts were on the bloodline. Her parents didn’t have it. In other words it skipped a generation falling onto her. A fear her parents had which came true. Now the risk of losing their child the same way they had her grandfather was high. She herself was scared but, if she didn’t understand what it was she had, would she ever control it?
1/7

Page after page she read about jutsu’s he used which required their bloodline. Many of which she already knew. Keila was looking for a few she had skipped when reading, having deemed them dangerous. Though with past experiences in battle she had come to realize that what she knew so far was too weak. Nothing was strong enough. There was a genjutsu modifier in these pages that deemed useful enough. All she had to do was properly read about it.
2/7

Finally her slender fingers found the section in dark ink. ” Motto Genni Genjutsu” Keila muttered the name outloud in a whisper. Even just by reading the name she got a slightly dark and maybe twisted feel from it. After all the purpose of genjutsu was to many time torture ones mind. Especially those used by her doujutsu, the Sakakugan. Eyes taking their time in moving from word to word the young shinobi continued her studying.
3/7

”With my eyes like I already knew I can alter genjutsu, many times making it too real to distinguish from. Sometimes even making physical pain come to life,” Keila uttered aloud reading her grandfathers words. ”However, Motto Genni Genjutsu, has a light requirement which can take some time. To modify genjutsu it is necessary to draw out in some way or form what you wish it to do. By doing so, burns, nasea among other effects one ‘draws’ out becomes literally real to the victim.”
4/7

Just by reading that little bit Keila could understand just how dangerous it could be. It would have its advantages. Genjutsu did not always do what you wanted, by using this to boost its effects she could odd on things or as her grandfather stated making the effects more then just in the “dream” realm. Searching for bits of paper Keila began to sketch. First though she finished reading the instructions. Knowing the genjutsu she wished to boost was an important factor, for what she draw could possible not work for everything.
5/7

Creating one shadow clone, Keila had the copy of herself just sit there as she finished the sketching. Genjutsu was an art, but she figured she didn’t have to be the perfect of artists with drawing to get the image of her modifications across. It wasn’t that she was bdad at it, she wasn’t perfect either. Well, she was also quite the humble sort of person. Red Sakakugan eyes glowing, Keila felt the chakra within her begin to stir after finishing the sketch. Keila was using a low rank genjutsu, one she could sing to bring to “life”. She didn’t need a complicated one in order to learn this bloodline tech.
6/7

A soft note exited her mouth. Entering her clones ears the genjutsu imidiatly began to take effect. Her clone would see an image of her (a fake clone that wasn’t real). The illusion her dashed towards the shadow clone only to burst into a storm of flames. Her clone winced in pain yelping as it disappeared having taken damage. Although it hadn’t been for very long, Keila had been able to see a few what she believed were burn marks show up on the clone’s skin. Figuring she had gotten what she wanted down she ended the clone spell. Besides now she could also see what her clone had from its point of few for more imformation.
7/7 Motto Genni Genjutsu B rank Learned

Taking a small break, Keila rested her chakra by going through the journal again. This time she was looking for something more simple. A clone that could even fool one from the Hyuuga clan. There was no doubt something of that caliber would be useful in battle. Keila just needed to read more about it to figure out how to make one of herself. ” Munashii Bunshin if i recall correctly was the name,” the girl spoke aloud to herself having read the manuscripts before.
¼

Holding her chin in her hand she speed read unwanted parts until finding it. Like what she had done with the previous jutsu she read everything her grandfather had to say about it. Strengths, weaknesses, best way to make it etc. From what she gathered what made this clone special was it imitated perfectly ones chakra points and Tenketsu. ”So that is why it fools the Byakugan… interesting.”
2/4

The troublesome part of this particular jutsu was it did not appear the clone was able to physically interact. It was like one could say, a ghost. It was an illusion technique after all. Illusions weren’t “real”. Putting the things away Keila sat crossed legged in the center of the room. Meditating she focused her thoughts, clearing her mind of any distractions. Only when she felt completely ready did she begin to release her chakra.
¾

This clone was a work of art, or was meant to be. It needed to have her chakra networks to perfection so therefore, she was going to need time to relay that of herself. That required time, at least when one first did it, then she figured she would get the hang of it. Once chakra had molded itself together forming one clone, Keila looked it over. Repeating the process she would do so over and over again until she was more than satisfied with the results.
4/4 Munashii Bunshin D rank Learned

Coming back into reality a bit as some people stated a few "heated opinions" She listened to ever word they all had to say. To some extent she felt a bit bad but, she was who she was. As much as maybe the had some truth in their words Keila knew herself, what she was capable off. If people thought she was a coward, that was their decision. There was more to battling then everyone rushing in with all their might, at least that was how she saw it in he rmind. Keila was still inexperienced after all. It seemed though the Kage did not persue the issue on her heading out, she assumed that by this their leader agreed with what Keila had said (if only a little bit). Made her a bit more relaxed about the situation. She really didn't want to go against orders, but she also didn't want to be in a situation where she was quite sure she would probably be a hassle to her fellow nin.

Quite a few began to leave after stating what they had to state. Keila stood her ground, her eyes gazing at Doki waiting for some sort of instructions from the woman as she recalled Black requesting a genjutsu of some sort over the place. Uh... not sure I really have one... she couldn't help but think, feeling a bit unprepared. Genjutsu's could be complicated things. However it would seem that it was too late anyways. Keila watched as the Kage quickly reacted to the threat, however Keila would be ready to act if it came down to it.

The only two people that she would listen closely to were Black and the Raikage, so it ticked her off with the constant interjections by other ninja. Maybe they were trying to help, but it was getting annoying. They needed to stop standing around and actually do something! People were in danger, and they needed to take action now. Each person who dared to talk back to the silver haired Shinobi she stood by would be sent an angry glare, the young Oni's arms crossed in front of her chest. Some white haired Shinobi spoke up, his words instilling fury into the quick tempered girl. "You're wrong, Black.." Growling, Airi would step forward just a little, hands balled up into fists. "You wanna say that again, fu-.." "You even chose to discredit your higher ranks. Even your Kage." A blue haired kunoichi spoke, and the young woman's head snapped in that direction. Her words, unfortunately, didn't encourage her in the slightest; it had been a lost cause. Dull expression on her face, she would roll her eyes, tapping her feet in agitation. Black knew what he was talking about, and she could argue with those in the room the rest of the day if she had to, but that would be a horrible waste of precious time that they didn't have. Only when the Raikage gave her orders did Airi's shoulders lose their tension.

So she had been assigned to investigate the Ruins with some guy named Samuru. Fairly certain that he was the guy with the long and strangely curled hair, she turned her attention to him. He was beat up as hell, but had expressed the want to continue fighting; right up her alley. Jolting as the blasts from the attack above echoed dully through the underground haven, the self proclaimed bodyguard stepped in front of Black, muscles tensed, kunai in hand. After realizing that the threat was not an immediate one since it was being handled, she would move over by Samuru as he was getting patched up though her eyes were on the Raikage. The techniques she was using were of her own bloodline, and it filled her with pride to see the woman using her skills so flawlessly. Glancing back to the Jounin temporarily in charge of her, she would cross her arms in front of her chest once more. "When you're ready, lead the way."

Looking over at everyone in the area she noticed a lot of the medical ninja were hard at work smiling some she had no time to dawdle so she turned on her heels and followed after Myurai. She didn't care for what the one shinobi had to say that if her mentor was going that she was going to follow close behind. Knowing that she was heading straight into hell itself she hoped Myurai would know what he was doing.

Renji followed Igarashi out of the headquarters, he was also feling the same way she was hoping Myurai wasn't just walking them all into one big trap and getting everyone killed. He sometimes wondered what went on in Myurai's thoughts but thought better then to bother Igarashi with his own thinking. He knew that if stuff was going to go down he might as well be near Igarashi when it happened then far away from her. Even knowing that Kazurai was going to be there to protect her with all that he could he still wanted to be by her side.

You wanna know what Akasuchi took from everyone's words whom were speaking back to back, especially the blue haired girl who JUST came in from getting her a** whooped. He took that they were idiots; they had to be. Why in the hell would they want to go back out there and die?! None of them were skilled enough to take on the threat of the ninja coming in, at least, not yet they weren't. Even her, a oh so prestigious upper rank of Kumogakure couldn't do a damn thing to stop the forces out there. Not only that, but the Tailed beast as well; all these different sources running about and they wanted to just charge in without a REAL plan. Nawh. He wasn't so stupid as to follow those orders without thinking things over. So far, the only person who'd made a good point to him was Black and he'd make that known. "You're stupid." Plainly pointing to Daitomi, Akasuchi stared at her with crimson hues and tomoe ablaze. Yeah, he said it and he meant it. "You and that white haired dude. It's STUPID to send anyone weaker to fight anyone stronger. Just that simple. Unless you'll want more casualties on your hands, I suggest you sit tight and just wait until a real plan is formulated to take care of Ninja high above our level." Oh, but he wasn't done. There was more.

"Moreover, stop acting like this is some type of dictatorship. Yeah, Raikage-sama is Raikage-sama, but not listening to your subordinates is horrible. Making decisions alone is even worst. Maybe YOU should take some time out to re-evaluate your position as a Shinobi and understand this world isn't for heroes if you wanna stay alive; it's for those strategic enough to want to stay alive and from the s**t I've heard you AGREE to wanting to get slaughtered." Right field. That all came from right field. No one would believe the pink haired kid could say something like that, being how he was, but that wasn't the current Akasuchi speaking. A portion of his past life, being revitalized by his Sharingan, funneled itself through his conscious for a brief moment or so. Long enough to say it's piece before going dormant yet again As it did, the b*****d just sat there; blinking to himself. What did he just say again . . ? Ahh. . ******** it. All of it pointed to the room, Akasuchi merely walked over to Black and stood by his side, awaiting what would happen. "So far, this guy said something remotely good. Let's NOT go out there to die and listen to a plan that WON'T kill everybody in the god damn room."

Oh, but they didn't listen. No no, instead, people started to leave, which only prompted the Genin to slap his face in frustration. What in the actual ******** was wrong with these guys?! Deciding to go off and die was their own prerogative, but he didn't understand it at all. [b]"Whatever we're gonna do, let's do it." Please. Damn.

-----Ӻeeling an arm at his side, where Zangai lay, Wanryoku looked to that direction and realized that Doki was speaking to him. Her words were thoughtful, considerate, that much was certain. She cared for his life, for the lives of all present, not merely as a medic should but as a shinobi who cared for the lives of her villagers, her fellow shinobi. And for those qualities he lauded her, he approved of her, but at the same time he wanted to smack her. Yet even he knew that that would be wrong, and seen as wrong, and likely end with his quick death. No, his agitation was not for her, was never designed to come from her, but from others. The others were annoying, speaking so much as if they were leaders, but how could they? The leader was the leader. Yes, advice was one thing, but overriding their Raikage? Calling them idiots? He felt like hitting them all. But he could not. Not now, when the village was in danger. Not now, when others died due to bickering and arguing that had no purpose other than to prove who was an enemy and who was to be trusted.

-----Without making any show of his annoyance, he turned to look at Doki, his whole body rotating in the process. His expression was neutral, but no less intense. "Should I wait here, afraid for life? Should I heal while others die? No, I go to help, as Raikage desires, so others may heal. My body, my soul, for this village? Gladly given. But thank you." His eyes turned to the others, the few that remained. The boy with pink hair was his first target, due to his disrespectful attitude. He stepped forward towards the boy, looming over him as the giant he was, his expression dangerous. "Will you cower? Will you shirk your duties? Our lives for others? You are coward, terrified to face possibility of death. If this be fear, end life now. Life is always that chance, any moment death may come! Why not have death have meaning?" Shaking his head, he looked towards the others, all around who remained, including the Oni girl with her horns. "Choose to follow others as you wish, but remember: Kinpaku is Raikage. Your heroes choices threaten cohesive resistance to enemy. Your heroes threaten the lives of all who remain. I go to follow our Raikage. You do not, you will be an enemy of the Raikage, and an enemy of me." To punctuate this he hefted his wreckingball and let it drop to the solid, stone floor.

----- That solid, completely stone floor shattered, crushed to powder beneath the massive weight of the weapon. There came a loud noise, something like a mix between the screeching of metal on metal and a rhythmic pounding. And with it the ball hummed, vibrated, seemingly as if it were laughing maniacally.

----- Hefting the weapon in his hand once more, he turned with a dark expression to move to Kaileer. The younger male looked a little worse for wear, but ready for action. His thoughts had meant much, giving the Raikage another option to consider, one she had and one she had acted upon. This gave the young man a bit more standing in the village, for instead of bitching and moaning as the others had he, above them, had offered not a complaint but an idea, not an order but a suggestion. Nodding to the younger man Wanryoku snapped out his arm and took Kaileer's to the forearm, clasping it firmly. "Fight hard, die well, and ale to us both shall we live through it all. Make your mark on history, Kaileer." Shaking it once firmly, Wanryoku turned and let go, moving up the stairs towards the exit to this god-forsaken hole, towards the glory of war.

-----There came from above massive explosions, followed by water raining from the sky. Needles, senbon, rained from all directions but were swept away by miniature Kinpaku's and water streams from the Raikage herself. What could he do here? He knew Zangai could repel any technique thrown at them, but that wouldn't stop the explosions...wait! He knew what he had to do! A technique, learned not but an hour before. Taking a deep breath Wanryoku began to build chakra into his weapon, only then allow the chain to slide from his shoulder to pool at his feet. The cool steel running down his flesh reminded him of yet another time, another place, when the sensations of his Brother did not run into him when he breathed, did not come into his mind when he readied for battle. Slowly he raised his arm and began to rotate it, anchoring himself to the spot beneath him. The ball spun into the air, spinning with blinding speed. The air swirled about him, caught in the force generated by the two thousand pound steel ball as it slashed through the air. Chakra brimming, Wanryoku snapped the ball out further in a heavy slash, sending it flying thirty feet into the air in an arc. As he did so Chakra exploded outwards in a wave, ten yards of destruction. It struck in an arc, knocking away countless Senbon, freeing the clones generated by Kinpaku to defend on other front.

-----Taking the chain at last into his other hand, Wanryoku returned the ball back to swirling over him, waiting for more to come their way. As he did so he raised his voice so those below could hear. "Go! We covering you! Fight for village, save who you can!" His voice covered the area just a moment before the final explosions stopped, after which the area was clear. Chuckling, seeing his Raikage moving away, he drew his weapon to himself and caught Zangai in one hand, readying it for the battle to come. The weapon shivered with the desire for violence, and he could not help but admit that he felt it to. Filled with the fury of battle, Wanryoku threw back his head and roared to the skies before charging into the distance, following Kinpaku for the slaughter of his life.

_ Under the shinobis gaze, Yukiko felt slightly uncomfortable. As he walked towards a chair, she would follow closely behind him. Her intention was to quickly remove the splinters first, but upon sitting down the shinobi quickly started that removing would splinters would not be necessary. Although it was against her better judgement she would simply proceed without removing the splinters, in retrospect this would make allow her to finish quicker then she had originally planned. As he held out his arm after speaking in a rough nature Yukiko nodded lightly before speaking. "Alright." She quickly returned the medical tweezers to her medical pouch before focusing on the shinobi's shoulder. She then formed a series of hand seals, adding her chakra to activate the eiseijutsu. Yukiko held both of her palms over his shoulders as an orb began to form, glowing a dark peach color. The orb covered the burn on his shoulder and after only a few seconds the glow would become slightly brighter. As time would pass the burns on his shoulder would slowly fade as his skin would also return. Within minutes the only remnants of the bomb would be the splinters and the burnt clothing. Once finished the orb would slowly fade and Yukiko take a small step back. "I'm finished." She said, bowing lightly. She would then make her way to Daitomi.

More speeches! s**t, more speeches and Samuru couldn't block this one out since it was RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. He rolled his eyes as he was healed, sensing that he was lucky no one was paying attention to him. A man, large man, was making noise and talking again which meant he could ignore most of it. However....Subject One, found. he thought, spotting the boy that the large man was speaking too before breaking things. Like this building needed more damage. At least he was still being....nope. It seemed his second 'teammate' had found him or such and he eyed the Oni girl as she spoke to him "Seems like I'm healed. Thank you." he said as Yukiko stepped back, addressing the last bit to her. He flexed his arm, checking the burn and how his muscles were feeling "I need weapons." he told the Oni girl, walking off without anymore of an explanation but his body should have been a hint. Even injured, he had the build of a buki user who was used to fighting with heavy weapons and his movements indicated he could handle stealth as well. It didn't take him long to find the place Kinpaku had mentioned and he took inventory of the things he could use. There was a broadsword (bent) but he took it anyways, using the sheath and belt to secure it to his waist. He found a wooden set of tonfa and nunchaku, the former going into his belt and the latter slipping into his boot for easy access. Samuru noted some thick jackets and grabbed one, throwing that on as well. He scrounged up some knives and then made do with broken bits of steel as well as taking hold of a long piece of broken pipping. This he rested on his shoulder as he walked back over to the girl "Let's....one second." Samuru walked over to the man with pink hair, the one who had finished his speech seconds ago "I'm not from this village so you can discard my words or not. If you never fight what is stronger then you, you'll never know how strong you can be." he turned away after that and returned to the Oni "All right, shall we?" Short, blunt and to the point. Samuru had very little time or patience for long speeches or decision making. The other teammate was already moving out and Samuru followed, moving out himself.

-----I couldn't believe how many people decided it was in their place to question the Raikage's orders. I almost felt guilty for my suggestion because of the number of people that jumped on their orders after I had spoken. The first was the white haired jounin who dished out his own orders then burst into a flock of birds before leaving. Quickly following his speech, another white haired man gave his own. Basically, he spoke about how we needed to be heroes and defend our village with our lives. He left as soon as he was finished as well.
-----Lo, and behold, after him yet another person thought it upon themselves to give a motivational speech. The blue-haired woman who had been brought in gravely wounded, to be exact. By this point I stopped caring to listen. I'd been given my orders, and that was all that mattered. Besides, I needed a weapon. Mine had been lost in the explosion and I doubted the bokken survived at all. After all it was made of, well, wood.
-----I released the Zama no Chiyu, and quickly regretted it. I needed time to recover, in order to use it again later, but I was still injured. Apparently no one had noticed my presence this whole time, so no one had bothered healing me. I actually felt like throwing up for a moment before I regained my composure. By then the blue haired woman had finished her speech.
-----Next up though was the boar boy again. Since I'd recovered myself--sort of--I wandered off in search of a weapon. This was the ANBU headquarters, so finding one wasn't particularly hard. I grabbed a couple of them actually, both katanas, and hooked one of them onto my belt.
-----When I returned, it was Wanryoku's turn to speak, and of everyone, he was the only one to talk any sense. He planned to go by the orders given to him by the Raikage. And of course he couldn't end his speech without destroying part of the building. In this case, the floor. I looked up at him as he approached me. His hand dwarfed most of my arm, but I still accepted his gesture. I had to disagree with him though. "You're wrong. Don't die for the village, live for it." Nodding to him, I watched him head out of the bunker, where the Raikage had left a moment before. A moment later I headed out after them. It looked like my teammates were moving out anyway.
