Mercury tilted his head. He had never heard of a family being so against their daughter falling in love and mating. He just had to hope she was exaggerating a bit about her parents, or that he would be able to win them over.
"I figured it would eventually. Storm's always have to move. How bad does this one seem to be?"

" we should probably stay here for a while and let you heal, then when the storm barely misses us we can wait until the waves calm down and venture out to find your family. I was thinking about starting it some time tonight but uh I dont think that would be the best choice any more" Amaidi voiced.

"That sounds like it'll be nice," Mercury said, smiling. "We can sit here and watch the storm. It sounds quite relaxing. Tomorrow we can set out to find Runaiu." He settled down, sighing in contentment and laying his head on his paws so that he could watch the ocean from the cave entrance.

Amaidi chuckled a bit and went to lay down next to mercury. She still hadn't sat down and watched a storm with him in her cave yet. Even if they had it would be different since it was the first time they where mates. "Yeah that does sound like a good idea" she stated.
