"Sounam....end this" as soon as he finished all the needles falling exploded ith great force covering the whole sky in explosions, but a barrier was put over the town so it wouldnt be harmed but couldnt be escaped through

Kisuke quickly waved his hand over his Bankai...causing it to grow tremendously large...to be used as a shield.

Needles kept falling, countlessly, explosiv force growing greater and greater and not lending up, also part were exploding but paralysis gas now also filled the sky along with explosions

"Reinforcements, Shinso!" Kisuke created an indestructible barrier around Cecil and Kisuke. All Zanpaktou abilities were negated...and even Ceros have no power in the barrier...only Hado, Bakudo, and Kido work... The barrier will not shatter until someone has died or is near-death. Or in this case...first blood.

Kisuke was completely unharmed. "Oh...I forgot to mention...swords have no power in here...so they can't even cut through butter..." said Kisuke as he slammed his fist into Cecil's stomach...causing him to collide into one of the barrier's walls.

Laughs from the pain. "Fun" than appears above him and bring nails across his face in a quick swipe which would barely draw blood if it landed

Kisuke took the hit...but was lucky that no blood was drawn. He vanished above Cecil and delivered an AXE Kick to his spinal Cord. Shooting him into another wall again.

Kisuke had realized that Cecil had actually chewed away part of his Hakama. "Okay! It's time to end this as a draw!" shouted Kisuke as he pulled out two shurriken. He tossed one at Cecil...it sliced open his arm a little bit. And at the same time he sliced his arm a little bit. Both of them drew blood at the exact same time. The barrier then shattered.
