Sephriea giggled and jumped back out of his reach. "Hey! I can take on anything too! I can take you on!" She stepped back again, as though she were getting into a playful battle stance. But as she did, she stepped a little to far to the edge and just as she was about to fall, she was grabbed by the hand and pulled back up by Cloud. Sephriea laughed nervously, she was not very good at proving her point.
"Really now?" Cloud had the faintest bit of a smirk on his face. It was as though in the presence of the young one before him, he had completely forgotten about what made him so angry in the first place."Alright, tough one. I'll take you back home before I have both Aerith AND Sephiroth on my case for you chasing after me. When we get there, Sephriea..I want you to stay in Midgar. I can't stay there now. " He said, his voice dropping back into an emotionless state. "Really? ...Well...I'm not going to go back until you do then! So you have to stay. " "Is there a particular reason you came here? " He figured he wouldn't get any alone time as he planned."To come talk you into coming back home of course! But since you wont go back, I have to stay here until you decide to. Why don't you want to go back?" He just shook his head. "I've already told you. That, and..Zack... I can't face him..Our friendship..It seem's to be no longer."Sephriea blinked, stopping and glancing up at him. "What? why? I thought you were both best of friends..Why are you letting something like that destroy you're friendship!? " The tables have now turned, and it was Sephriea's lecture time. "You should thank god that you have friends that care for you! That you even have friends! Zack..I know he's a good person..Don't you dare lose his friendship just because you don't know how to trust one man. It's so wrong! I..I would like to have friends to, and the only one I've met can't even talk. And..I thought I made a friend yesterday but he turned out to be mean..! I gave up on looking for friends, because I know know what Hojo told me is true!" She yelled, her eyes narrowed at him as they began to tear up. "And here you have all these friends that you're just...you're just running away from them! "Cloud stood there in shock, he couldn't believe what she had said to him. Or the fact that...It was so true. He didn't want to lose Zack's friendship, not at all. It terrified him to even think of it being true. Cloud knelt down in front of Sephriea.He wasn't to happy about her own friendship troubles, but he would get to that another day. "...I'm sorry Sephriea...You're...right.."He hugged the girl gently before stepping back again. ~"I'm such a fool..Running is the only thing I know."~Cloud thought to himself as he looked down at Sephriea..

As Cloud stood up in front of Sephriea, Before ether one of them had a chance to react, two blades suddenly stuck straight out of Clouds chest. His own crimson red blood dripping down the blade and to the ground below as Kadaj appeared behind him, slowly pulling Souba out of his chest and suddenly laughing. "I win. Mother, Do you see this?! I've done it..For you! " He kicked Clouds body to the ground. "Isn't this great? You're going to die in the very same spot you're beloved was murdered in.." The young teen laughed again, it was almost a child like laugh."And now...The Cetra's. With you and those two gone, Mother will have no more worries." Kadaj had clearly lost it. Not even Sephriea could get through him this time.

"Cloud!!" Sephriea screamed, running over to him and dropping to her knees in front of the man, trying to help him up. "STOP IT!! Kadaj! What are you doing?! " She tried to rest Cloud up against the wall, before standing up and...running at Kadaj to his surprise. So much rage was built up in her heart, her body began to give off a sudden dark aura as her clothes all began to change black. The glow of her eyes brighter then ever before. Kadaj was knocked right off the platform and into the water.This gave them enough time to try and make an escape, Sephriea threw a Cure3 on Cloud, it healed his wounds, but he was still terribly weakened and lost quite a bit of blood from the two large puncture wounds in his chest. "Come on, Cloud..Let's go..Before he gets out!" She tried to pull the weakened man up, but to no avail she was only 6, he was an adult. There was no way she was getting him up.

Kadaj simply disappeared, only to reappear behind Sephriea.He grabbed her by the arm, throwing her down to the ground and thrusting the double bladed katana into her direction, but, just as it was about to hit Tsurugi was out, blocking the blades path to Sephriea. And from the looks of it, if he hadn't blocked it, it would have been a instant kill through her heart.
"Oh? Still you have fight in you. " He removed his weapon, looking coldly into Clouds own pained eyes. "I'll just have to take that spirit out of you.."

Cloud stood up, holding the Tsurugi with both hands as he suddenly ran straight at him, slicing with his blade, but every attempt was missed. They soon ended up in there battle, leaping from platform to platform, before ending up on the other end.Cloud suddenly ducked low to the ground as Kadaj took a slice toward his head, which Cloud countered with a swipe of the blade. A blue beam of energy flying at Kadaj, slamming the young man into a wall. "Sephriea! Use the teleport materia and get out of here! "

"I'm not leaving you behind Cloud.." She didn't even bother yelling it out. She just wanted this to end, she wanted everyone to be happy again, and Cloud back at home safe with everyone else. But, it seemed they had more worries on there hands. Kadaj was back to his old self again, he had failed to control Jenova after Sephriea had done so much to make him see the truth. She held out her staff,as she made her way across the smaller platforms to get to Cloud. "I won't forgive you Kadaj..."

Kadaj disappeared from the rubble of the broken wall he had crashed into. This made Cloud freeze up, he did not like this teleporting act of his. It was even worse that he could come at any one of them and surprise them just as he had done to Cloud with the blades in his chest. "Sephriea! Go! Now!" He ran over to the girl with narrowed eyes. She never listened! He couldn't keep up with this very much longer, his body was still reacting to the last wound he received.Cloud grabbed Sephriea, and attempted to get the teleport materia from her.This was one battle he would run from if it meant to protect her from harm.

It was the moment that Cloud was holding Sephriea that Kadaj took his next strike, appearing behind Cloud once again. Only this time, his blade struck through his chest again, as well as Sephriea's own! Kadaj pushed the two blades into there chests, before pulling the now blood soaked weapon out with a smirk. "Die here peacefully. " He said, before vanishing again. If they somehow survived, he would be back. For now, he had to deal with a innocent Flower Girl to complete his mission.

(( *Is so evil. * Dramatic scene time!! I love these. Lol. ))
Cloud dropped to his knees, Holding Sephriea close to him. She felt..lifeless. A pain greater then any sword could have made struck his heart, which began to beat intensely fast. "Sephriea?!" When she didn't respond, he shook her gently and called out to her again. "Sephriea!!!" Tears streamed down his pale cheeks. Everything he had feared, was happening all over again. What he didn't want to see again he saw before his eyes. He reached into his satchel in panic, his gloved hand shaking as he pulled out a Phoenix Down, and cast it upon her lifeless body as he held the small child in his arms. A beam of light suddenly shined down before the two, pure white feathers floating down with angels as they raised there hands toward the girl. The feathers almost seemed to be absorbed into her body as soon everything had disappeared again.

Nothing seemed to happen for what seemed like to long of a moment for Cloud. It was almost as though the Pheonix Down did not have any affect to him. But..As moments passed, her deep mako-blue greens slowly opend.Everything was a blur for a few seconds, she could barely make out Clouds worried face tell everything had began to come clearer to her. "..Cloud.." She said softly.

Cloud gasped as the girl's eyes opened, his tears now tears of happiness. He had never been so terrified since..No, he couldn't think of that. Pushing those thoughts away, he gathered up a Cure 3 heal that settled into both of there body's.Clouds face had gone ghostly pale, but he fought to keep awake. He couldn't pass out, they had to get out of here no matter what. "Sephriea....We are going home..I will stay...I'm sorry." He slowly got to his feet, activating the teleport materia before both disappeared, only to reappear outside near Finrir.

As Cloud sat her down, Sephriea nodded, even managing to smile. "It took all that...to get you to..come home huh? Let's..rest here a while. You can't drive..You're still weak. You got hurt bad too.." Sephriea said, reaching out to tug his hand where she pulled him over to a tree near by and sat down. "I'm sorry..for worrying you...We'll keep this a secret from the others..okay? It was my fault anyway.."

Cloud sighed, He didn't think sitting would be any safer then driving in this condition. But she had a point, if he passed out on the road while driving she could of gotten killed along with him. "Alright..We'll rest here for the night. " Cloud sat down next to her, before pulling her into his lap. Today was just one horrible day for him. Part of him was terrified the others were going to hate him for everything he's done. Leaving them again like that. Then, Sephriea getting hurt with him. He blamed himself fully for that. If he was still at home, none of this would have happened! "We can't do that. Aerith needs to know, he wants all three of us gone.Or should I say, Jenova..." He shook his head, looking down at her. "Are you feeling any better?"
