Lena arrived at the staircase without Roy. She looked at Nikolai then at the staircase. She didn't know it, but she was shaking.

he got a call "oh hey Tikal. lena left a big scar....WHAT!?!" he looked at the cell phone "really?" he hung up and looked at lena, smiling bright "lena! Hiro is alive he is coming here right now!"

Hiro walked into the room while still in his angelic form. He knew Lena would be mad at him for being away for days but it was t his fault he was attacked and he walked behind Lena then put an arm around her and rested his hand on the necklace. "I'm sorry Lena..." he said sadly.

Lena was still shaking when a drop of water fell on her. She shook her head and noticed that it started to rain. Nikolai's words sank in and she glared at him. "You believ Tik-" She felt arms wrap around her and heard Hiro's voice. Her heart began to beat like crazy. She didn't know what to say, or even if she should turn around.

He looked to nikolai. "let's see...I've been ambushed, tortured, nearly killed, fought for days, and saw my brothers wings get ripped from his back, is that good enough?" he asked playfuly. Then looked back to Lena and kissed her neck where a raindrop had fallen.

Lena felt the kiss and knew that it really was Hiro. She turned around and hugged him while sobbing. It began to rain harder.

Hiro looked down and held her close. "my brother has already accepted the fact that he can no longer transform but when I saw it...I felt a great pain as if both of us had our wings ripped out...but it was only him" he said sadly and kissed lenas cheek.

Lena looked at Nikolai and smiled gently at him then focused on Hiro. "His wings were ripped out? What happened?" she asked, tears still flowing from her face.

He pecked lenas lips lightly and smiled weakly. "we were walking back to our dorms...but we were attacked by demons, yumaki fought back but as a punishment for falling in love with another race, his wings were ripped out from his back while we fought. We hid and fought for days but we found our way back and they're still looking for us..." he said sadly,
