 Tritch smirked. "Sure you did Maxy. Sure you did." She said in a tone that made it seem like she didn't believe him. She really did, but he didn't need to know that. She put the book back, and went back to sit on her bed, with Lillie sitting on hers, across from her. "I can't believe you and Jana got kissed today." She said smirking. Resuming the conversation they had before Maxwell showed up. And before all the, dad, war, teacher things.

Again Maxwell chuckled at the girl.
"Sounds like someone is jealous." The man said.
Maxwell leaned against the door frame. Stepping into the room a little.

Tritch scoffed playfully. "Your a guy, you wouldn't know." She said smiling. She then remembered that she was too. "Ohhh god, so am I. Bleh." She said afterwards. She looked over at Maxwell. "You can come in more. You look awkward standing there." She told him. She hopped Lillie was okay with it. Seeing the mood she was in, she thought that she would be. Or at least a little okay with it.

"Yeah I would know. My younger brother is only seven months younger than me and he got a girlfriend first. Plus the girl that I was crushing on went out with my best friend."

Tritch grimaced. "Okay, maybe you would know." She said giving a little insecure smile. That was her way of usually admitting she was wrong. Though she never really uses it, even when she was wrong. She rather be wrong, and have people think she was right. It just gave her a little self esteem boost.

"It's fine. You didn't know me in high school. I was the soccer team caption, my friend the class president, and my brother was..... well. The one with a stick up his a**. Then again so was Holly. So that girl I was crushing on was also the teachers daughter. It was a small town so it was two teachers and about twenty kids."

Tritch's eyes widened for a split second, before she regained her thought. "Ick, that sounds horrid. I wouldn't want to be in such a small town. Not to many fish in the sea there." She said grinning. Maybe she was the only one who got the analogy, maybe not, but she didn't care. She relaxed onto her bed, with one of the books in her hand. She turned to a random page, and looked it over. Seeing the ingredients, and steps in making that dish. For some reason, she marked the page, with a piece of paper. On the paper, it simply said, First page looked at, Brownies. For some reason that page, or dish, felt special to her.

"Oh. trust me. You couldn't sneak out of class. They knew where to find you. Senior skip day failed. It got worst when my dad made wurst for dinner and then tied me to the chair while he ate it in front of me. That was evil."

Tritch raised an eyebrow when he said wurst. "Okay, I have no idea what wurst is. But not quite sure I want to." She said laughing nervously. From the looks of it, Maxwell thought it was good, but it could be horrible, or it could just be a word for something like apple pie. Though she doubted the last one. Who would name such a good thing like apple pie, wurst. To her wurst sounds like a pile of worms, that are covered in goop. But that was just her opinion of the word, not even knowing what it was.

Tritch nodded, a little confused. "Very, interesting." She commented with a chuckle. She then started going through the rest of the cook books he had brought, marking some here and there. She had to admit they where very interesting and she found herself enjoying looking at the pictures of food drawn, and recipes for all sorts of different things. The food came from all over to. Not just from a little town in the country. But from all sorts of different countries all over the world. That made her start thinking about going to see some of them one day.

 Lillie listen to Maxwell and Tritch's chatting. She kind of didn't want to be near them because her roommate claimed that teacher for hers. An idea came to her beautiful blond head. "It's nice to meet you Mr. Mandrake, but, I'm starting to get sleepy. Why don't Tritch and you take a walk." The girl suggested giving a wink to Tritch.

((Do you have a picture for their room yet?)) Tritch laughed and stood up. "Well it works for me. What about you Maxy?" She asked. She grabbed her cellphone on a desk near by. And looked at Lillie. "Do you think, that you and Jana can keep yourselves entertained?" She asked grinning. Jana had been quite for a while, so she assumed that she was just bored. She thought about places they could walk to, and she first thought of the Dark Forest. Which would be alright, if there wasn't a teacher popping up every five seconds to warn kids off. "Hey Max, we should go to that place with all the flowers." She hadn't been there yet, and it seemed like a nice place to go.

Maxwell looked at Lillie. If she was just sleepy he could leave. Though Tritch seemed to like the idea of going for a walk. He really didn't care. Though it was getting close to the full moon. He had to be careful.
"The field of flowers. Sure why not." The man responded.
