SAkura walked in thinking. She climbed a tree and started humming. She took some water from her pale and made it into small frozen rose. She had alot of things. "Hmm... I still need to earn money, but i already have a job at the cafe. I havnt been to class lately. I stilll have to practice my powers. And plus I had to pay for the damage i caused at the cafe.' Sakura then froze the rose once more to keep it from melting. Sakura then saw a girl. She look sick, she was pale. Sakura climbed the trees until she can drop down. Sakura dropped down infront of the girl. "Umm... hello miss are you alright? You look sick. I can make some medicine if you want."

~* Iris Reikasu ~*  Iris walked over to an empty bench and sat down, she looked out over the water, letting the wind and sprinkles of water touch her face. The water felt good to her already warm skin.
She was new to the school and didn't know any one but prayed she would make new friends here. Things seemed like they were going to pick up for her now that she was away from the hustle and bustle of her home town.

Sakura noiticed Iris and went up sneakly. She figured she must been new because Sakura never saw her before. So then Sakura got water from her pale and shifted it into a miny cherry blossem tree. She froze it so then it would be still.
"Hello, Im Sakura. What's your name?"
Sakura then put out the her hand with the cherry blossem trre to show she wanted Iris to have it.
"This is a welcoming gift. I made it."

Maiara made her way to the stream, sniffing it out from the diner. Sitting on the bank, she finished the rest of her meat sandwhich. She stared off into the water; it reminded her of home. Sighing, and losing her apetite, she threw the rest of the food into the woods for whatever lucky animal came by. She muttered under her breath in her native language, feeling out of place, like usual.

 Tabby had been walking by with her daughter resting in her arms. The young mother was in bliss until a sound (The sandwich) scared her. The witch drew out her wand to be on the save side. If it was a creature it could be dangerous. If it was just a student then there was nothing to worry about. The girl held tightly to her child as she explored. She found only a student. "You scared me." The girl muttered with a smile.

Maiara stood up quickly nodding slightly in apology, but careful not to take her eyes off her and the child. She noticed the woman had taken out a smooth, straight stick. Maiara looked at it, perplexed, was this thing supposed to defend this student? "Why you carry...stick?" she asked the student, cautiously. She tried to speak in her best English, and as clearly as possible; her accent was hard to miss. Maiara made no move to touch her bow, this woman had a child, it would be immoral.

Tabby looked at her wand then at the girl. "I'm a witch and this is my wand and this cutie is my daughter Yvette. I'm a sophomore. What grade are you in?" Tabby questioned. Maybe she could make a friend with this girl. She came closer to the water.

"Witch?" Maiara paused, searching for the word she was looking for. "M...Magic?" she said, fumbling a little with her speech. So somehow this...wand conjures magic. Maiara gazed quickly at it again with more understanding. She couldn't help but take an involuntary step back as the girl and her daughter, Yvette came closer. "Ten grade." she responded gruffly. "You protect the child, everywhere?" she said, referring to the baby. She wouldn't blame her, there were many strange people running around this place. This child needed a mother bear.

Tabby looked at her baby and smiled. In return Yvette lifted her hands and touched her mothers face. Tabby then looked at the girl. "So we're in the same grade. Anyways. I would of course protect my daughter. I didn't look fat for nine months just to lose her." The girl responded and kissed Yvette forehead.

Maiara nodded, understanding. At least this woman did not seem to be a threat, perhaps because she had a child so young. She turned her gaze back to the river. "I am Maiara." she said to her fellow student, warming up to her a bit. She sat back down, assessing that any threat was gone now. "Children are important, they are future. If she in danger, I will help." Maiara stated, it was a sign of trust. "My home, everybody care for children. Odd culture here. All alone."

Tabby smiled and put away her wand. There was no need to have it out. This person was not a dangerous or wild animal. "My name is Tabatha, but, please call me Tabby for short. Don't think too hard. The island is a school so it its only focus is children." The girl said. Yvette eyes watched the other girl and smiled. She started to bounce a little.

"Yes, you are right. I am new. Other places I go, everyone for himself. I was expelled from other school." Maiara responded, realizing the truth of what she said and admitting some of her own past. She put her hand in the water, feeling the current go by. It seemed to be a good river for fishing perhaps. Maybe later she could catch a few. She looked back up at the girl, Tabby, to see the child looking at her. "She is happy. You are good mother." she concluded out loud.

Tabby looked at Yvette then back to her new friend. "Don't worry too much. The people here at this school are really nice and thank you. As long as Yvette is happy I think I am doing well as a mother." The girl answered. She adjusted her daughter so her arm would get tired. That was the bad side of having a child. Plus she was small to begin with.

"I hope. They told me people here are unique." Maiara said quietly. "You need help?" she asked, noticing that Tabby was shifting her weight and she assumed it was because of Yvette. She started to hear the familiar voice in her head, You are finally heeding my advice, Maiara. Showing kindness is rewarded with kindness. "Hmph." she said stubbornly aloud, responding to the voice. Maiara hadn't meant to say this aloud, but she hoped the girl wouldn't notice this mistake as she gazed up at her and the child, her offer to carry Yvette for awhile still standing.
