╚══════════════╝ It had been far too long since Vincent had left his sanctuary, the little cave he affectionately called home with piles of books that towered up to the top of the vicinity. He yawned now, stretched his arms above his head before he dropped his fists down onto the aged, oak table that held a myriad of books. Yet, not a single word seemed to help with the pressing issue at hand. That warrior. Who was he? And where would he be? He now knew that nothing in his books would give any hint as to what the future may hold. Which brought another quizzical thought to mind, what should he do next? It's been a while since he's seen King Darian, or Oberon, perhaps there's something they need..?
The blonde, young man stepped out into the filtered sunlight as it streamed in from betwen the leaves that hung high up above him. Counting the minutes I've been feeling this way
So far away and so alone (()) "Hmmmm. Admittely, if this guy does exist, I can see how it wouldn't be good for the undead to have him. If he doesn't, then neither would get an advantage like you said." Riku admitted truthfully, him taking out his sword and looking at the blade. He frowned at the sword's reflection, knowing that the red haired man had a point. Riku admitted the red man was right in his head. I just wish he wasn't.
He placed the blade back into his sleath and looked at the red haired man once more. "Alright. I don't believe it, but I'll keep my opinion to myself for now. I will admit if we find out that this warrior does not exist...I shall feel the strong urge to say I told you so." Riku told calmly and grinned. But you know it's alright
I came to my senses
Letting go of my defenses Then he looked over at the white haired guy and chuckled. "Well, I don't know our destination, so I can't be the first one to move. One of you has to be the first to make a move. It would be better to move through the night actually. More places to hide and more places to sneak attack the enenmy if we encounter the undead." Riku remarked calmly. There's no way I'm giving up this time

Dress it up with the trappings of loveLaughing, Miron said "Whether you said so or not, it matters not. I don't believe in it much myself... but it's worth investigating at the least. One person with as much power as people make this hero to have... it'd be bad. They would probably end up wanting to use that power for themselves. I don't care if he's supposed to be good, power consumes anyone." He sighs, and says "That I know all too well. As to where we should go..." He shrugs, and says "Beats me... I bet this guy..." Meiun got a dissgruntled look, but sighs, and says "He's right... I was hoping I could catch a clue from someone here... I was just told to go about this job... Yes, by the king and queen, as much as I'd rather it be by someone else... but orders are orders, and if I refuse..." He shrugs, and says "Not that they can really do anything to me themselves..." Selene looked at everyone and then smiled, tilting her head to the side and her wings rising again.
"I know where we need to go," she said happily. "We have to visit the Oracle upon the Seaside, and she will give us an idea as to where to find him." She took Mina's hand and started forwards. "Let's go." She smiled again and started to disappear into the woods, heading towards the seaside, her wings shimmering lightly in the darkness.

Linda grinned and looked up into Darian's one good eye. She then looked back down again.
"Oh I will enjoy myself greatly my Lord," she cackled. "I know that the Princess is trained in fighting, so I will have somewhat of a challenge with the wench..." Linda bowed again. "By your leave my Lord, I will now go and do my job." Linda smirked and then turned, leaving the throne room and starting through the forest. She would catch up with them in no time, but then she would have to be very careful as not to be sensed or detected by anyone.

╚══════════════╝ As Vinny treaded quietly through the forest, his instincts synced with his surroundings as he heard every snapped twig, fallen leaf, or chirped bird as he passed through the foilage to where he knew would lead him to King Darian. His project on the chimera had gone surprisingly well, and he was more then eager to explain the certain 'accomodations' he made to the creature to the king. This was a brutal war, and if all else failed, they had to be prepared for the very worst.. which is where he comes in. Tightening the cloak closer to his body, he froze as he felt a disturbance through the wilderness that surrounded him. Something, or someone, was moving towards him, and the only reason he knew this was because of the heavy, dark presence that clung to the being that moved. Only one person he knew fit this category, Linda, another one of Darian spies. Linda froze, her eyes searching the forest surrounding her. She could sense a person just ahead of her, and her eyes narrowed.
"Show yourself," she hissed, still keeping as quiet as possible. "You know I'm here, I heard you stop... I want to know who you are and why you are trekking through King Darian's woods..."

He knew of her, but he's never really formally met her. He allowed the woman to speak as he ran his fingers through his silky blonde hair and brushed the stray strands out of his face as he did so.

Linda stood straight, her hands on her hips, looking at this man. Then her cold eyes got a spark of recognition in them, and she smiled, though the smile did not soften her features, only made her look deadlier.
"I've heard of you," she said. "And yes, I suppose you do have a right to tread in King Darian's woods, just as I do. As far as the warrior is concerned, that is where I am off to." She smirked. "Blood willl be spilt when I find him..."

So far away and so alone (()) Riku just nodded, not feeling in the mood to talk anymore. He listened to the red haired man speak, then the white haired man, and the princess. All the infomation swirled in his head slowly. Soon, his mind put the infomation into their proper places and grinned slowly to himself. I just love how my mind can do that!

Linda narrowed her eyes at Vincent, but decided not to take the bait.
"Well, King Darian is in his throne room, so if you would like to tell him your "back up plan," then so be it. I, meanwhile, will be on my way." With those last words, Linda turned slightly to the east and vanished into the woods, her presence disappearing with her.
