After mumbling humorously, "Giddy up," to Karrie, Amy walked with him and Thistle from Aqua Springs to the racetrack. She walked over to a nearby staff member and smiled brightly.
"Happy Halloween! Trick or treat."
Thistle walked up next to her and squeaked up at the staff member, who grinned.

*still running freaked out from the spider at AS, he skids into B.A.R.C. the pads on his wolf feet not catching and runs smack into Amy, knocking her and Thistle both down, all three of the beings sliding on the freshly polished floor right into a pile of hackstack decoractions. To top it all off, the scarecrow falls right on Amy and Thistle*
Oof! *shakes his head and jumps to his feet* Oops...sorry about that, darlin's. wink
*helps the lady up then walks over to the counter*

Amy stared at the staff member with wide eyes for a few moments, and then a large grin broke out on her face.
"Really? Cool! Halloween tricks are usually pretty cool."
She grinned at Karrie.
EDIT: Amy yelped when she suddenly felt something or someone run into her and knock her and Thistle down. She also heard Thistle squeak in surprise at the same time. She tried to reach out for her, but a scarecrow fell down and toppled onto her, preventing her from reaching out to Thistle.
Once Thistle got out from under the scarecrow, she ran over to Karrie and wedged her small body in between his legs and squeaked in complaint.
Her owner was taking the trick much differently, though. She was still on her back, laughing loudly.
"Oh man! That was hilarious! Don't you love how unpredictable Halloween can be?"
When the man helped her up, she assumed it was a man since he had a deeper voice, she smiled and nodded in thanks.
"Thanks for helping me up. Happy trick or treating!"

*before he can answer, a wolf-person runs in and knocks Amy and Thistle into a pile of hay* sweatdrop Are you all right, Amy? *reaches down and picks Thistle up, petting her to calm her down*

Thistle squeaked and burrowed into Karrie's arms, tucking her head down in the crook of his arm. She wrapped her tail around one of Karrie's forearms.
Amy, still laughing, walked over to Karrie and leaned up to kiss his cheek. Then she ran her fingers through Thistle's mane.
"I'm great, sweetie!"

stare *recognizes Cake-boy's voice* Karrie. *tries not to say his name with contempt.* Sweetie? confused *confused why he would be calling this chick, sweetie...isn't he dating Kits? I mean...the wuss was many things, a cheater, he didn't think neutral , was one of them. This girl didn't sound or look like Kits...Shrugging it off, he thanks the people for the candy*

Amy smiled over at the man. "Thank you, sir. It's okay, though. I know you didn't mean to. And this is Thistle."
She nodded to the pink ball in Karrie's arms. "She's a Pegasus and unicorn. My name's Amy by the way."
Amy watched Karrie out of the corner of her eye as he went up to the staff member again. She couldn't help but laugh when he got a trick.
"Trick! You got a trick."
