Niemi was left in a surprised stupor as the feebas stormed out. Aefes was such a mess of confusing bipolar emotional havoc. He wasn't sure exactly what to make of what had just happened, but he had to assume that it had something to do with the argument that Aefes and Lumi had earlier. He scoffed at the way that the man handled things, he seemed like the most difficult person in the world to deal with right now, but that was probably a thought that was influenced by anger.
Niemi let himself cool off for a moment before getting up to leave the room, taking the plate with him. He went in to the kitchen, light quiet steps in silence. Most of the guests still seemed to be littering the kitchen and living area but he kept quiet while he washed the dishes. He wasn't sure what he would say right now if he tried to speak to anyone anyway. It would probably be something about how frustrating the feebas was. The mood swings were harsh. And he didn't understand what he'd done to deserve them. He thought that he was being friendly, then again Niemi didn't spend enough time around people to know how to tell what boundaries there were.
After the dishes were finished he made his way into his room, grabbing hold of the notebook that he had hid under his pillow earlier. After, he went into the living room once more, taking a seat on the couch. He liked to be around people, even if he didn't generally participate in conversation. That's why usually when he writes he would drag a desk from his classroom into the hallway, to be around the students that lingered outside until he had a class to teach.

Why do we dream when our thoughts mean nothing
And when will we learn to control
Tragic visions slowly stole my life
