A yelp broke from her maw as the two Di'taki rushed each other - no, that wasn't how this game went! Not knowing what was going on, Heliosyne cowered back to Miko's side, her ears flattened and her feathers deflated. Why was everyone so loud, and why were they fighting? Where was Cyranis? Why wasn't he here? What was going on?
In the end, she nuzzled at Miko's hand, whining, her mind whirling with questions. She wanted to grab the human and run, but at the same time, her eyes were locked on the fighting couple. They were her friends, and she didn't want to see them hurt.

Nara wrestled and clawed at the male, punching him in the gut, but he equally came back twisting her feathers and tripping her so she fell flat on her face.
Arya laughed to see the females face in the dirt, but she got up and just nearly dug her claws into his face.
They ran towards each other and collided, this fight could go on forever they were to close in strength. Suddenly their four eyes met all at once, and they both dropped to the ground and started laughing!
Arya was proud of the female, she was a good fighter and a good match for wrestling seeing that no one else would put up with his activity level but her.
Nara blushed she had never fought so fiercly before and she felt she had done a good job training for boarder patrol.
The two got up and brushed the dirt from their feathers.
Miko looked struck, "You mean you were just playing?"
"Well sort of," Arya shrugged. Sometimes it's a good way to get to know someone, and know if they could protect you if something were to happen."
"Don't worry Miko, as part of boarder patrol I need to be a trained fighter as well, and I do like to wrestle" she gave a nudge to Arya.

Heliosyne immediately rebounded as the two began to laugh. Oh, they were playing! She liked playing. Seeing the two back on friendly terms, the female tried to give both a soft, congratulatory lick on a fight well-fought. She couldn't understand the idea of 'practice fighting' because she generally didn't understand fighting, but she did understand fun.

Arya laughed more as Heliosyne licked him, she was such a funny Di'Taki.
Nara licked Heliosyne back, and looked at her, "Where has Cyranis gone off too again?" In all their fighting and playing she had forgotten about the other male Di'Taki.
"I think we should go look for him, I hope he hasn't left us", Miko started off to the forest, in the distance she saw another of those strange birds, the Salock that so looked like the Di'Taki.

She was silent for a moment, looking almost as though her energy had drained from her dull red body. Cyranis? Heliosyne peered around - there was no sign of her friend. Then her energy returned and she began to wander off the path, heading deeper into Di'taki territory in the process. Absent-minded as always, she didn't check to see if she was being followed.

Arya cocked his head to one side, why was Heliosyne waling off?
Nara spoke up, Heliosyne where are you going, are you sure you want to travel alone?
Miko looked at her companions where were they going was it about time that they're group changed?

Hearing voices, Heliosyne paused, looking over her shoulder at the confused group. "Follow!" She chirped, before beginning to wander again. She knew where she was going, although that might not have been apparent to anyone but her.

Miko looked up at Heliosyne, with her silly grin, she loved that face no matter what, here they were on their way again. Cyranis was missing but he was probably collecting rocks, hopefully they would meet again.
Arya kept poking Nara, and she was getting rather annoyed with his childish behavior, but she liked someone to play with so she would push him off the trail, and he would struggle to catch up as she laughed at him. This human was strange she thought, why did it want to travel in these parts anyway, did it know what lay ahead? What would the elders say?
Playing with Nara was pretty fun, for a girl she could tackle pretty well, Arya was impressed, he wondered why their markings were so similar but didn't think about it much, it probably happened often, were they related or something? Gross...he thought.
